Awaken Podcast

Hello, and welcome to Awaken. My name is Zeinab Hamid, and this podcast is a safe space to explore real-life experiences, unfiltered truths, and the journey of healing. My mission is to normalize vulnerability and open up honest conversations around personal growth. We live in a world that often measures us by what we can do for others — materially — instead of how we make them feel. But here, we shift that narrative.I’m starting this podcast by sharing my own story — not because it’s perfect, but because it’s real.Because I believe that rock bottom is the best place to build a new foundation — one rooted in truth, purpose, and self-love.Throughout these episodes, I’ll be sharing the most intimate parts of my life and the lessons I’ve gathered along the way. This is your disclosure: expect real and rare honesty. This space isn’t curated for comfort — it’s created for awakening.Let’s rise — together.

More training. More alignment. Less pressure. More relief.

This episode felt like sitting down with tea and finally exhaling. No pressure. No performance. Just truth, presence, and real conversation. I realized something powerful while recording this — clarity doesn’t come from urgency, it comes from relief. And when we stop forcing answers, alignment has space to meet us where we are. This podcast is becoming what I always envisioned it to be: a home. A place where we talk about real life — relationships, union, growth, becoming — without pretending we have it all figured out. If you’ve been moving through life under pressure, this one’s for you. More training. More alignment. Less pressure. More relief. 🎧 New episode is live. Episode 5: The Language You Live In

In today’s episode, we’re talking about the language you live in — the words you repeat when you’re tired, overwhelmed, and trying to hold yourself together. Because before action happens, language happens. And the truth is, the phrases we normalize around ourselves can either keep us rehearsing the past or help us step into self-leadership. We’ll unpack “I would have, I could have, I should have” versus “I will, I must, I did,” how growth can feel lonely when your language changes, and why standards aren’t pressure — they’re self-respect. This is your reminder that awareness is already movement, and your words are more powerful than you think. I help women calm the storm within so they can rise again. Choosing Yourself Without Abandoning Your Heart

This one is for the woman who knows what’s right for her — but still struggles to choose it. Not because she’s weak. Not because she’s confused. But because choosing yourself changes your life… and change can feel terrifying, even when it’s right. In this episode, I talk about: • why boundaries feel uncomfortable at first • why choosing yourself gets labeled as “selfish” • how self-abandonment quietly shows up • why we over-explain our decisions • and how to rebuild trust with yourself after years of ignoring your needs I also share something real — what it looks like to fall apart in a safe place… and come back whole. Resilience doesn’t mean you don’t break down. It means you know how to return to yourself. And being alone is not the goal. Carrying everything alone is not strength. If this episode stirred something in you, let that be okay. Awareness always comes before peace. ✨ The Safe Seat If you’re ready for a grounded, supportive space where you don’t have to explain yourself or carry it all alone, you can book your Safe Seat with me here: 👉 https://calendly.com/zeinab1760/45min You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to stop abandoning yourself.

    boundaries versus control.

So many people feel guilt, fear, or self-doubt when they begin setting boundaries, often being told they’re “too much,” “selfish,” or “controlling.” This episode is here to bring clarity back to that narrative. Boundaries are not about controlling anyone else. They are about protecting yourself. They are about self-respect, emotional safety, and self-trust. In this conversation, I share from lived experience what boundaries actually are, why they feel uncomfortable at first, and how to stop gaslighting yourself when you finally choose peace over chaos. We talk about self-abandonment, emotional responsibility, and the moment you stop explaining yourself and start trusting your decisions. This episode is for anyone learning how to choose themselves — even when it feels uncomfortable. 🎧 Episode: Boundaries Are Not Control If this episode resonates and you’re ready for a space where clarity, emotional safety, and self-trust are honored, you can book your Safe Seat below. 🔗 Book your Safe Seat: https://calendly.com/zeinab1760/45min I help women calm the storm within so they can rise again. Clarity over confusion. Always.

Yesterday’s episode came from a very honest place — the moment you realize you’re not asking for too much, you’re just asking for the right thing. Love shouldn’t feel like something you have to decode. Connection shouldn’t leave your body unsettled. And clarity should never have to be chased. I used to think I needed more proof — more words, more reassurance, more explanations. What I’ve learned is that proof doesn’t regulate the nervous system. Presence does. If something feels confusing, that’s information. If something feels calm and consistent, that’s alignment. This episode is for anyone learning to trust themselves again and choose peace over potential. 🎧 “You Don’t Need More Proof. You Need Presence.” — now live on the Awaken Podcast. 🎙️ EPISODE 1 — You Can Know Early (If You Know Yourself)

