Between Our Sundays

With each season, we have to "prune" some of the dead weight, to make way for the new growth. We accomplish this by being close to the spirit and letting God work in us, and also keeping a close spiritual circle, friends able to be truthful in areas we may need to shed or improve! In the end, we are better as the seasons change and we grow and continue to blossom into what God has made us to be.

So, this was our first test run of the new studio! What an amazing opportunity and ability to grow! Hope you enjoy.

So Today was the BIG day. A FULL Marathon, 26.2 miles. Total milage as of the end of today was 48.6. In just 4 days. Amazing, difficult, reward and of course, blessed to be able to perform and have a body God still allows to move! Enjoy the closer to the mini series! (Spoiler alert: WE MADE IT!!)

Today was a very long distance, 13.1 miles. It is both a mental and physical challenge, on all fronts! But we made it. One more day/race to go!!

Today was the 10K. So 6.2 miles. It was an amazing course, lots of fun and amazing amazing exertion of energy. God truly designed the human bodies in such a beautiful way!

Today was raw first day of racing. We did the 5K today and talked about running and even a little conflict management between us!

We have SO much to be thankful for, grateful for. Having an attitude of gratitude can change the course of your day, every day. We have an opportunity to find the stands of positive and gratitude in all we do. Bitterness, resentment & negativing can't reside in the same heartsease as gratitude. You have this God given ability to be the LIGHT. Shine bright and PUT ON YOUR HAPPY FACE (because you mean it).

In life we can be a Sail (Lifting/Uplifting) or an Anchor (dragging down). We have very special circles we maintain, those we influence, and those that influence us. Know who you influence and make sure you are building the kingdom and legacy. Make sure you fill your circle upward with those that know what you need to know and will shape and mentor you for kingdom building and legacy!

Finding joy, positive points and having gratitude, daily, will change your life AND those around you. It's truly a blessing to be in the spirit and God shows favor on each of us daily. Every feel like you are someone to some people, but not the real you? The truth is, we all have imperfections that exists and no matter how much we try, we all can all short! The beauty in it all is that Jesus loves us, exactly where we are and for who we are. His perfection is only valuable because of our imperfection!
