However in this episode it's not breaking free from anything instead its learning to change your focus and focus on the Joy set before you. Using Hebrews 12:2 (Jesus enduring the cross because of the joy set before Him) Spencer talks about focusing on your joy and knowing that there is Joy on the other side of your darkness.