🎙️ EPISODE 1 — You Can Know Early (If You Know Yourself) People say you can’t really know someone early. That clarity takes years. That time alone determines truth. But I’ve learned something different. When you truly know yourself — your values, your boundaries, your nervous system — you don’t need years to recognize alignment. You don’t know everything… but you know enough. Enough to feel safety. Enough to sense intention. Enough to know whether someone belongs in your life. This episode isn’t about rushing love. It’s about presence. It’s about asking the right questions, spending quality time, and paying attention to how someone shows up — not just what they say. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. And most importantly — trust yourself. This is your Safe Seat — a space rooted in calm authority, emotional regulation, and truth without pressure. No Is a Complete Sentence

Learning to say no isn’t always empowering at first — sometimes it’s painful. In this episode of Awaken, Zeinab speaks honestly about one of the biggest pivots in her healing journey: learning to say no, and then learning to stay true to it. She explores the guilt, emotional ache, and inner conflict that often follow boundaries, especially for people who were conditioned to prioritize others over themselves. This conversation unpacks the difference between ego and self-respect, why clarity can trigger resistance, and why access to your life is not a right — it’s built through respect, trust, communication, and emotional safety. Unscripted, grounded, and lightly humorous, this episode is a reminder that boundaries are not cruelty — they’re clarity. And as we grow, we stop wasting time on confusion and games and start choosing what truly matters: real connection, clear intentions, and peace. The Safe Seat is a space I offer for women who are ready to slow down, be heard without judgment, and reconnect with their inner clarity. It’s a grounded, intentional conversation designed to help you regulate your emotions, trust yourself again, and move forward with confidence and peace. Respect opens the door. Trust builds the room. Love Isn’t an Opportunity — It’s a Choice

In this episode of Awaken, Zeinab Hamid explores the difference between ego-driven relationships and true companionship. This is a conversation about intention — how love has slowly become transactional, and how many people unconsciously position themselves as “the opportunity” instead of allowing themselves to be loved for who they are. Zeinab reflects on why real love doesn’t require selling yourself, proving your worth, or limiting your generosity out of fear. She speaks on boundaries, emotional capacity, honesty, and self-trust — and why companionship, not ego, is what creates relationships that last without misery. This episode is for anyone preparing themselves to love again, questioning what love should actually feel like, or realizing that clarity and intention matter more than performance. Clarity comes from you

There are certain places in life where confusion does not belong. Love is one of them. Emotional safety is one of them. And clarity — real clarity — has a feeling. It doesn’t live in overthinking, convincing, or waiting for someone to finally show up differently. It lives in calm. In consistency. In being met. Tonight’s episode of Awaken wasn’t scripted. It wasn’t polished. It was honest. I opened the space, took a breath, and spoke from the place where confusion ends and self-trust begins. This podcast exists to give voice to the parts of us that feel deeply, question honestly, and are no longer willing to abandon themselves for the sake of hope or potential. If you’ve been open — fully open — and still not met, this is for you. Not to harden you. Not to close you. But to remind you that choosing clarity is not bitterness. It’s maturity. It’s alignment. And it’s peace. 🎙 Awaken — now live. The Moment You Realize You’re Not Surviving Anymore

There’s a moment that doesn’t get talked about enough — the moment you realize you’re not surviving anymore. Not because everything is perfect, but because something inside you has softened. Shifted. Awakened. This episode is for the women who have spent years carrying, pushing, holding it all together… and are now feeling the quiet pull toward becoming. Survival was never your failure. It was your wisdom. And when it loosens its grip, what comes next isn’t chaos — it’s presence. If something in your body feels seen by this conversation, trust that. You’re not late. You’re not broken. You’re right on time. If you’re craving a space to slow down, reflect, and be met exactly where you are, my Safe Seat is open. “Trust: The Hardest Part of Healing”

In this soul-stirring episode of Awaken, Zeinab opens her heart to explore one of the most tender, challenging, and transformative parts of healing: trust. Not the kind we place in others first — but the kind we must rebuild within ourselves. The kind that asks us to open our hearts again after life has taught us to guard them. The kind that becomes the doorway to deeper connection, love, and becoming. Zeinab shares how learning to trust her own emotional capacity — her strength, her intuition, her ability to rise again — changed everything. She reflects on the quiet moments where God tested her growth, the unexpected situations that revealed her power, and the beautiful truth that trusting someone else is really an extension of trusting yourself first. “Becoming the Woman Who Can Hold the Blessing”

