America First Report

America is a Christian nation. The America First Report intends to remind the world of this because in order to be truly "America First" we need to remember that honoring God is our primary path as a nation. The political and cultural landscapes are treacherous. We cannot successfully navigate them without our Lord and Savior at the top of mind in all things. We have been blessed by being in the greatest nation to ever exist. We must not let that status slip away because of anti-Christian beliefs that have become far too normalized in America.

Will Los Angeles Vote for What’s Best for LA or Out of Loyalty to the Democrat Party?

Los Angeles voters face a question on June 2 that has nothing to do with national politics and everything to do with whether the city survives the decade. The June 2 primary is winner-take-all if any candidate clears fifty percent plus one vote. Spencer Pratt, the second-generation Angeleno and Palisades Fire victim currently polling in second place behind embattled incumbent Karen Bass, has a narrow but real path to that threshold. Forty percent of the electorate is still undecided. The math is sitting there waiting for someone to do it.And here is the uncomfortable question hovering over every honest voter in the city: Is Los Angeles in such good shape that loyalty to the Democrat Party should outweigh loyalty to the city itself?Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/will-los-angeles-vote-for-whats-best-for-la-or-out-of-loyalty-to-the-democrat-party/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

3 Takeaways From California's Gubernatorial Debate

On Tuesday, CNN held another California Gubernatorial debate. Some of the candidates were awful, especially Antonio Villaraigosa and Katie Porter. Others did okay.Xavier Becerra and Steve Hilton looked the best. We learned three things from the debate:1. Legacy media is going to let Becerra off the hook for his various scandals.2. Katie Porter let it slip that illegal aliens are replacing the American citizens who are leaving.3. Steve Hilton hit Becerra hard, but perhaps too late in the debate. It will be an interesting four weeks until the election on June 2.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

White House Quietly Backpedaling on Anthropic as Powerful AI Beats Others

The Trump administration is preparing to climb down off a tree it spent two months sawing at. According to Axios reporting, the White House is drafting an executive action that would carve out a path for federal agencies to resume using Anthropic’s artificial intelligence systems, including the company’s most advanced model, Mythos, despite the Pentagon’s earlier designation of Anthropic as a “supply chain risk to national security.”One source involved in the discussions described the maneuvering, saying the White House is looking for a way to “save face and bring em back in.”Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/white-house-quietly-backpedaling-on-anthropic-as-powerful-ai-beats-others/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Legacy Media Is Packaging Communist Tyranny as the Next Cool Thing

The legacy media’s latest obsession is impossible to miss. In recent weeks, outlets from The Guardian to Bloomberg to The Economist have flooded their pages with glowing tributes to Chinese innovation, culture, and global leadership. China leads in artificial intelligence ethics. China dominates electric vehicles and drone technology. China offers a steadier model for the world. Young Westerners, we are told, are “Chinamaxxing”—eagerly adopting habits like sipping hot water with goji berries, wearing indoor slippers, and declaring they have entered “a very Chinese time in their lives.”This is not organic admiration. It is a coordinated narrative push, one that seeks to rebrand the Chinese Communist Party as the responsible adult in the room while the West supposedly descends into chaos.Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/legacy-media-is-packaging-communist-tyranny-as-the-next-cool-thing/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Democrats File Five Articles of Impeachment Against Pete Hegseth

House Democrats have filed five articles of impeachment against War Secretary Pete Hegseth, centering their accusations on the Trump administration’s military campaign against Iran. The resolution, introduced by Rep. Yassamin Ansari (D-Ariz.) with eight co-sponsors, charges abuse of power, violations of the laws of armed conflict, negligence with sensitive information, obstruction of oversight, and conduct damaging to the nation’s reputation. This latest partisan maneuver arrives as the Pentagon reports decisive success in degrading Iran’s military capabilities. Far from an unprovoked adventure, the operation targeted a regime long bent on acquiring nuclear weapons, exporting terrorism, and threatening American interests and allies. Democrats’ haste to impeach the man overseeing these operations reveals less about Hegseth’s fitness than about their own reflexive opposition to any assertion of American strength.Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/democrats-file-five-articles-of-impeachment-against-pete-hegseth/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

America Needs a Localized, Coastal Drone Defense System and State Authority Do Defend Themselves

In late February, the FBI warned California law enforcement that Iran had "aspired" to launch drone strikes from a vessel off the coast, in retaliation for U.S.-Israel strikes on IranThe intelligence was unverified; the White House called for retractions and said no such threat ever existedNewsom and local agencies issued reassuring statements and declared elevated readiness — essentially bureaucratic theaterThe more serious question the episode exposed: California has no meaningful counter-drone capability of its ownFederal law restricts drone interdiction to federal agencies; state and local law enforcement cannot act independentlyExperts note large Shahed-style strikes on California aren't feasible, but small modified commercial drones are a genuine, existing threatIran has a documented presence in Mexico and South America and now has both the drones and the motiveCalifornia needs real action: National Guard drone interdiction training, infrastructure vulnerability assessments, and pressure on Congress to expand counter-drone authority to statesRead More: https://americafirstreport.com/california-is-one-unverified-tip-away-from-realizing-it-has-no-drone-defense/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

