Hello everyone! My name is Joey. I'm a theology and Bible nerd with a deep desire to not only learn but translate and teach critical scholarship about the Bible. Given that, this podcast is all about trying to critically read and meditate on the Bible. We are disciples of Jesus because he is our Teacher. One of the primary ways we allow Jesus to teach us is by trying to approach Scripture like Jesus did, wisely and critically. Let's learn and be discipled together as we gain as many insights about the Bible, the Old and New Testaments, through studiously engaging the wise and critical work of biblical scholars and theologians.