I just finished recording… and wow. My voice is sore because I told the TRUTH tonight. I spoke from a place I didn’t even know existed inside me. All day I was excited — really excited — and for once, I didn’t push it down. I let it breathe. I let it rise. I let it transform me. And somewhere in that rise, I realized something holy… I was always enough. I didn’t need more. I didn’t need to become someone else. I just needed to expand into the woman who can hold her own blessing. God has been guiding me the entire time. My story is proof of Him. My survival is proof of Him. My rise is proof of Him. This episode is not just content — it’s testimony. It’s revelation. It’s capacity. It’s the becoming. And if you’re in a season where you’re ready to rise too… I’m here for you. “The Past, The Present, The Future — The Day I Decided to Stay”

Sometimes your entire life shifts in one moment of clarity. For me, it was the realization that rebuilt everything: You can change what the past means to you. You can change the reality of your present. And you can change how you exist in the future. Your past is not your identity. Your present is your doorway. And your future is waiting for the version of you who refuses to give up. The woman I was needed saving. The woman I am learned to save herself. JUst Do It

Tonight I had to talk. Not because I felt ready… but because I finally stopped waiting to feel ready in order to move. For so long I paused my own purpose out of fear — fear of messing up, fear of choosing wrong, fear of disappointing someone, fear of losing something I wasn’t ready to lose. But stopping didn’t save me. Stopping suffocated me. Stopping silenced the woman I was becoming. So this episode is for the one who’s tired. The one who’s overwhelmed. The one who’s scared of taking the wrong step. The one who froze because the pressure felt too heavy. Queen… just do it. Do it afraid. Do it messy. Do it exhausted. Do it unsure. Do it shaking. Do it praying God catches you mid-step. Because movement isn’t just momentum — it’s medicine. It’s identity. It’s rebirth. And the moment you move, fear loses its grip. Rewire

In this episode of the Healing Framework, we step into the part of healing that demands the most courage — the part where you start teaching your mind a new way to live. Rewiring is not about becoming someone else; it’s about unlearning the patterns that kept you small, quiet, guarded, and in survival mode for far too long. It’s the moment you stop negotiating with your old self and start choosing the version of you that finally aligns with your growth, your worth, and your peace. We explore how standards shift when you heal — not just in relationships, but within yourself. How women stop trying to prove their value, how men stop trying to perform their identity, and how both begin to operate from emotional intelligence rather than unhealed instincts. Rewiring is the daily decision to respond differently, speak differently, think differently, and honor yourself on a level that once felt impossible. This episode walks you through the internal shifts, the uncomfortable moments, the resistance, the courage, and the quiet victories that come with building new emotional pathways. It’s about catching the thought before it becomes a pattern, choosing alignment even when it feels foreign, and learning how to guide your nervous system into safety and possibility. If you’re on a healing journey, if you’re rebuilding your self-worth, or if you’re stepping into the next version of yourself, this episode will meet you right where you are. Welcome to the Rewire. This is where transformation begins to take root.

HEALING FRAMEWORK — EPISODE 1 Release

Release is not just letting go. It is allowing yourself to feel what you’ve been holding. It is giving your body permission to soften after years of survival. It is telling the truth — not to the world — but to yourself. Because before you can rebuild, before you can rewire, before you can restore anything within you… you have to release what is no longer yours to carry. And I think a lot of people misunderstand release. They think it’s this big dramatic moment. They think it’s loud or explosive. But most release is quiet. It’s internal. It’s the moment you finally stop pretending you’re okay. It’s the moment you admit: “I’m hurting.” “I’m tired.” “I’m overwhelmed.” “I’m not who I used to be.” “I don’t want to keep living this way.” Release begins with honesty. And here’s the part I added yesterday — the part people don’t talk about enough: Release requires expression. You cannot release what you refuse to express. And expression doesn’t just mean talking. Expression is anything that lets your soul breathe. You express through your journal. You express through your creativity. You express through movement — through working out, dancing, walking. You express through music, through prayer, through tears. You express through art, voice notes, poetry, silence. Expression is the bridge between the pain you carry and the peace you seek. Because the truth is… every emotion in your body is looking for a door. When you don’t give it one, it starts breaking the windows. Release is opening the door. And I want you to hear this: There is no healing without release. There is no clarity without release. There is no emotional intelligence, no emotional safety, no growth, no breakthrough… without release. This is why so many people feel stuck — they’re trying to build a new life on top of unspoken pain. You cannot rewire your mind while holding onto the versions of yourself you’ve outgrown. You cannot restore your peace while gripping the stories that broke you. You cannot elevate while clinging to who you were in survival mode. Release is not weakness — it is wisdom. It is maturity. It is your spirit saying, “I deserve to breathe again.” So today… I want you to ask yourself: What am I still holding? What have I not allowed myself to say out loud? What emotion needs expression before my soul can release it? Because Episode 1 of the Healing Framework is simple: Release is the first step. Expression is the doorway. And honesty is the key. You cannot heal what you deny. You cannot free what you silence. You cannot become who you’re meant to be while carrying the weight of who you used to be. Let yourself release. Let yourself exhale. Let yourself begin again. This is where the healing starts.

