Up above the world so high.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/8d5c16e8 After clearing the roof, I used an elevator controlled by Lev to ascend a massive tower into the clouds. Abby struggled significantly with her intense fear of heights as we navigated narrow, risky beams and bridges far above the city. The journey became increasingly terrifying as we crossed from one skyscraper to another. I noticed there was a tower with staircases going upwards towards the thick cloud after taking down all the Scars there. It looked incredibly intimidating from the ground, with the metal structure disappearing into the gray mist above. I stood at the base for a moment, looking at the daunting climb that awaited us. Though we didn't try those stairs as there was an elevator that Lev controlled to get us up to the higher levels. I watched him work the manual crank with ease, while the platform creaked and groaned under our weight. The higher we went, the more the wind began to howl through the open sides of the lift, signaling our ascent. When we were going more upwards, Abby was not feeling well at all as her breathing became heavy and labored. As you know, she hates heights, and being trapped on a small, moving platform only made her anxiety worse. At last she got a chance to get inside the building, but it looked like we were not on a safe side yet. No land could be seen from there from the big height, as the entire city was swallowed by a sea of white clouds. It felt like we were standing on a floating island of steel and concrete, completely detached from reality. I could feel how Abby was feeling there because I am also a man who hates height, and the lack of visibility made it feel even more unstable. But I had to follow Lev on the risky terrains up on that height, stepping carefully over gaps where every step felt like a gamble against the wind. But there was this even riskier path I had to pass where Abby acted like she was going to throw up from the sheer terror of the ledge. We had to try another similar pass right after, forcing her to move despite the paralyzing fear. After passing that risky bridge, Lev mentioned it was even not the scariest we passed. It gave me goosebumps following him deeper into the skeleton of the building, where the only thing between us and the abyss was a few rusted beams. It looked like Lev was not lying about the difficulty, because right after moving ahead, I noticed the actual bridge we were going to take. It stretched from one roof to another building through the thick cloud, looking like a thin thread in the sky. The sight of it was enough to make anyone's heart race as we approached the crossing. After following Lev to this part, some buildings became visible as the cloud was not so thick there for a brief moment. However, I noticed there was a riskier pass ahead that looked even more decayed than the last one. We had to keep moving, knowing that the only way down was to keep going up until we reach our goal. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

Silent Rooftop Elimination.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/435ca233 After observing the distant aquarium from a high rooftop, I began picking off Seraphites using stealth and my bow. I moved through different levels of cover to eliminate them one by one. The silence finally broke when I jumped a heavy guard, using her own hammer to crush the final enemy. After taking cover on the high roof to catch my breath, I noticed the Ferris wheel by the aquarium was clearly visible from there. It looked like we came a long way already through the ruins of the city, and seeing the distant landmark made the scale of our climb feel even more daunting. Then I decided to go for the Scars one by one to avoid being overwhelmed in an open fight. This one was my first target as she was alone at this site, standing near the ledge and looking out over the street. I crept up behind her with my blade ready, ensuring that her final breath was taken before she could alert the others. I had to be a lot patient as I didn't want to get caught by them and forced to run around this open roof without a plan. So I started checking on their movements from cover. I stayed low behind the debris, watching the way they were taking for their patrols. That man became my next target who was walking by the side alone, seemingly lost in his own thoughts. I waited for him for the right moment until he stepped into a clear line of sight, and then I tried a clean headshot with an arrow. That lady became my next target who was on another side of the rooftop. When she turned around to check the path behind her, I shot her with another arrow, which was a clean headshot. There were more of them right below me, so I had to be super careful there. Then this lady became my next target, who was on the floor below. She didn't actually come to me initially, so I started checking her movements from a cover. I had to change my covers multiple times to get a proper chance on her without being seen by the other guards. When she finally came back toward my hiding spot, I just took her down in a stealth move. I still remember her scary face and the intensity in her eyes as I dragged her body before taking her down. Then I focused on this man, who was guarding a long area on another floor. I had to look for carefulness first, checking for any other eyes that might be watching his back. When I understood it was high time to strike, I went for him, ending his patrol permanently and securing that level. Having the dead body beside me, I noticed there were two more Scars on the floor below. There was one heavy Scar with a heavy hammer who looked like she could take a lot of punishment. I knew that my stealthy approach was about to reach its limit against such a powerful opponent. When they got separated for a moment, I jumped on the heavy Scar from the ledge above. I knew it was not going to be a stealth takedown because of her size. So when I was taking her down, the other Scar heard the noise and started running toward us with his weapon drawn. I changed position right away after taking that big hammer from the fallen brute to use it as my own weapon. When the last Scar came running to find me, I took him down with big blows from the heavy tool. The floor was finally clear of Scars. We'll check what happens next in another post. Clash of Faiths.