The Four Horsemen: Criticism, Contempt, Defensiveness, and Stonewalling with Anna Joukivskaia
The Gottman Institute have discovered the four negative communication styles that most often lead to relationship failure, known as "the four horsemen of the apocalypse". In this episode Anna Joukivskaia, a family therapist of 15 years, joined us to help us understand each horseman and provide us with an antidote for it.