🎙️ The Emotional Compass — Episode 6: Practicing Emotional Safety

🎧 Episode 5: Practicing Emotional Safety & Overcoming Fear Emotional safety and fear cannot coexist — one expands you, the other confines you. In this episode, Coach Zeinab Hamid takes you beyond understanding and into embodiment — guiding you to practice emotional safety while confronting the fears that try to silence your growth. Safety isn’t something you wait to feel; it’s something you intentionally create. Through boundaries, awareness, and stillness, you teach your body: “You are safe here.” And once safety lives within you, fear begins to lose its power. But fear is clever. It hides behind perfection, people-pleasing, control, and doubt. It whispers, “Stay where it’s familiar,” while your soul cries out, “It’s time to grow.” Fear will try to keep you in survival. Safety will teach you how to live. You can’t walk in alignment while clinging to fear — and you can’t release fear without building safety first. In this episode, you’ll learn how to breathe through discomfort, how to anchor yourself in moments of uncertainty, and how to turn fear into fuel for purpose. Because fear isn’t the enemy — it’s the invitation. And emotional safety is the home that allows you to face it without running. You are your own safe space. And this — this is how you rise above fear while staying rooted in peace. 🌹 🎙️ Listen now on The Emotional Compass Podcast Hosted by Coach Zeinab Hamid @coachzeinabhamid “When alignment is felt, the glow radiates.”

🎙️ The Emotional Compass — Episode 4: Understanding Emotional Safety

🎧 Episode 4: Understanding Emotional Safety Emotional safety is where healing begins. It’s the space within you where peace replaces panic, where your body finally learns it’s safe to rest. In this episode, Coach Zeinab Hamid explores what it truly means to feel safe — not just in the world, but within yourself. You’ll learn that safety isn’t something someone else gives you; it’s something you build through self-trust, boundaries, and respect. Zeinab unpacks how a lack of emotional safety can keep you living in survival mode — always bracing, always waiting, never fully breathing — and how rebuilding safety allows you to move from protection to connection, from reaction to restoration. This is the episode that will remind you: You don’t need permission to feel safe in your own skin. You are the environment where peace begins. 🌹 — 🎙️ Listen now on The Emotional Compass Podcast Hosted by Coach Zeinab Hamid @coachzeinabhamid “When alignment is felt, the glow radiates.”

🎙️ The Emotional Compass — Episode 3: Freedom of Expression

Freedom of Expression 🕊️ Expression is how your soul breathes — it’s the way your truth releases what your body can no longer carry. When you stop expressing, you start suppressing. And anything suppressed will eventually find its way out — through anger, exhaustion, anxiety, or silence that eats at your peace. This episode is a reminder that you were never meant to hold chaos inside you. You were meant to feel it, honor it, and release it. Because expression is not about being loud — it’s about being honest. When you express with love, you release with peace. 🌹 🎧 Listen to Episode 3: Freedom of Expression — now streaming on The Emotional Compass Podcast. — Coach Zeinab Hamid @coachzeinabhamid

    🎙️ The Emotional Compass — Episode 2: Why Do I Feel…?

Episode 2 — Why Do I Feel… In this episode of The Emotional Compass, Coach Zeinab Hamid dives into one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves: “Why do I feel?” What begins as a quiet question often spirals into confusion — but Zeinab invites you to pause in that space between the emotion and the explanation. Because healing doesn’t begin with fixing; it begins with acknowledging. She explores how unprocessed emotions like grief, anger, and betrayal don’t disappear when we ignore them — they resurface in patterns, reactions, and restlessness. Through honest storytelling and compassionate truth, Zeinab reminds us that to acknowledge is to name, and anything with a name can finally be understood. This episode is a gentle reminder that your emotions aren’t random — they’re rooted. And when you ask “Why do I feel this way?” you’re not being dramatic — you’re being brave. Key message: You can’t heal what you refuse to feel, and you can’t feel what you won’t acknowledge. — Coach Zeinab Hamid 🌹 “When alignment is felt, the glow radiates.”

🎙️ The Emotional Compass — Episode 1: Awareness & Acknowledgment

Episode 1 — Awareness & Acknowledgment In this first episode of The Emotional Compass, Coach Zeinab Hamid opens the door to emotional regulation with two powerful steps — awareness and acknowledgment. This episode explores how true healing begins when you stop running from your emotions and start listening to them. Zeinab reminds us that emotions are not problems to fix — they are messages to understand. Through raw honesty and heartfelt reflection, she shares how awareness helps you notice what you feel, while acknowledgment gives you the courage to name it. Together, they create the foundation for peace, clarity, and self-trust. If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Why do I feel this way?” — this episode will meet you exactly where you are. Key message: You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge — and you can’t heal what you refuse to feel. — Coach Zeinab Hamid 🌹 “When alignment is felt, the glow radiates.”

