November 12, 2025 | Jake Julian closes the Ephesians study by teaching on spiritual warfare from Ephesians 6:10–20. He reminds believers that the Christian life is a battle, but one already won by Christ. We are called to stand firm—not in our own strength—but in His, putting on the full armor of God: truth, righteousness, readiness to share the gospel, faith, salvation, and the Word. Through prayer and dependence on the Spirit, we resist the enemy’s schemes and boldly proclaim the gospel with hope and confidence in Christ’s victory.

In this special episode, Bellevue’s Young Adults ministry shares powerful testimonies from their recent mission trip to Honduras. The team partnered with Impacto Church in San Pedro Sula to serve local communities through evangelism, Vacation Bible School, and church partnerships. Through stories of God’s faithfulness—from unexpected opportunities on the journey to lives changed in La Lima and beyond—listeners will hear how obedience, flexibility, and the gospel’s power transformed hearts on both sides of the mission field. This night of reflection celebrates how God equips ordinary people for extraordinary impact and calls every believer to live on mission, wherever they are.

September 24, 2025 | This week, Ben Taylor preached from the book of Esther on how God works through everyday people to accomplish His divine purposes. The message reminded us that we each have a role to play—God has placed us where we are for a reason. If we live out what we know and boldly share the gospel instead of hiding it, the whole world could come to know Jesus.

September 17, 2025 | This week, Jake Julian preached from the book of Esther on the sovereignty of God and His power to work through even the smallest details. The message reminded us that God’s plan will not fail—He defeats evil, as He did with Haman, and there is a coming day of judgment. Because of this, we are called to place our faith in the God who sees, acts, and saves.

September 10, 2025 | In Esther 3–4, we watch Haman’s rage collide with Mordecai’s conviction and Esther’s moment of decision. When a genocidal decree threatens God’s people, Mordecai urges Esther to see her placement in the palace as providence—“for such a time as this.” Through fasting, prayer, and costly courage, Esther steps toward the king, trusting the God who overrules the enemy’s schemes. This message calls us to live as set-apart people right where we are—refusing compromise, seeking God’s face, and embracing our gospel calling in the middle of messy circumstances.

In the final session of our YA Retreat, we look at the ultimate result of abiding in Jesus: testifying about Him. Drawing from John 15:18–27, this message challenges us to be bold in our witness—through our actions, our endurance during persecution, and especially through our words. As we walk with Christ, the fruit of our lives isn’t meant to stay on the vine—it’s meant to impact others. This session closes with a call to live on mission, trusting the Holy Spirit to empower us as we reach the world around us.

Loving God isn’t just an emotion—it’s a way of life. In this session, we explore how remaining in God’s Word, praying, bearing fruit, and receiving His love are all part of what it looks like to love the Lord with our whole hearts. It’s an invitation to grow deeper in relationship, not just routine.

This session unpacks what it means to abide in Christ as a daily, intentional choice. We look at the connection between abiding and fruitfulness—and the serious consequences of living disconnected from Him. It’s a reminder that we were never meant to live the Christian life on our own.

In the first session of the YA Retreat, we reflect on the importance of identity in Christ. What does it mean to be truly connected to the vine? This episode walks through how salvation and spiritual fruit go hand in hand, encouraging us to consider whether our lives reflect a real relationship with Jesus.

May 14, 2025 | This week, Ben Taylor preached from Joshua 10 on the truth that we don’t have to fight our battles alone. Every person will face struggles—whether internal battles with sin or external opposition—but the good news is that, as children of God, we are never alone. The Lord Himself fights for us and gives us the victory.

April 30, 2025 | This week, James Franks preached from Joshua 7 on the illogical nature of sin. Sin never makes sense—it deceives, destroys, and always finds us out. But even when we’ve failed, God offers mercy. When we confess, believe, and repent, He forgives fully and restores us to right relationship with Him.

April 23, 2025 | Looking at the fall of Jericho in Joshua 6, it's not as just a story of victory, but as an invitation for the weary. Josh Kulleh unpacks how God often calls us to a rhythm of trust, obedience, and surrender when we’re most exhausted and the walls in front of us seem unmovable. Instead of fighting harder in our own strength, we’re invited into rest—a rest rooted in God’s mercy, not our perfection. True victory comes not through striving, but through trusting the One who fights for us.

April 16, 2025 | Daniel reminded us that we are often a forgetful people, but God continually calls us to remember. Drawing from Joshua 4 and Deuteronomy 6-8, Daniel walked us through how God led, provided for, and how God proved Himself to Israel, urging us to build "stones of remembrance" in our own lives. The message challenged us to never forget how God moved us from one place to another, provided in miraculous ways, and revealed His power and purpose in our lives through Christ.

April 9, 2025 | We examine Joshua 3, and look at how Joshua keeps God in his sight, himself humble, and brings others along with him. We then internalize this and ask ourselves how we can do the same.