We Must Ban Sharia Law But We Must Not Call to Ban Muslim Prayer in Public

There is a particular kind of political stupidity that disguises itself as toughness — the kind that swings a sledgehammer at the foundation of one’s own house in order to frighten away the neighbors. Conservatives who are now calling for a ban on Muslim public prayer in the United States are engaging in exactly this kind of self-defeating bravado. The impulse is understandable. The cultural anxieties are real. The concern about Islamist ideology in Western nations is well-documented and entirely legitimate. But the remedy being prescribed would kill the patient along with the disease. If we allow government the power to ban Muslim prayer in public, we have handed that same government the power to ban Christian prayer in public — and given the trajectory of this culture, we should have no illusions about which direction that axe eventually swings. The argument for banning Muslim public prayer has a surface-level logic that appeals to those who are watching, with growing alarm, the deliberate Islamization of the public square. They are not wrong to be alarmed. But they are wrong about the solution.Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/we-must-ban-sharia-law-but-we-must-not-call-to-ban-muslim-prayer-in-public/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Either John Thune Leads the Senate and Ends the Filibuster of JD Vance Needs to Step In

There is a moment in every legislative fight when the machinery of procedure either serves the people or becomes an excuse for cowardice. We are in that moment now. The SAVE America Act — legislation that Republicans campaigned on and that the American people voted to see enacted — sits hostage to the filibuster, that hallowed Senate tradition that has, once again, transformed majority-rule governance into a veto wielded by a determined minority.Senate Majority Leader John Thune has acknowledged the core problem plainly enough: four Republican senators remain opposed to eliminating the filibuster. Four. Not fourteen, not forty — four. That is not a wall. That is a door with a single deadbolt. The only question is whether Thune has the will, and the skill, to find the key.Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/either-john-thune-leads-the-senate-and-ends-the-filibuster-or-jd-vance-needs-to-step-in/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

250 Years as One Nation Under God

America is a Christian nation. Our very founding testifies to this eternal truth. From the Pilgrims crossing the Atlantic in search of religious liberty to the Continental Congress opening its sessions in fervent prayer, our forebears understood that true liberty flows from dependence upon Almighty God. To be genuinely America First, we must honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as the cornerstone of our national identity. In these treacherous political and cultural landscapes—where secularism, moral decay, and anti-Christian beliefs have become normalized—we dare not forget that our blessings as the greatest nation on earth come directly from the hand of Providence. As we stand on the threshold of America’s 250th anniversary in 2026, a profound opportunity presents itself: the chance to rededicate our nation as One Nation Under God. President Trump has proclaimed a “Year of Celebration and Rededication” and called for the National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise, and Thanksgiving on May 17, 2026, on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. This gathering, part of the broader Freedom 250 and America Prays initiatives, invites believers from every state to come together at sunrise for worship, testimonies, music, and a powerful national moment of prayer—echoing the very prayers that sustained our founders 250 years ago.Read More: See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Trump Offers Iran 30-Day Ceasefire to Work Out Details for a Permanent Peace Plan

President Donald Trump is pursuing a one-month ceasefire with Iran while the U.S. has delivered a detailed 15-point peace plan aimed at ending the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. The proposal demands that Iran fully dismantle its nuclear program, abandon support for proxy militias, limit its missile capabilities, and keep the Strait of Hormuz open as a free maritime corridor. In exchange, Iran would receive the lifting of international sanctions and U.S. assistance in developing its civilian nuclear program for electricity generation. The plan was delivered through Pakistani channels with an initial short response deadline, and the framework draws on elements similar to previous Trump-brokered agreements.Trump has publicly stated that talks are productive, claiming Iran has already made significant concessions, including a valuable undisclosed “present” to the United States.Military operations, including Operation Epic Fury, continue alongside diplomacy, with a five-day pause ordered on strikes against Iranian energy infrastructure.Iranian officials, including parliament speaker Mohammed-Baqer Qalibaf, have denied formal negotiations, even as reports indicate backchannel communications.Oil prices dropped sharply on news of the diplomatic push, reflecting market hopes for de-escalation amid disruptions caused by Iran’s actions in the Strait of Hormuz.Read More: https://discernreport.com/trump-offers-iran-30-day-ceasefire-to-work-out-details-for-a-permanent-peace-plan/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