  25. 71

    The Aftermath of Strength

You know, people talk about healing like it’s this finish line you eventually cross. Like once you’ve forgiven, once you’ve released, once you’ve “let go,” you just walk into peace and never look back. But what no one really talks about is what comes after strength. The part where you’ve already done the work, already healed, already rebuilt yourself — and you’re just… tired. Tired of explaining. Tired of having to defend your peace. Tired of having to say “no” and have it questioned. Because when a woman says “no,” it should not be a negotiation. It’s not an invitation for someone to convince her otherwise. It’s a boundary — it’s sacred, it’s divine, and it’s final. I’ve reached a place in my life where I don’t owe explanations anymore. Not for who I was. Not for what I allowed. Not for why I left. I’ve closed those chapters — not gently, not neatly, but completely. Some things aren’t meant to be reopened. They’re meant to burn to the ground so you can finally breathe clean air again. And that’s what this space is — The Aftermath of Strength. It’s where you’re no longer bleeding, but you’re still feeling the weight of the armor you wore for too long. You’re ready to love again, but this time from fullness, not starvation. You’re not searching for someone to save you — you’re waiting for someone who can meet you, match you, and move with you. Because I’ve built a home within myself. And I’m not looking for someone to rearrange my furniture. I’m looking for someone who knows how to walk in softly, remove their shoes, and honor the energy in the room. I think that’s what love is supposed to feel like. Not confusion. Not exhaustion. But safety. The kind of safety where your softness is protected, not questioned. Where your “no” is respected without resistance. Where you don’t have to explain why you want to be held — it’s just understood. So, to every woman listening who’s felt unseen or unheard, to every woman who’s tired of being misunderstood when she says “enough,” this is your reminder: You are not bitter. You are boundaried. You are not cold. You are clear. And the one who is meant for you — the one that you don’t know yet — will understand your language without translation. Because you’ve already done the work of healing. Now it’s time to rest in what you’ve built. This is Awaken. And this — this is The Aftermath of Strength.

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight — it’s a process. “Trust the process.” This is the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.

    Resilience

His journey the road to becoming isn’t easy. There are potholes, bad habits, distractions, and heartbreaks. Moments that make you want to turn back. But even when you fall, especially when you fall, remember this: When you fall on your knees, don’t let that be the position you stay in. Let it be the position you pray in. Pray in it. Feel it. And then rise ten toes down because your becoming relies on it. You owe it to yourself to keep going. That’s what grace and resilience really look like: feeling everything and still choosing to rise.

What does resilience mean to you?

Awaken Podcast: “Redefining Resilience”   When we hear the word resilience, we often think of strength. We imagine someone who’s unbreakable — who bounces back fast, who stands tall through every storm. But I’ve come to realize… that’s not always what resilience looks like.   Sometimes resilience looks like still feeling everything — the fear, the confusion, the heartbreak — and yet, still choosing not to stop. It’s not about being unaffected. It’s about being fully human and still willing to move forward.   Because resilience isn’t the absence of emotion. It’s the quiet decision to keep going with it. To breathe through it. To walk with it — even when you don’t know where it’s leading you.   Resilience is when you show up trembling. When you speak through a cracking voice. When you keep faith in moments that don’t make sense.   It’s not that you’re fearless — it’s that you keep walking with your fear. It’s not that you don’t break — it’s that you allow the breaking to become a kind of becoming.   And maybe… resilience isn’t about strength at all. Maybe it’s about softness that endures. Maybe it’s about the part of you that still chooses hope — even after everything tried to silence it.   So if today you’re moving slow, or hurting, or uncertain — please know that you’re not failing. You’re building resilience in real time. You’re learning what it means to continue.   Not perfectly. Not painlessly. But presently.   And that — that is the quiet power of a soul that refuses to give up.

