Does the Bible teach that there will be a rapture? The rapture is a view that has come under great scrutiny in recent years, leading people away from accepting its validity. However, the Bible suggests that a rapture event is a true event. The antichrist and the mark of the beast have received a lot of attention, especially when considering who and what they are. In S8E18 The Antichrist and the Mark of the Beast, Dr. Brian Chilton peels back the mystique and looks at the various usages of the term antichrist ("antichristos") and examines the context of the antichrist and the mark of the beast in the book of Revelation. What happens between the time a person dies and the final resurrection? Theologically, this period of time is called the intermediate state. While the resurrection is final ultimate state for a person, the intermediate state is the penultimate essence of existence. But does the spirit live on after death? Dr. Brian Chilton continues his discussion on his study of angels. On this episode, he mentions some of the attributes that angels hold and how they contrast with demonic entities.
