    The Ten Characteristics of Dharma

    We are looking at the ten characteristics of dharma, or to put it another way the ten characteristics of people following a dharmic or spiritual life.     Pratyahara Yoga: How Can We Withdraw Our Senses?

    Pratyahara is one of the steps in the eightfold system of yoga. It means to withdraw the mind from attachment to external objects.