    The Mental Athlete

🧠 The Mental Athlete Have you ever thought about what it really means to train your mind? We talk endlessly about training the body — discipline, reps, recovery, consistency — but how often do we apply the same commitment to the one muscle that controls it all: the mind? We live in a world that glorifies the physical athlete. We celebrate strength, endurance, and physical capability. Yet, behind every body that performs at its highest level, there’s a mind that had to be trained to hold that capacity — a mind that had to become resilient long before the muscles caught up. The truth is, your mind is a muscle too. And just like any muscle, if you don’t train it, it weakens. If you don’t stretch it, it stiffens. If you don’t feed it the right knowledge, it becomes malnourished. And if you stop using it — if you stop challenging it — it starts to decay under the weight of the world. Think about it: when you train your body, you expect soreness, resistance, maybe even pain. That’s how you know you’re growing. The same principle applies to the mind. Growth will feel uncomfortable. It will stretch you. It will challenge what you believe, how you react, and what you think you can handle. But that’s where endurance is built. That’s where mental strength begins. You cannot expect your mind to carry the weight of your goals if you haven’t conditioned it to hold them. You cannot expect to maintain peace if you haven’t trained your thoughts to return to stillness under pressure. And you cannot expect to manifest greatness if your mindset isn’t capable of sustaining the process it takes to get there. We often forget that mindset is capacity. You can’t hold more until your mind expands to receive more. And just like your muscles, your mindset will only grow when you keep showing up — when you choose consistency over comfort, discipline over doubt, and intention over impulse. Becoming a mental athlete is about building inner endurance. It’s about training your focus, your patience, your emotional control — the same way you train your body to lift heavier, move faster, and perform longer. It’s realizing that mental resilience isn’t built through perfection, but through repetition. Through every small, invisible moment where you choose to keep going when your emotions tell you to stop. So ask yourself — how often do you train your mind with the same intensity you train your body? Do you challenge your thoughts? Do you fuel your mind with what strengthens it — truth, growth, and perspective — or do you feed it doubt, fear, and comparison? Are you stretching your patience, or letting frustration define your limits? The mental athlete knows that the work doesn’t stop when it gets hard — that’s when it begins. Because what you build internally always determines what you can hold externally. And when your mind is strong enough to hold what your body works for — that’s when you become unstoppable. That’s when you align. That’s when you evolve. So I’ll leave you with this: If your body can be trained to perform at its best… Why not train your mind to believe it can too?

    To the woman I was...

“To the Woman That I Was” (by Zeinab Hamid) To the woman that I was, I had to let you go. I had to release you. I made so many mistakes because you lacked boundaries. You were always putting yourself last. No more. You are first now. And you will never again be lost in the what-if, you will be lost in the what’s next. Let me tell you what’s next. You are going to fly. You are going to love madly, deeply, passionately. You will soar through paths of unforeseen gardens. You will eat from the seeds you harvested. You will live in the work that allows your kindness to flow effortlessly. You will act without fear, and you will breathe with a breath of relief. You will be the love of someone’s life. You will be a wife to a man who wants to be a husband. You will glow, baby. You will lead. You will hold the pen that writes your story, and you will allow that pen to flow with your heart, leading with passion, resilience, and truth. You will not just be the woman who would have saved you. You will teach other women, every woman who listens, to become the woman who would have saved them. You are the dream. You are the reason. You live with a knowing, and you will show the world that kindness will win, that joy will prevail, and that hearts who choose to remain soft will always find their place. You had to grow. You had to let go. You had to awaken. You made it through everything that seemed impossible. And you will forever keep growing. I love you. I love me. I love who I will be. I love all the days that have yet to come, and I love all the days that made me me. I don’t have to wait anymore. I was always the answer. The sky is the limit. Dream, baby. Live honestly. Grow truly. Believe passionately. Strive resiliently. Build intentionally. And most importantly, love softly. Love as many people as you can. Love them, and show them what love means. Embrace that you are love. And even when you are wronged, the love you have for God will never allow you to wrong another soul. Be grateful that God gave you that kind of love, because you are giving love to the souls He wants you to reach. You are proving who He is through your actions. So take a deep breath. Release in Belief. Exhale and remove. Live in relief. And declare something today: I declare that through the will I have carved, the knowledge I feed my soul, and the endurance I’ve built in my body I will be the lighthouse. I will be the home. I will be the safe haven. And I will be the awakened glow to every human I meet. I choose kindness over anger. I choose me over the want for revenge. I choose peace over chaos. I choose me. I choose me. And I will always choose me. I love me enough to choose me. I stand still, and I rise always. Not just to live, but to thrive. To build. To awaken. To unleash. I unleash you to the depths of who you are. You are not dumb for caring. Now, I have the rest of my days to give my love to those who love me — to the ones who deserve the unleashed version of me. Zeinab, you are beautiful from the inside out. You radiate an essence that gifts the human race. You are what is good in the world. You are what love really is. You are a walking love story, a love story of a woman who learned to love herself. You are the love story. You are the love story. You are the love story. Love, A Soul that won't be defeated.

