Meaningful conversations that are infused with love, fun and play!!We will be talking about the relationship we have with our bodies and that our bodies have with us. What it really looks like right now, what we want it look like, be like and how we can create that going forward. We will be talking about how the relationship we have with our bodies mirrors all of our other relationships…(Whoa! I know...it does!!) We are talking about all the things that come up when we think about and talk about our bodies… blame, shame, guilt, anger, grief. All without ever beating ourselves up! No matter what we see there.I created this podcast after having gone through a serious health crisis. I will share all the things I have learned (and continue to learn), with the intention that it supports those going throu