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/b7e1356d Abby struggled with her fear of heights while following Lev through the skyscraper ruins. After surviving a Seraphite ambush and clearing a floor using stealth and precision, the duo debated the nature of the Scars' prophet. Their journey led them higher, eventually revealing a massive Seraphite presence in the upper reaches. When I was following Lev through the ruins of those buildings, suddenly he tried a risky jump across a massive gap that stopped Abby in her tracks as she couldn't bring herself to do it. I had to take the way around through a side office instead. I kept following Lev when he started taunting Abby, mentioning he had a cousin who was also afraid of heights. It was clear he understood Abby was feeling the same way, and his playful jab was his way of acknowledging her struggle. Towards this part of the climb, Lev showed off his jumping skill again by leaping over a collapsed section of the floor, mentioning it's not that hard if you don't look down. However, I had to take another way around through a narrow maintenance corridor. When we reached this part of the skyscraper, Abby was confused because the Wolves usually never explored these specific ruins. Lev mentioned that the Wolves never look up, which is why their paths remained hidden. I followed him up a rusting ladder. We reached a higher floor. After getting on the floor above, we were suddenly ambushed by a group of Scars who had been lying in wait. One of them shot a bullet towards Lev that fortunately only scratched his skin, narrowly missing a fatal hit. There were only two of us against that big number of Scars, and to make matters worse, I didn't have enough ammo for a prolonged gunfight. I had to stay silent and try taking them down in stealth to even the odds without alerting the entire floor. But suddenly this lady saw me moving and started shooting at me, so I had to open fire and shoot her down immediately. The silence was broken, and the sound of the gunshot echoed through the floor. There came more Scars from the stairwell, and both me and Lev took cover behind those heavy wooden desks to avoid the incoming fire. I started hunting them down one by one. This one was the last one who was looking for us around the perimeter of the room. He didn't know our exact location because we were constantly on the movement through the office maze. Suddenly I grabbed him from behind as he passed my hiding spot, and then I took him down in a stealthy execution. When we were done taking care of the Scars, we reached this quiet place where there was a big painting of the Seraphites' prophet on a crumbling wall. I found a little wooden statue of her as well, surrounded by offerings of fruits and other things. It was a strange, peaceful shrine in the middle of a war zone. Then Lev was like praying to their prophet in a quiet whisper, and Abby was saying she wondered if their prophet had any idea what kind of violence she was starting. Lev replied that she saved dozens of people and that her message was something no one could truly explain to an outsider. After Abby mentioned that the prophet's followers blew up trucks and killed soldiers, which is not hard to explain, she decided to move on. She headed fast toward the next ladder. It looked like they reached the open, high parts of the building where the skybridges were located. Suddenly they noticed there were Scars, aka Seraphites, all around that place, patrolling the high rooftops around. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. A Sudden Pursuit.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/3ab6d87e After a brutal death by a Shambler's acid, I restarted the encounter with a silent arrow. I cleared the building alongside Lev, dealing with Clickers and Runners through a mix of melee and stealth. After finding a WLF letter in another building, we discovered a strange cat painting that Lev found quite weird. The runner that I started the fight with the other time came out breaking the glass even before I attacked him. He had somehow heard the noise of us, so he didn't wait. I reacted quickly and took him down. Then there came a clicker running towards us from the dark corner of the lobby, who I also took down using that heavy hammer. The weight of the tool was enough to crush these demons in just a few swings. And then there came the shambler along with another infected in a tight corridor, where I took down the infected but ended up breaking the hammer in the process. That's where the shambler took me down with its acid clouds At the restart, I changed my approach and shot the runner close to the entrance with an arrow real fast to keep things quiet. I noticed the movement inside actually stayed calm because they hadn't heard the noise yet, so they didn't come for us. It was a much more successful beginning to the encounter, allowing me to stay in the shadows for a bit longer. This gave us a good opportunity to clear these premises while those monsters were still unaware of our arrival in the building. I crouched low and moved between the desks while Lev stayed close behind me. I started checking for their movements while keeping a safe distance from them to avoid being heard. Suddenly, this clicker realized we were there and let out a piercing screech that echoed through the entire floor. The silence was broken, and I had to change my strategy from stealth back to open combat. I had to start running around when the clicker was on our trail to avoid being cornered. This runner suddenly got close, so I had to use the axe to take him down before he could grab my arm. Then while I was fighting the clicker in the center of the room, another runner attacked me from behind. I escaped through a hole in the wall after I had finally taken down the clicker with a heavy blow. Then I noticed Lev took down the runner who was chasing me. And at last there was only this shambler left, who tried to close the distance between us, but I kept my distance this time and shot it down from afar until it finally. I noticed Lev was not scared at all in the middle of the carnage, standing tall as the last threat fell. After coming out of the building, we found the water had picked up a lot of speed from the heavy rain. We had to be really careful while I navigated to another building where I found a dead body of a WLF soldier. Beside him was a letter that told a sad story of his final moments in the city. Then I followed Lev into another building as he was ahead of me this time, moving quickly through the ruins. We stopped when we found this strange painting of dancing cats on a crumbling wall. Lev mentioned that people from the old time were weird for liking such things. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

