Can Ageing be a Mindset?
Can ageing be a mindset? In this episode, we explore the story behind Harvard psychologist Ellen Langer's famous 1979 Counterclockwise Study. Did the participants actually become younger, or did changing their perceptions change their performance?Join us for a light-hearted and thought-provoking look at one of psychology's most fascinating studies and discover why the way we think about ageing may matter more than we realise.Send us Fan Mail
