Episode #102: WE'RE SO BACK
Forget "fake it till you make it." I say wing it and see what sticks. This episode I got real about starting. The delays, the doubt, and what it actually took to finally hit record. Spoiler: it's messy, chaotic, and way more human than anything on your Insta feed.If you've ever felt too weird, too nervous, or just not ready... this one's for you.In this episode:- Why "the perfect moment" is a lie and how to work with the broken, beautiful process you actually have- The truth about social media "success" (it's not a straight line, stop letting it gaslight you)- Imposter syndrome: how to keep going when your brain is screaming "this is dumb"- Why your overthinking might actually be steering you somewhere goodI'll also get into how I went from social media obsession and cringe Snapchat stories to stumbling into this podcast. The good stuff? It happened after the stumbles. No fluff. No permission needed. Whether you're an aspiring creator, switching careers, or just tired of waiting... your next move starts with a messy first step. Let's go.

Episode #101: Intro
First episode of Barely Regulated. A podcast for people who are trying to get their life together while also accidentally spending four hours on TikTok and emotionally attaching themselves to strangers online. In this episode, I talk about impending doom, high cortisol decision-making, nervous system chaos, and the weird shame of wanting a better life while also wanting to lie in bed and avoid every responsibility imaginable. We get into anxiety, doom scrolling, productivity culture, wellness delusion, and why nobody actually feels as emotionally stable as they pretend to online. This is not a self-help podcast hosted by someone who wakes up at 5am and drinks mushroom powder out of a concrete cup. I’m not a life coach. I’m just someone from South Carolina who has made enough bad decisions to start noticing patterns. If you’ve ever convinced yourself moving cities would fix your life, bought matcha hoping it would change your personality, or felt like everyone else secretly got instructions for adulthood that you missed, you’ll probably understand the vibe here. This first episode is basically me figuring out what this show is in real time. Thanks for listening while I try to build something honest out of the chaos.New episodes whenever emotionally possible.