The Priced Shortcut.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/1394ee19 I followed Lev through a flooded landscape toward the fog-covered skyscrapers to find a shortcut to the hospital. After scavenging for supplies and navigating dangerous rooftop jumps, we broke into a building filled with infected, where I was overwhelmed by a clicker after my melee weapon broke. After a tense conversation with Owen inside the aquarium, Abby came out and I started following Lev. The kid was the one who would show me the secret shortcut to the hospital, leading the way through the overgrown streets. After some movements through the rubble, we reached this flooded place from where we could see some tall buildings ahead. They were almost completely covered with thick clouds and fog. I knew we had to get to one of those buildings to reach the skybridges, which felt like a daunting task. I started navigating through this flooded terrain, while I kept looking for supplies in the abandoned cars and shops. Every bit of cloth or tape felt essential for what was coming next. When I was looking for supplies around, Lev just waited there for me without saying anything. He seemed to understand my need to be prepared, showing a level of patience. I had to break this thick glass to get out of that building to continue our journey, so I went for it without thinking twice. It was a risky jump that I tried there across the gap between the buildings, but fortunately nothing bad happened during the leap. Lev followed behind with the ease of someone who had spent his whole life navigating these heights. When I reached this specific point with a great view of the skyline, I stopped there to try some effects and filters of the photo mode. It looked like I could try out many cool things if I spent more time adjusting the lighting and the depth of field. Well, then we reached this building, I could see there were multiple infected pacing around on the other side of the glass. There was no other way forward but through them. The only way into the building was breaking the glass. So I did that by taking down a runner close by with a well-placed arrow through the head. The noise of the breaking window and the falling body lured all the infected inside towards our position, and I braced myself for the incoming wave. After shooting down another runner that charged through the opening, there came a clicker whom I started taking down using my big hammer. The weight of the weapon was effective, but I noticed a shambler was getting dangerously close to us. I had to finish the clicker quickly. Right after taking down the clicker, I had to face the shambler who had already released its dangerous acidic gas. I swung my weapon with everything I had and somehow took it down, but I damaged my hammer badly doing it. And then there came another clicker whom I didn't have a reliable melee weapon to take care of anymore. I tried to pull out my gun, but before I could shoot it down, the creature got me. It took me down right there. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

Life or Death.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/14753cc6 After neutralizing the nearby threats, I found Lev and Yara. They transported her to the aquarium where Owen and Mel provided medical assistance. Mel determined that an amputation was necessary to save Yara's life, prompting a high-stakes mission to the hospital via a shortcut Lev suggested. Now that the threat around us was neutralized, I started heading towards the kids, though I stayed careful while moving. I kept my weapon ready just in case more cultists were lurking nearby. After getting inside this building through the heavy metal shutter, I found a workbench that I used to upgrade my weapons. I took a few minutes to add some modifications that would help in the fights ahead. And at last I reached the place where I had left the kids earlier. There I found two bodies of Scars lying on the floor, which worried both Abby and me instantly. But it looked like the kids were safe as Lev came over after Abby called out for them. Abby found Yara in a real bad condition as girl was pale and barely conscious, her arm clearly shattered and infected from the brutal treatment she had received from her own people. When Abby was carrying Yara out of the hiding spot, Lev stopped her to ask where they were going. Abby said she wanted to give her a chance at survival and wouldn't leave her behind. They then took Yara all the way to the aquarium to get help from Owen. Owen came over to see what the commotion was about. There was this dog who started barking and acting aggressive, sensing the presence of Scars in the room. And it looked like Owen was not alone as Mel was also there in the room. Her presence was a stroke of luck, as her medical training was far superior to anyone else we knew. Lev got ready with her bow and arrow as the dog kept acting aggressively toward her and her sister. But after Abby stopped her and told her to lower her weapon, the dog also got quiet with the command of Mel. Having Mel there was actually a good advantage for them as she was a real doctor with actual surgical experience. But after checking on the crushed bones of Yara's arm, Mel confirmed the worst news possible. She said she would need to cut the hand off or Yara won't survive the spreading infection that was already taking hold. Mel said she would need a saw, sutures, clamps, and antibiotics to do the operation and keep her alive through the recovery. For that, Abby would need to get to the hospital to scavenge for the necessary supplies but they didn't have enough time for that. Lev said she knew a shortcut through the city that could get them there much faster than the main roads. