Practice paying attention to how and where God leads.

I just wonder how much of our struggle is rooted in that untrained thinking.

Faith is about trusting the One who’s already reaching for you.

Faith can ask for signs. But it also learns to recognize the sign we’ve already been given

What kind of followers of Christ are we forming?

Discernment doesn’t always happen in the moment. It often happens in our remembering.

In a world that constantly pulls at us, the resurrection of Jesus calls us back.

To choose God is to choose a different way of being in the world.

God is still building with what the world discards.

Like a fresh pair of kicks or a new jacket catches the eye, your character catches attention, too.

Sometimes, it feels like losing before it feels like living.

We want Jesus to know our suffering, but we hesitate to know his.

God is willing to linger and commune with us.

Even when we get it wrong, Jesus is still working.

The life we try to hold onto too tightly… is the very life that keeps us from becoming.

Job was willing to risk everything just to speak to God. We are invited to come freely.

Has everyone been served?

Make space to hear Jesus' voice above the others.

We want to go where we want to go.

Church...a place where tired people show up.

Rage has a way of showing up when our control starts slipping away.

Pay prayerful attention to where you are.

As people of God, we get to choose. Which kingdom will we honor and trust?

If we merely assume Christ, we risk actually seeing Christ at the center of everything.

Your prayer life is an expression of what’s in your heart.

To follow Christ is to abandon the need you have to control life.

The Bible is not Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.

Grace is not only something we speak, but it's also the grammar of our living.

Walk in the freedom that comes from God's grace, a freedom from shame.

Worship is about remembering that the One who made you is still the One who is giving you life.

You are free. Free not just from something, but for something.

And just like a yawn spreads from person to person, so does compassion.

Don't let what's wrong in the world unsettle you so much that you overlook the awesomeness of God.
