A message on the biblical passage found between Genesis 6-9

Genesis 5:1 - 6:8

Continuing the series in Genesis, Shane explores the phrase "image of God" used in the text. He spends his time highlighting three points: the dignity of the individual made in the image of God, the dignity of others who are made in the image of God and the dignity of work.

Greg Steigelman takes us on a journey through the scriptures to expound the Gospel message. He sets off this journey in I Corinthians 15: 1-8 to show that the passage reveals 4 historical and infallible proofs of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He expands on each individual truth throughout the message. 1. Crucified 2. Buried 3. Rose again 4. Seen by many eyewitnesses These trues have a tremendous bearing on what eternity will look like for each person, individually.

Who deserves our allegiance? To whom do we render praise and adoration? Who are we seeking to imitate? Who captivates our hearts? J.C. Schroeder takes us on a journey through the gospel of Mark that will help to answer these questions. Looking specifically at the significance of the phrase "Son of God." J.C. shows through scripture that Jesus is "the Royal Son of God," "the Glorified Son of God," and "the suffering Son of God." Concluding that Jesus deserves our allegiance, our worship, our imitation and our hearts captivation.

This 'episode' begins with three very different and unique testimonies that declare the power of God unto salvation through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins. These testimonies were given prior to their individual decision to be baptized out of obedience to the One with the ability to redeem them. Running the Race of Faith How are we running? Where are our eyes fixed? Are we weighed down and burdened? How are we enduring the race? Who is with us during this race?

Recalling a few examples from the scriptures that would call us to patience as we remember that God is indeed good all the time.