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. A Loud Confrontation.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/5be8e687 After hearing the whistles of the Scars, I realized Yara and Lev were in danger and moved to intercept the enemies. I used a mix of stealth, melee, and explosives to neutralize a large group of cultists, including several heavies. After executing a final scout, I scavenged a heavy axe for future battles. I heard the whistles of Scars which confirmed my fears that Yara and Lev were not alone in this area. I didn't waste any time and started going for the source of the sound to prevent them from being surrounded. After reaching that place, I noticed there were a handful of Scars checking around the perimeter with their weapons drawn. I knew I was outnumbered, so I hid and took cover real fast. As this one Scar came close to my position while looking around the tall grass, I got a chance to strike. I took him down real quick and quietly before he could alert his friends to my hiding spot. There was another Scar on the other side who became my next target, but there was a third one nearby whom I knew I couldn't take down in a stealth move. He was too large for a quick kill, so I waited for the right moment when he turned his back to me. When the big one went to the other side of the yard, I decided to go for my target. However, I messed up the stealth chance and the enemy spotted me at the last second. I had to take him down in a frantic melee attack, while the other one heard the noises and started looking for me. I didn't want to fight this one in melee because he looked much stronger than the last one. Instead, I threw pipe bombs on him and watched as two bombs blew him up in a burst of flames. While I was fighting another Scar in a fist fight, there was another big one of them who ran after me with a heavy weapon. I had to dodge his massive swings and keep moving to avoid being crushed. After making some distance from the heavy attacker, I blew him up with pipe bombs as well. The explosion neutralized the immediate threat around me for the time being. Then I finally got a chance to heal up as I had lost some blood during the struggle. I realized there were still more enemies around, so I patched my wounds quickly while staying behind a cover. I noticed this lady came about to check around while carrying a big gun. When I grabbed her from behind, she acted all innocent and surprised, as if she wasn't part of the group trying to kill me. I was not entirely sure if she was the last one, but I still decided to blow her brains out. I shot her in the head which was a cold move, but survival in this world requires making those kinds of difficult choices every day. I made sure there were no more enemies around, so I decided to scavenge the area for anything useful. I took this big axe from one of the fallen enemies so I could use it in melee attacks later. Having a heavy blade like that would definitely come in handy for the next encounter. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

The Santa Barbara Plan.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/bd33eac8 After following a humming generator, I found Owen hiding on a boat. After a tense argument about his plan to head to Santa Barbara, their confrontation turned physical. Later, a dark nightmare about the hospital and the children forced Abby to wake up and decide to return for Yara and Lev. I had to go through that sharp mouth opening to look for Owen after checking around the surrounding area. I noticed there was a generator running nearby, and the low hum of the machine told me I was on the right path. After getting to the gallery section, I found the boat I had seen earlier. I noticed there was a warm light glowing from inside the boat, which made me confirm Owen's presence there. I went for the boat and we at last found Owen sitting there quietly with a coffee mug in his hand. He looked exhausted and surprised to see me standing there in the doorway. Owen thought Isaac had sent Abby after him to bring him back to the base, but she told him the real situation. After having a talk about what happened to Danny, Owen mentioned he was going to Santa Barbara to look for the fireflies. As Danny had died because Owen defended himself, Abby said she could fix the mess with the WLF, but Owen was not going for it at all. He was tired of the fighting and the constant cycle of violence. Their bold conversation became much more heated as they struggled to understand each other's choices. After a very bold and emotional conversation, they started fighting in the middle of the boat. The physical struggle was a release for all the stress they had been carrying for weeks. It was a messy and complicated moment that changed the dynamic between them for the rest of the night as they went intimidate after the fight. In the next scene, Abby found herself back in the hospital, moments before finding her dad dead in the operating room. The halls felt long and cold, just like they did in her memories. I ran toward the door, dreading the sight we knew was waiting for on the other side. After going towards the operating room, I got a different situation than the real one from the past. In this nightmare, we saw Yara and Lev hanging dead from the ceiling. It was a terrifying sight that showed how much guilt Abby was carrying for leaving the two children behind. She got up from her sleep suddenly, realizing she was having a bad dream about the kids. Her heart was racing and she was covered in sweat as she sat up. The image of the dead children stayed in her mind, making it impossible for her to go back to sleep. She decided to get back for the kids because she knew they would not survive long on their own. Yara was badly injured and the Scars were actively looking for them. Abby gathered her gear and headed back there, determined to save them before it was too late. Where is Owen?