Move with Intention and Think with Curiosity

Move with Intention. Think with Curiosity. I woke up this morning with this phrase repeating in my mind — Move with intention. Think with curiosity. To move with intention means knowing what you’re walking toward — not just drifting, not just reacting — but being aware of your direction, your purpose, your why. It’s not about controlling every outcome; it’s about being aligned with your vision and grounded in meaning as you move through life. But intention alone isn’t enough. You also need curiosity. Because curiosity is the key to growth. If you’re not curious, you won’t question. If you don’t question, you won’t understand. And if you don’t understand, you’ll stay stuck where you are — comfortable, but unfulfilled. Think of a child exploring the world. They touch, they ask, they test boundaries — not because they’re defiant, but because they want to know. That’s how they learn. That’s how they grow. Somewhere along the way, many of us lose that spark. We start living by corporate rules, social norms, and silent expectations. We stop asking “why?” because we’ve been conditioned to just “follow.” And with that, curiosity dies — and so does innovation, empathy, and authentic connection. The truth is, curiosity is what evolves us as a society. If more of us were brave enough to question the frameworks we live in — maybe we’d have more compassion, more healing, and more love in the world. And yes — I said love. Even if it sounds “cringe.” Because honestly, the word cringe has become another limitation — a tool to silence authenticity. We label sincerity as cringe. Vulnerability as oversharing. And in doing so, we hide the very parts of ourselves that could inspire someone else to heal. So maybe we need to be okay with being cringe. Maybe we need to be okay with being too much. Because every time someone dares to move with intention and think with curiosity, something new awakens — in them and in the world. Curiosity isn’t about reckless exploration. It’s about sacred exploration. Be curious about yourself. Be curious about who you’re becoming. Be curious about the beliefs that have shaped you — and the ones that no longer serve you. Be curious about love, about healing, about truth. Because that curiosity? That’s where your growth lives. That’s where your freedom begins.

    Take a Pause

There was a time I didn’t know where I stood — not in my emotions, not in my thoughts, not in my body. I could be smiling and still feel lost inside. That’s when I realized… I didn’t need more motivation. I needed direction. And that’s how the Emotional Compass was born — not from theory, but from pain. It’s not about labeling feelings as good or bad. It’s about learning to locate yourself in the middle of an emotional storm. To say, “This is where I am. And that’s okay.” Because when you can find yourself, you can find your way back home. The Emotional Compass was never about control. It was about understanding. I spent years trying to fix myself — until I realized I was never broken. I was just unmapped. The Compass teaches you how to feel safely again — how to name what’s happening inside you without judgment, and how to walk with your emotions instead of running from them. Because you can’t heal what you keep denying. And you can’t grow without knowing where you’re standing. This is not about being perfect. It’s about being present. The mission behind the Emotional Compass is simple but sacred — to bring emotional literacy and spiritual awareness back into how we live, lead, and love. I created it for the people who feel deeply, who’ve been told they’re “too much,” who’ve learned to silence their intuition just to survive. This Compass gives them a language. It gives them permission to feel. It reminds them that emotions are not enemies — they are messengers. And once you understand their language, you start walking in alignment with your truth again. 🌹 Let me ask you this: what is your emotional compass telling you today?

    The Ring

The RING. She took a breath. Breathe, she said. She walked towards it. She stumbled at the sight of what seemed impossible. She walked and stopped with doubt circling in her mind, and the fear of what she couldn't predict, she went with God as her armor. She walked with grit and resilience that shocked even her. The questions are orbiting in her mind. What is the truth? What do I have to do? Where am I going? Who is waiting for me? All questions with answers she didn’t hold. Will I lose again? Will I fall again? Will I cry again? Will I fall to my knees in anguish again? Who is there? The question that caused worry and fear, which even she couldn’t explain. She closed her eyes and said Breath. One simple word, Breath. Breath. Now walk. Go, it's going to be something that’s just for you. The bell rang, and she looked for a soul of comfort, nothing but hers. Breathe she said, and she walked into the ring. You are ready. You trained for this. You will win. She looked around, and still nothing. The bell rang again. She said Breath. As she trembled in her own embarrassment, she looked around with her head held high. Breathe, you are in the ring you made here. The experience brought you to the champion's ring. She looked again with a smile and spoke I did it. I did it while the tears flowing endlessly. I did it while the eyes of people looked with disgust. I did it while the mouths of treachery spoke dishonesty. I did it while I was alone and with God as my armor. I did it while my heart bled. I did it while my hands shook. I did it while people chose to speak instead of hold what was left of me. I did it while my voice radiated pain. I did it with my eyes closed, and the answers to my questions were nowhere to be found. I did it while I was barely me. I did it while I was fighting to live. I did it with a fake smile. I did it when I didn’t want to do it. Breath, she said. Breath. You did it. I did it. The bell rang and she smiled. She looked around one last time, and there it was, the door she walked through. The light radiated from it, almost blinded her, and she looked with a tear flowing down her face as the door closed. She heard the bell. Breath, she said. Breath. She looked around, and then it happened, freedom flowed through her mind and reached her every cell in her body. She removed the questions, and she became the answer. She said you were the answer all along, you just had to find it. The bell rang again, and she looked around and said I am free. I am free, and that’s when it happens, the hands clap, and the roses flew. The strength was no longer just strength; it was a brand new me. The doors that closed were the doors that opened a brand new me. That’s when she realized she was never alone. She had the silent prayers of strangers and people rooting for her to get to the other side. She had love and was blinded by what she didn’t know yet. She was always the Answer, and she made it.