High-Profile Scientists Keep Winding Up Dead or Missing — Burchett says This May Be a Conspiracy

Several high-profile U.S. scientists and researchers have died or gone missing over the past year, raising questions about suspicious circumstances and potential patterns.Retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland, who oversaw advanced military research and had knowledge of UFOs, vanished from his New Mexico home on February 27, 2026.Monica Reza, a materials scientist at Aerojet Rocketdyne with NASA and Air Force funding ties, disappeared while hiking in Angeles National Forest on June 22, 2025; authorities are probing possible links to McCasland's case.Other cases include MIT nuclear fusion physicist Nuno Loureiro, shot dead on December 16, 2025; Caltech astrophysicist Carl Grillmair, killed at his home on February 16, 2026; and Novartis scientist Jason Thomas, whose body was found in a Massachusetts lake on March 17, 2026, after vanishing in December 2025.Republican Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett has publicly suggested these incidents may point to a broader conspiracy, noting the numbers appear unusually high in specific research fields and urging scrutiny without trusting government explanations.Burchett highlighted connections to secretive areas like UFO research and advanced technologies, stating the disappearances occur "under suspicious circumstances" and that "we'd better be paying attention."Investigative journalist Ross Coulthart has raised concerns about foul play in McCasland's disappearance, citing his access to sensitive military intelligence on particle beam technology.Official responses vary: some cases show no initial evidence of foul play, while others remain under active investigation, including potential ties between disappearances. The clustering of these events among experts in aerospace, fusion, astrophysics, and military-linked fields has fueled speculation about national security risks and possible suppression of knowledge.Burchett's comments reflect growing unease that these are not isolated tragedies but warrant serious congressional and public attention.Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/high-profile-scientists-keep-winding-up-dead-or-missing-gop-rep-suggests-there-may-be-a-conspiracy-at-play/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Churches All Over America Are Being Set on Fire – Are Sleeper Cells Involved?

Over the past couple of weeks, there have been numerous warnings that terrorist sleeper cells may conduct attacks on U.S. soil in response to the war with Iran. Over the past couple of weeks, there have also been a lot of church fires all over America. Why isn’t anyone making a connection between these two things? We know that Islamic terrorists love to attack houses of worship. Since 2020, there have been hundreds of churches in Europe that have been vandalized or burned down, and in many of those cases radical Islamists were involved. Thune Sets Stage for SAVE America Act Collapse as UniParty Swamp’s Finger-Pointing Status Quo Wins

Senate Majority Leader John Thune announced he will bring the SAVE America Act to the Senate floor next week for debate and a vote, but he has ruled out changes to Senate rules that could allow passage with a simple majority. The bill, strongly endorsed by President Donald Trump and a strong majority of Americans, requires proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration and photo ID to cast a ballot.House Republicans passed the legislation last month on a near party-line vote, with only one Democrat crossing over in support.Thune insists the goal is to force Democrats onto the record opposing these popular election integrity provisions, even as he acknowledges the bill faces certain defeat under current filibuster rules requiring 60 votes to advance.Trump has made the bill his top priority, threatening to withhold approval on other legislation until it reaches his desk in strong form, and has publicly pressed Thune to show leadership by pushing harder.Critics within the Republican base view Thune's approach as calculated theater: a symbolic vote that lets establishment Republicans claim effort while ensuring the status quo remains protected from real change.Thune has repeatedly stated that Senate Republicans lack the votes to eliminate or bypass the filibuster, whether through a "talking filibuster" or outright rule changes, citing potential long-term consequences. The SAVE America Act addresses concerns over noncitizen voting and election security, issues that have fueled distrust in the system since at least 2020.Observers note a pattern where Republican leaders in the Senate prioritize procedural norms and bipartisan optics over delivering on promises that energize the party's core voters. With midterms approaching in November 2026, failure to advance voter integrity measures could leave Republicans vulnerable to accusations of weak follow-through on a key issue.Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/thune-sets-stage-for-save-america-act-collapse-as-uniparty-swamps-finger-pointing-status-quo-wins/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Americans Love What the Save America Act Would Deliver, so Why Can’t Republicans Get It Passed?