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/e5a50282 After navigating the bridge, I finally reached the aquarium's front yard and found the main doors locked. I entered through a broken window and used a rope to climb through shattered ceiling glass to go inside, through the back. Once inside, I found Owen's backpack and a bloody cloth, but he was nowhere to be seen. After navigating through the bridge for a long time, I at last found a way to get to the aquarium. I reached the front yard cautiously, hoping there were no demons or enemies waiting for me in the open. After checking around the yard for any useful supplies, I went for the main entrance door. I knocked loudly on the metal surface, but there was no response from the inside at all. The silence was heavy, and I realized that getting into this place was not going to be as simple as just walking through the front. I went around the side of the building and found that the doors there were also locked tight. It seemed like the entire place was sealed up to keep people out, forcing me to look for a less obvious way to get inside the premises. There was this window with shattered glass that I finally used to get inside. Once I was in, I threw a rope out of that window to help me move around, but I did not find a clear exit point at first. I explored the small room, trying to figure out how to progress deeper into the dark building. I went back inside and noticed there was a glass window high above on the ceiling. I realized this was my path forward, so I shot the glass down to clear a hole. I threw the rope through that window to the other side, making sure it was secure enough to hold my weight as I prepared to climb. This time, I understood exactly how the rope should have been used to reach the upper level. I used it to climb up onto the ceiling area, and then I shot another window in the ceiling to get to a different room. It was a lot of hard work, but I was finally moving through the building. In that new room, I found the backpack of Owen. I checked inside and found a cloth with blood on it, which made Abby worried about what had happened here. I went for the exit door that I had used as Ellie before the events of killing Owen and Mel. I went inside the main aquarium premises, looking through the large halls. There was still no sign of Owen anywhere, and I kept searching around, hoping to find a clue about where he had gone. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. No Way Back.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/9ef994fe I waited patiently to eliminate two runners on the roof before facing clickers and the shambler. After getting stuck in a room with a dead body and a locked safe, I realized I could not go back and had to abandon the ship. I eventually reached a bridge and saw the aquarium nearby. I had to wait for a long time to get a smooth chance on taking down this runner. The area was very dangerous, and I did not want to make any noise that would alert the others. I waited for an opportunity for the other runner there as well, watching its movement patterns from cover. The other runner kept moving from one side where the clicker was close by to another side where the shambler was close by. I had to get a hold on him in the middle to avoid being spotted by the bigger monsters. Now there were only two clickers and a shambler left there on the roof. I stayed low and was looking for a way to get a fight to them without getting surrounded. Then I noticed there was this door that was being stuck from the other side. I had to push it open with all my strength to see what was inside. After getting to the other side, I noticed it was stuck with a heavy furniture and it got stuck again once I was through. Inside that room, I found a dead body and a piece of paper lying on the floor. It was probably a sailor's thing, left behind during the initial chaos of the outbreak. I read the note to see if it contained the safe code, but no. I started looking for a way to get out of that room because there was the safe I wanted to open. But I noticed there were no ways to get out at all. Besidesm, one of the clickers was lying on the floor nearby, while the shambler was nowhere to be seen in the area. I climbed up on top of that room from where I could not find a way to jump down as well. I just understood there was no way back to the previous section. That safe was lost forever, and I felt a bit disappointed that I could not get the treasures inside. I jumped off the ship and I started running towards the bridge to find a new path forward. I kept moving until I found a ladder attached to the side of the structure. I climbed up on the bridge myself. After climbing on the bridge, I found some old skeletons lying there. Then I noticed I was finally too close to the aquarium. I could see that the distance was not so far from me anymore. It felt good to see my destination so clearly after such a long journey. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

The Roof Crawlers.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/22122aa7 I climbed back up and faced a fast clicker that defeated me, but I took it down with firepower upon restarting. After using a pipe bomb on a runner, I explored the outer ship and reached a roof crawling with infected. I neutralized a runner in the cockpit and began scouting for a safe code while avoiding a nearby shambler. After the last fight, I climbed back up to the higher deck to see what was waiting for me. I noticed there was one more clicker along with a runner moving around the area. After checking around, I went close to the clicker to try and take it out. The monster somehow understood my presence and started running after me with terrifying speed. I started shooting it with arrows to stop the charge, but it was just too fast for my aim. It reached me and took me down before I could reload. At the restart, I did not give the clicker another chance to get the better of me. I pulled out my gun and started shooting it with everything I had. I took it down with heavy firepower before it could even get