What do you see when you look in the Mirror?

To Myself My eyes… the very thing that betrays me at times. They tell the story of my truth. What is the truth, you may ask? The truth is simple—yet so difficult to put into words. Words can’t always describe it, but the look in my eyes can. A look that sees more than it speaks. What do I see? I see what people try so hard to hide. I see the truth. I see what is hidden—just by looking into your eyes. For many years, I refused to look in the mirror. And when I did, sadness would overwhelm me. Why? Back then, I didn’t know. But now I do. I was ashamed. Ashamed of my story. My eyes always told the truth, and I didn’t want to face it. I tried so hard to keep living without ever truly looking at myself. But it showed—on my complexion, in my body, in my very existence. You can never be full without facing the mirror and smiling back. The smile is the win. You’ve won when you are finally happy with the look that comes from your eyes. Your greatest achievement in life will be the way you accomplish yourself. And when you accomplish yourself, you are able to accomplish the world. How, you may ask? One answer: Live with authenticity. Live with certainty. Live with balance. Live in peace. Be the woman you dream your daughter would become.

    5/26/2024 Balance

5/26/2024 Balance. When you learn that life is a balance beam, you become protective of who gets to join your life. One centimeter to the left or to the right, and you may fall. One extra pound, and the balance is disrupted. Get distracted, you may slip. Every move may result in a loss. Every step needs to be thought out before it is completed. Your body needs to be strong. Your mind needs to stay focused. Your thoughts need to be clear. You must trust yourself. Keep your mindset on the goal. What is your goal? The steps to your goal may require you to slip, but every time you slip, you will learn why you slipped and never make that mistake again. Your balance beam is infinite. You will keep taking steps and jumps, and you may fall, but you will get back on that balance beam and continue your journey. The journey is what you decide it to be. Have a strong mind, body, and soul. That's the goal. Everything else will come when it's time.

    Who am I?

WHO AM I? A question that may include a pause for reflection. Who am I? The very question that may take decades of experience and memories. Who am I? I am the learned experiences. I am the unforgettable memories. I am the ending and beginning of the chapters that make my story. Who am I? Some might answer with what they are not. I am not the thoughts of others. I am not my mistakes. I am not the crusade of chaos. I am not the voice of doubt. Who am I? I am the essence of my soul. I am the heart of her. I am a woman. I am the failed attempts and the silent wins. I am the flow of intended moments. I am the words I speak. I am the walk that I talk. I am the who, what, how, and when. I am the rise of BECOMING. Who am I? A question, yet the ignition to many different thoughts. So, who am I? The true answer is that I AM EVERYTHINGGGGG.

  44. 52

What Does your soul mean to you?

What is your SOUL? A piece of every lineage that sprouted through a generational memory. What is your soul? It’s the allowed expression and the creative mind. What is your soul? It’s the goosebumps of a related thought. It’s the survival of all your days and nights. It’s untold dreams and late-night reminders. What is your soul? It is an imaginary sensation. It’s the unspoken glare of eye contact. It’s the tilt of a head of curiosity. It’s the greatness of past souls. It’s the words of a loving pen that sways with a careful tone and timely intentions. It’s the eternal flame and the signal to home. It’s the home of your destiny and the light of your aligned manifestations.   What is your soul? You see, it’s the limitless endurance of your eternity. What does that mean? It means your soul is the survivor of your destined eternity. Your soul is infinite. Your soul lives when your physical body decays. It looks at the love you give to others. It holds the essence of your entire bloodline, and it speaks when you are quiet enough to hear it. What is your soul? It’s the truth of who you are, and it’s the relief of living for you. It’s the true champion. It’s the community that keeps you safe. Our skin holds our soul captive, and to release it, you need to listen to it and do what makes it feel relief. The true Boss is the soul that lives in freedom. Your soul doesn’t take orders from your mind, heart, or body. It exists in its truth, and if you don’t listen, your misery will soon arise. To allow the leadership of the soul, your peace will suffice. Solace is found in the depths of our alignment. To align, the soul must lead. The spark that died in the souls before you live in the blood streaming through your veins. You choose to allow the spark to live. It’s living and it’s sprouting through your pores. What will you do next?