The SAVE America Act requires documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote and photo ID to cast a ballot in federal elections — a standard supported by approximately 80% of Americans across party lines. The bill passed the House with near-unanimous Republican support, and now holds 50 Senate votes — a simple majority — but is blocked by the Senate's 60-vote filibuster threshold, requiring at least seven Democrats to cross the aisle.Senate Democrats are uniformly opposed, with Minority Leader Chuck Schumer branding the bill "Jim Crow 2.0," while offering no serious engagement with the legislation's core principle that only citizens should vote in American elections.Senate Majority Leader John Thune has acknowledged the math problem bluntly, while conservative senators Mike Lee, Rick Scott, Josh Hawley, and — in a notable reversal — John Cornyn have pushed aggressively for procedural solutions including a talking filibuster or rule changes.Opponents argue the bill creates unnecessary barriers for millions of Americans lacking documentation, but critics of that position note the same objectors routinely accept ID requirements for travel, firearms purchases, and government services without complaint. The article frames election integrity as both a constitutional imperative rooted in the Founders' vision of a citizen republic and a moral obligation grounded in Scripture, arguing that a nation unable to verify its own voters has abandoned basic just governance. The Senate Republican majority now faces a defining credibility test: use every available procedural tool to pass legislation the American people overwhelmingly support, or allow institutional inertia and Democratic obstruction to once again defeat common-sense reform.Read More: https://americafirstreport.com/americans-love-what-the-save-america-act-would-deliver-so-why-cant-republicans-get-it-passed/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

The New Ayatollah Is Worse Than His Father, so What Will President Trump Do Next?

Mojtaba Khamenei, 56, was named Iran's third Supreme Leader on March 8, 2026, just ten days after U.S.-Israeli strikes killed his father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The Assembly of Experts announced his selection in a "decisive vote," though the process was marked by significant IRGC pressure and internal dissent among clerical members.Mojtaba holds only the mid-level clerical rank of hojjatoleslam — not ayatollah — a legitimacy issue his father resolved by having the law changed; a similar workaround is expected.President Trump openly called the selection "unacceptable," warned Mojtaba would "not last long" without U.S. approval, and characterized him as a "lightweight."Mojtaba has deep ties to the IRGC dating back to his service in the Iran-Iraq War, and is widely believed to have personally supervised the violent crackdown on Green Movement protesters in 2009.A year-long Bloomberg investigation revealed Mojtaba controls a global real estate and financial empire worth hundreds of millions of dollars, structured through shell companies and intermediaries across London, Dubai, and Europe.Analysts expect Mojtaba to be more hardline than his father, more reliant on the IRGC, and unlikely to pursue meaningful compromise with the West in the near term.Rread More: https://discernreport.com/what-to-know-about-new-ayatollah-mojtaba-khamenei/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

10 Ways John Cornyn Has Stabbed President Trump, MAGA, and America in the Back

In this The Federalist article, the outlet outlines a series of decisions by Texas Sen. John Cornyn that critics argue put him at odds with President Donald Trump and the MAGA movement. The article lists ten instances where Cornyn allegedly sided with establishment Republicans or Democrats on issues that MAGA voters prioritized. One of the most prominent examples cited is Cornyn’s role in negotiating the 2022 bipartisan gun control package after the Uvalde shooting, which many conservatives opposed. The piece also highlights Cornyn’s support for large foreign aid packages and spending bills that critics say contradicted the fiscal restraint favored by many Trump supporters.Cornyn is accused of backing or defending Senate Republican leadership decisions that MAGA activists view as insufficiently aligned with Trump’s agenda. The article points to moments when Cornyn criticized Trump directly or appeared hesitant to support the former president during key political conflicts. It also notes Cornyn’s positions on immigration and border policy that critics say were weaker than the stricter enforcement approach promoted by Trump. The outlet argues that Cornyn represents the older “establishment” wing of the GOP that MAGA voters increasingly distrust.Supporters of Cornyn counter that his votes reflected pragmatic governance and the realities of legislating in the Senate.Read the full story:https://thefederalist.com/2026/03/05/10-times-john-cornyn-betrayed-trump-and-maga/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Comer Brings in More Big Names for Interviews in Epstein Probe but Is Anyone Ever Going to Jail

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has called for seven high-profile individuals to appear before his panel for transcribed interviews related to their connections with the late Jeffrey Epstein. Among those summoned are Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Gateway, Inc. founder Ted Waitt, and private equity investor Leon Black, with proposed testimony dates scheduled between April and May. The remaining four called to appear are Kathryn Ruemmler, Lesley Groff, Sarah Kellen, and Doug Band. The move came on the same day Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick agreed to testify before the committee regarding his own ties to Epstein, after admitting he had lunch with the convicted sex offender in 2012. Chairman Comer has made clear that the Oversight Committee is committed to seeking the full truth — both for Epstein's survivors and for the American public. The probe represents a broader congressional push to map the extent of Epstein's powerful network and bring some measure of accountability to those connected to his crimes. However, as JD discusses on the latest episode of America First Report, it is deeply frustrating that meaningful consequences for those involved remain unlikely. Yet as he reminds listeners, even when earthly justice falls short, we can rest assured that a higher judgment awaits — and no one ultimately escapes accountability before God.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