close. Then the runner that I mentioned earlier came running towards me after hearing the gunshots. Without thinking much, I threw a pipe bomb directly at it and rushed out of the area. I noticed the runner was not on my trail anymore, so I went back to see what happened. I found severed parts of his body in different places across the floor. The pipe bomb had done a lot of damage, leaving nothing but a mess behind. Nearby, I also found the dead body of the clicker I had shot earlier. It lay on the ground and did not even have a chance to get closer to me this time. I felt relieved that these two threats were finally gone. At last, I got a good view of the ship as I found a way to this outer side. The scale of the wreck was huge, and I could see the rusted metal stretching out over the water. As I climbed towards the roof of the ship, I noticed this area was crawling with clickers and runners. There were enemies everywhere, making it look like a very dangerous place to explore. I went for a runner first who was standing alone in the cockpit area. I moved in behind him and took it down quietly so I would not alert the others on the roof. Then I noticed there was a safe in the room, but I did not know its code. I could have just looked for help on the internet, but I decided to check around the ship for the code first. I went back on my trail of hunting those demons and another runner became my next target. I moved through the shadows and took him down in stealth. Then I noticed the other side of the roof had not one, but two clickers patrolling together. There was another runner with them as well. I decided to move to another side where one of those clickers kept walking. Suddenly, I noticed there was a Shambler ahead on the other side of some crates. The crates were becoming my only cover against that Shambler There were two runners on this rooftop, and a clicker who was standing very close by. This made it much harder for me to plan my next move. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

Into the Wreck.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/45ac383e I jumped into a high-tide waterway and swam to reach the aquarium area. Inside a wrecked ship, I found a mechanical bow and used it to silently take down runners and a dangerous clicker. After a close fistfight with another infected, I successfully cleared the initial threat. After getting out of the water, I had to go through a truck to get to the other side. It was the only way to move forward toward my goal. I stayed low and kept my eyes moving to make sure no enemies were hiding in the shadows. After getting to the other side, I noticed I was very close to the aquarium. But I did not see any way to get there except by crossing the waterway with high tides. I knew it was dangerous, but I had to jump anyway to keep moving. After jumping into the water, I started swimming real fast because I was worried I might drown in the strong current. My focus was entirely on reaching the other side before my strength gave out. After reaching the other side, I felt a lot of relief. I was hoping it would not be too hard to cross that high-tide waterway, and luckily, it was not as bad as I had feared. I had to get inside the ship to find a way through. When I was navigating inside the dark hallways, I found a cabin full of dead bodies. And I found a single arrow on one of those bodies. Finding that arrow gave me hope that a bow was nearby. I continued through the ship until I reached the passenger assembly station. There, I found a mechanical bow resting with another dead body. I picked it up and checked the string to make sure it worked. Having a silent weapon should change everything for me, and I felt much more prepared for what was coming. Right after I got the bow, I noticed there were two runners ahead of me. I tried headshots on both of them, and my aim was perfect. Since the arrows did not break on impact, I was able to walk over and retrieve them from the bodies. I headed upstairs through some dark stairs very carefully. I kept my bow aimed at the corners in case of any uncertain situations. I moved slowly so that I would not make any noise on the metal floor. Right when I climbed upward, I noticed there was a runner ahead of me, so I tried a quick headshot. I let the arrow fly and watched it hit the target instantly. Suddenly, a clicker came out of nowhere that I had not noticed before. I had to make up my mind really quickly, so I turned and shot the clicker with an arrow to stop its charge. The single arrow did not take down the clicker immediately, and I did not have a clear shot for a second. I had to move back to create some distance between us. Once I had enough room, I took it down with another arrow. Along with the clicker, another infected followed me downstairs. I did not have time to reload my bow, so I took it down in a fistfight. I used some perfect dodges to avoid its attacks and finished it off with my bare hands. The initial threat was finally neutralized for the time being. We'll check what happens next in another post. Another Step Closer.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/51fbf170 I fought off a runner, a stalker, and a clicker around the container area. After clearing the infected, I explored for supplies and found a special coin near a dead body on a bridge. I tried to jump a large gap toward the ferris wheel, but I fell into the water below. I went ahead and noticed a clicker and a runner roaming around on the other side of a field. They were moving slowly through the grass, and I tried to stay quiet so they would not hear or see me. The runner suddenly noticed me from afar and started chasing me across the field. I saw the clicker was also onto me as it followed the noise of the runner. I had to think fast because I was now being hunted by two fast enemies at the same time in the open. I stopped to take down the runner real fast so I could keep a safe distance from the clicker. I did not have any melee weapon with me, so I had to fight the runner with my bare hands. I punched and dodged until the runner was finally dead. I