In my podcasts I will talk about the ancient wisdom of India's timeless books of wisdom, beginning with wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita As It Is which can help us greatly to deal with the day to day problems of material life. If we add some of this wisdom to our life, we can become more happy and experience much less anxiety and stress. But this is not all the wisdom of the ancient Vedic texts go beyond just worldly suffering and opens deep insight into life beyond birth old age disease and death. Without understanding who we are we can not expect to know what we really need to become happy.
