You saw what we do on Sundays in May, but you may have missed a lot of the other opportunities and calls to serve which we were blessed to embrace all month long, so, what did we do in May? Here is a ministry update of what we got to do together last month.

June 14: Elisha Day! Elisha was no Elijah, that's for sure! Elijah did way more powerful and epic miracles... then came Elisha... major letdown? maybe better? This is a great day to think about why we don't get all the miracles we see in the Bible. Is there something wrong with our faiths? Do we not trust enough? Are we just not among God's favorites? Here is another Word from Zion!

June 5... the Festival of Boniface! He wanted to reach to unreachables—the German barbarians! He was patient and then things started to move very quickly. It was not a good day... or century... to be Thor. With God's work through Boniface, Thor began to lose his borrowed throne.

June 1... the Festival of Justin Martyr! He was brilliant and gifted with words, until some old man showed him how much he did not know... then he couldn't stop talking! Justin spoke in the marketplaces and even wrote letters to Roman Emperors! He was FEARLESS! How can we get that bold?

May 21... the Festival of Constantine! He was living for himself and hurting everyone around him... until Jesus. Constantine is a story like Paul, the Apostle. Though the Early Church was terrified of him, Jesus stepped in and changed everything. Check out what happened for us, for each of us, at the Milvian Bridge by the hand of God. From this epic history, we can see an instant way we can show love to others.

What if the reason something is going sideways in your life is something you can entirely avoid? Do you ever feel like you are missing something that others have figured out? I found a hidden treasure in Psalm 73:28. Enjoy!