continued running away from the field when I noticed there was now a stalker behind me. I used the photo mode to look around and confirmed that the clicker was still behind us as well. It was a very scary moment to have two dangerous monsters following my every move. After getting far enough away that the clicker could not catch us fast, I stopped to deal with the stalker. I put a bullet in him to slow him down and then I jumped on him to finish the job. I had to be quick because I knew the clicker was still coming. The clicker reached me in the meantime, so I ran away again to find a better spot. After I led it to another area and confused it, I found a clear opening. I shot it down with my gun, finally ending the long chase and making the area safe. At last, the container area was free of any infected. It was finally time for me to explore around for some supplies. While I was looking through the crates, I noticed the ferris wheel and the aquarium were both in my eyesight in the distance across the water. I had to get to a bridge to move forward, so I started climbing up the structures. Along the way, I found a dead body lying in a corner. There was a special coin sitting right beside him, which I collected for my growing collection. After getting on top of the bridge, I reached a wrecked part with a very large gap. I stopped there to check on the ferris wheel for one last time. I took a deep breath and prepared myself to take a big jump over the broken concrete and metal. I tried the jump well, but Abby did not make it across. The gap was just too long for her to reach the other side. She fell all the way down into the water below, and fortunately, it was not too deep there. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

The Monster Den.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/d05e09ff I left Lev behind and upgraded my shotgun before jumping into a container graveyard full of monsters. I used a bottle to lure a Clicker and killed it with my machete. I then had to fight two Stalkers without using my gun, eventually killing them with my bare hands after my blade broke. After I left Lev and Yara behind, I moved ahead and found a workbench. I used it to upgrade my shotgun and I also found a short gun holster to help me carry my weapons. I had to jump out of the building through a high window. I did not know what was waiting for me on the other side, so I stayed ready for anything. The area looked like a graveyard for shipping containers. It was full of monsters, and I took down a Runner as my first target while I moved through the yard. I noticed a Clicker nearby and a Stalker was hiding inside one of the containers. I threw a bottle to make a noise and lure the Clicker closer to my spot. While the Clicker was looking for the noise on the other side, I jumped out and kicked it. I used my machete to finish it off quickly and quietly. I went ahead and took cover behind a large vehicle. I wanted to watch the movement of the Stalker to see where it was going before I moved in. I approached the Stalker, but when I tried to back away, I realized there were actually two of them. They both started to chase me through the containers. I ran around for a moment to try and lose them. I stopped and attacked one of them as they followed my trail, but my machete broke during the fight. I did not want to use my gun because the loud noise would bring more monsters to me. I used my bare hands to fight the last Stalker and I had to dodge its fast attacks. I lost a lot of health during the struggle with the Stalkers. I stopped in a safe spot to heal my wounds because I knew I had to stay strong for what was next. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. In Search of Shelter.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/39242efe I barely survived a brutal encounter with two Bloaters before Yara led me to safety away. With Yara's condition worsening, Abby carried her to a shipping container for shelter. After performing first aid on Yara's shattered arm, Abby introduced herself before leaving. Just when I thought the area was clear, a Bloater lumbered into view. I wasn't prepared for such a heavy hitter, but I somehow managed to take it down after a desperate scramble. Right after the first one fell, a second Bloater appeared while I was completely out of ammo. Fortunately, Yara returned and showed me an escape route just as a group of Clickers began closing in on us. Yara was incredibly sick from her infection and injury. I had to carry her the rest of the way to find a safe spot while Lev scouted ahead, looking for any sign of a defensible building. We reached a cluster of container houses. Abby urged Lev to check the doors, but he kept finding nothing but locked handles as we tried to stay out of sight. Finally, they found an unlocked door. I carried Yara inside and placed her on a couch before Abby took a quick look outside to ensure they weren't followed. Abby turned her attention back to Yara's arm, and it was immediately clear how bad the situation was. The injury was severe, and Yara was clearly in immense pain. After agonizingly resetting Yara's bone, Abby broke a wooden chair to create a makeshift splint. During the process, Yara asked for her name, and she finally told them she was Abby. As Abby prepared to head back out, she tried to offer some parting advice to Lev. But Lev remained guarded and unfriendly, shutting and the door before she could even finish her thought. Through the Devastated Floors.