After Sunday Discussion

Josh is joined by Sean from the Raking Coals podcast and resurrect the ASD podcast . We know that it’s been a while since the last episode and we apologize for that. Anyways, we are back and we cover topics like:Summary of 2020 thus farMulan going to Disney PlusStar Wars(Clone Wars and future projects)Myspace and social media in today’s cultureWe are happy to be back and are planning on making sure that this podcast doesn’t get neglected again.

The guys are back after a long hiatus, but they are back to talk about Star Wars, as they often do. The Rise of Skywalker, should have been the highlight of holiday moviegoers, but once again, another Star Wars film seems to have fallen short in the eyes of many lifelong fans. Josh and Cody chime in with some of their thoughts.

Episode 18, the guys talk about their experience with Disney + and thoughts on the Mandalorian. Is the arrival of Disney+ a true competitor to Netflix like the guys initially thought? They talk through some of their thoughts on Thanksgiving and Christmas season coming up. Lastly, they talk about their differing opinions on the second season of Jack Ryan, one of the guys really liked it and the other thought it was a step down from season 1.

Episode 17 of the After Sunday Discussion brings in two additional hosts, for a round table discussion about 2 of America’s most popular mockumentaries. Cody, Josh, Sean and Lauren talk about the positives, negatives and everything in between of The Office as well as Parks and Recreation. This is a fun discussion that doesn’t draw a definitive conclusion on which is better, but explores the strengths and weaknesses of each of these shows.

One of the guys is excited about it, the other… not so much-With Disney+ coming soon, what is going to happen to Netflix?

David Choma joins Josh and Cody on episode 14 of the After Sunday Discussion. The guys talk about the decisions for people to ask others about random factoids even when Google could answer the question faster. They seek to come to a conclusion on how a person is supposed to pronounce .gif. Lastly, they have a long conversation about their love for board games, card games, and other tabletop gaming experiences.

On Episode 13 of the After Sunday Discussion, Cody and Josh talk about a bunch of topics that have to do with their opinions on technology: What is going on with YouTube, whether laptops or mobile devices are better, Windows 10 vs MacOS, and of course, there thoughts on the latest Star Wars game coming out in the Fall.

Cody and Josh are back for an After Sunday Discussion after being away from ASD for a month. In this episode, the guys share what has kept them away for the month of May, talk about Cody’s youngest daughter meeting a dog for the first time, share about Josh’s weird rules on coffee in the work place, share stories from college, and a whole lot more.

This episode of the After Sunday Discussion, Josh and Cody, reflect on how kids born between the mid 80’s and early 90’s grew up with some great entertainment. The guys discuss some of the upcoming movies in 2019 that they are looking forward to see. Specifically, they share their own personal perspective of Star Wars episode IX after the release of its first trailer. And one of the hosts needs to be reminded that it is called a “food pyramid” and not a “food triangle.”

On the 9th episode of the After Sunday Discussion, Cody and Josh, talk about a variety different things. From their thoughts on name dropping famous Christians, to trying to understand the anti-vaccination movement, this weeks episode has a balance of laughter, light heartedness, and serious thoughts as well.