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/6b184762 I paused at an auto shop to check on Yara and upgraded my shotgun before pushing toward the coast. After fighting through infected in a collapsed building, I became separated from Lev and Yara by a locked door. Alone, I barely survived a brutal onslaught of runners and a terrifying pair of clickers. Inside the auto shop, I took a moment to ask Yara about her arm. She insisted it was under control, though the environment was definitely starting to take its toll on everyone. After scavenging the shop for loot, I found a workbench. I took the opportunity to upgrade my shotgun while Yara and Lev waited patiently for me to finish the modifications. We found a large hole on the far side of the building that led back outside. I stayed close behind Lev and Yara as we navigated the debris toward the coast. As we approached the water, a screaming noise signaled an ambush. I opened fire on the approaching runners while Lev provided excellent cover with his bow and arrows. We entered another building that was completely devastated, with entire floors collapsed. From my vantage point, I spotted a runner below and took it out quietly using a silencer. I confirmed there were two more infected on the level behind me. I blasted the first one with my shotgun, which drew the second one out just in time for me to finish him off the same way. After jumping to the floor below, I hit a locked door. I helped Yara and Lev climb through a hole above so they could reach the other side and try to open it for me. Right after they crossed over, they realized the door was jammed from their side too. Suddenly, the sound of infected rushing my position filled the room, and I had to blow the head off the first runner with my shotgun. More of them flooded in. I was forced to use melee attacks to stay alive while frantically trying to reload my weapons, and I barely managed to survive the initial wave. Just when I thought the air was clear, a pair of clickers appeared. I was shooting one when I noticed another directly across from it, and no, that wasn't a mirror reflection; it was a genuine nightmare. We'll check what happens next in another post. A Brutal Reunion.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/1d8670bd After another frustrating crash in photo mode, I finally cleared the Stalkers and pushed through the forest with Yara and Lev. We encountered a trail of bodies before facing off in a brutal duel against the massive Seraphite woman. After a savage finishing move, Abby reclaimed her gear. I was finally getting the hang of the Stalker fight, but the game crashed yet again the moment I opened photo mode. It's becoming a real challenge just to capture the action without the system locking up. After jumping back in, I decided to play it safe and ignore photo mode entirely for the time being. I took down all the Stalkers in the forest, and we immediately started moving fast to put some distance between us and more stalkers if there were any. We were searching for any kind of shelter from the demons, but all we found were fresh bodies. The injuries were brutal, suggesting something much stronger than a standard runner had been through here recently. We found a cut in a fence. Yara tried to open it, but Abby stepped in to use her strength, volunteering to hold the path open so the others could scramble through first. Once I made it to the other side, I came face-to-face with the massive Seraphite lady who nearly killed me earlier. She had Lev cornered, and the tension was through the roof. I rushed to her, tackling the brute to the ground while she was still carrying that heavy hammer. It was a desperate move to keep her from swinging that weapon at the kids. As the brute got back up, Abby realized the woman was actually wearing her stolen backpack. Seeing her personal gear on the enemy made Abby even angrier, and I started landing heavy punches. I'll admit, this battle was incredibly tough, and I was taken down a few times before I figured out her patterns. Even when I was landing hits, she would grab Abby in a death grip that was almost impossible to break. In the final moments of the struggle, Abby found a savage opening. She pulled an ear off the woman that she bit down earlier, causing enough of a distraction to finally turn the tide and kill the giant Seraphite for good. With the threat finally gone, Abby reclaimed her backpack and all her gear. I immediately used a bandage to patch her up, as her health was dangerously low after such a punishing fight. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.

The Stalker Horde.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=bong1011/0a96bd37 As the Seraphites prepared to execute Abby, a betrayer named Yara was dragged in, providing a distraction. After Lev intervened with arrows, Abby fought from her noose to help Yara and Lev escape. We battled a swarm of Stalkers in a glitchy encounter before fleeing into the forest, only to be ambushed again. Just as the Scars were about to kill Abby in a brutal ritual, they dragged in a betrayer named Yara. She immediately became the primary target of the Seraphite leader's cruelty. The leader ordered the other Scars to shatter Yara's hands. After one hand was broken, a sudden arrow strike took out one guard, and Yara seized a hammer to crush the other executioner. The leader pointed a gun at Yara as she approached with the hammer. Even while hanging from the rope, Abby used her legs to kick and disarm the Scar, giving Yara the opening she needed. Lev appeared and cut Abby down on Yara's orders. He warned them both that the Infected were closing in on their position and they needed to move fast. With the Stalkers emerging from the shadows, Abby grabbed the discarded hammer. Yara and Lev prepared to hold their ground alongside her as the first wave of monsters attacked. I started hammering the Stalkers one by one. Unfortunately, every time I tried to use photo mode to capture the action, the game got crashed, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to restart this fight three times because of the crash issue. On the final attempt, I successfully cleared out the Stalkers and the remaining Infected that swarmed the clearing. Lev insisted there were more coming and that we had to leave the area immediately. I followed Yara through the dark forest as she guided the way with a flickering torch. Without warning, more Stalkers ambushed us from the trees. Since I no longer had the hammer, I felt a bit lost on how to approach the fight, which allowed the creatures to quickly overwhelm me. We'll check what happens next in another post. Image Source: In game screenshots. End of the post. Peace.
