Easter Sunday is a day of celebration! We celebrate what He achieved and that He rose again. Victory was claimed on Resurrection Sunday. Through the perspective of the disciples, and particularly Thomas, Ps Melanie reminds us that God enters our ordinary and shows us what we need to see. Just like the disciples, we need to choose to believe.

Ps Melanie shares on Good Friday an encouraging message about how what happened over 2,000 years ago is still relevant today. When Jesus died on the cross, He said it is finished. Do you understand the significance of this moment? Jesus chose to pay the price for it all and to rescue everyone who chooses Him.

Tim wraps up our series on prayer by looking at When do we Pray. He encourages us that we can pray always and about anything. Faithful prayer is continual, lets us be in constant communication with God, and brings Him into our life. We pray that you have been blessed by this series.

Nathan continues our series on Prayer by looking at it through the idea Teach us to Hear. He encourages us that prayer is to be dialogue with God, and we should be expectant to hear from Him. God will speak any way that He wants to, and we are to be ready to listen.

How well does Jesus know you? Will you allow Him to know you? Ps Paul shares today about relationship knowledge and experience knowledge. A relationship is an experience with, not just knowing about someone. God always wants to build a relationship through experience with us if we let Him.

Prayer isn’t about having the perfect words, but it is about having a relationship with God. We can be confident in the name of Jesus; and know that this is where the power comes from. Are you willing to align with God’s will, and to pray with the authority that Jesus has given you? Be encouraged this week that you can grow in your prayer life and as you build your relationship with God, He will continue to strengthen and equip you.

Ps Mel begins our new series on prayer by looking at three main points - pray with persistence, pray the prayer Jesus asked us to pray, and pray in your heavenly language. C3 Watson is a church called to prayer. We are called to be a history maker through our prayers.

We have all been given gifts from God that He wants us to be using. Ps Mel encourages us that a great way to serve God is by using our gifts to serve others. Everyone has an important part to fill in being a part of the body of Christ, and as we serve alongside each other in Church, we are helping to build His Kingdom.

Ps Paul continues our ‘On Purpose’ series by sharing the value that comes from small groups. Both larger Sunday meetings and smaller groups throughout the week are vital so that we can grow alongside each other. Groups provide a sense of belonging and an opportunity for growth so that we can become more like Jesus. There is encouragement that comes from meeting with other Christians and journeying life together.

Ps Jess shares an encouraging message about what a God given dream is. Through characters in the Bible, she looks at the different features of a dream. God has great plans for you and wants you to walk into these and through these with Him.

Ps Paul Marshall continues through 2 Timothy chapters 3 and 4, encouraging us to stay grounded in Scripture and shaped by the people God has placed in our lives. Paul’s words remind us to remain faithful, discerning, and steady as we follow Jesus.

In week two of our Going Deeper series, Ps Mel continues through 2 Timothy chapter 2. Paul’s encouragement to live strong in God’s grace reminds us that following Jesus involves perseverance, growth, and faithfulness. As we grow deeper in our walk with Christ, we are challenged to live with purpose, sow into others, and trust God for the harvest.

John starts off our latest series by diving into chapter 1 of Paul’s letter 2 Timothy. As we work through the chapter John pulls out various teachings and encouragements for us all. Be uplifted in knowing that our calling is in Jesus and keep discovering the purpose that God has for you.

Everyone is invited to come and see Jesus. Ps Mel shares a special Christmas Eve message encouraging us that we are all welcome to come and see Jesus. She explores three different examples of people who wanted to see more of Jesus. We pray you are blessed this Christmas season.

Everything points to Jesus - the light of the world. Throughout the Old Testament Jesus was prophesied about, which Ps Paul explores a few of. Jesus reveals many different things about God and what He is like. Along with characteristics of Him which are still very true for us today. We pray you are blessed by this week’s message.

Nathan shares at our Christmas Party by looking at the role of the Magi in the nativity story. While their role in the story was short, it was also very significant. Nathan looks at the gifts they brought and how important these truly were. The Magi saw something that no-one else did and the evidence of what this is in their gifts.

As we move into the Christmas season, Ps Amanda begins our new series. Everyone meets Jesus, but not everyone responds the same. Through looking at different groups of people and their responses to Jesus’ birth, we can see the reactions that are continued to be expressed today. As we all get the opportunity to meet Jesus, who is the light of the world.

Esther lived on purpose and with purpose. Ps Mel wraps up our Heroes of The Bible series by looking at Esther and the valuable things her story can teach us. She shows us that God has us here for a reason and that we need to use the time and opportunities He gives us. If God asks us to do something, we can trust in His plan.

This week’ hero is Joseph, whose life we can learn a lot from. Ps Paul looks at three main takeaways from his life that are great teachings and reminders for us today. Joseph’s life gave an example of Jesus’ life before Christ came. He shows us that no matter what happens to us, God is with us. We also are taught about integrity - that what we show to others should be the same as who we are inside. We pray that you are blessed by this week’s message.

This week’s Hero of the Bible is Elijah. Tim looks at his story to share with us how God sees things differently than we do. He encourages us to ask, what do you see, what does God see, and are they aligned? We pray you are blessed by this week’s message.

Nathan launches our brand-new series by looking at David, with the teaching that we want to finish well. Through the story of David, we want to be inspired by his heart; but not mimic the way he lives. David shows us a teachable, humble, and repentant heart, which is the one that finishes well.

Ps Paul wraps up our Mind Your Map series by talking about being people of faith. Through looking through the passage Matthew 14, there is a lot we can learn from Peter’s experience and faith. We can challenge ourselves to think the way Jesus thinks.

Ps Mel continues our Mind Your Map series, speaking about how the things we believe shape the direction of our lives. She reminds us that many of our struggles begin in the mind, and that freedom comes as we recognise and replace lies with God’s truth. We pray this message encourages you and helps you walk in greater clarity and strength.

Through looking into the verse Philippians 4:8, Ps Jess continues our current series talking about the importance of what we focus on. The thoughts we focus on are what will then spill out into our lives. Therefore, we need to guard our thoughts as they shape everything else. Jess concludes her message by giving practical ways that we can start changing what our mind is set on.

John looks at the journey of transformation as we come to Christ and grow in relationship with Him. He as encourages us that we need to challenge the way we think. As what we choose is often determined by our mind, so we must be careful about what we think about. We pray that you are blessed by this week’s message.

Tim continues our series on mental health and how our minds are like a map that guides our life. He asks us all the question, where is your map leading you? Our map needs to be true, which comes from God and His word. This leads to freedom and hope.

Ps Mel wraps up our 'Let it Shine' series. She reminds us that the reason we are doing this is to show others Jesus. To shine our light in the community, and to give God the glory. Together, we want to continue reaching out into our community to show people how loved they are by God.

This week Ps Paul shares about generosity. He looks at how God calls us to be generous. A legacy we can pass on is showing God’s heart to others. God will provide so that we can bless others.

Ps Paul wraps up our series on relationships by looking at both singleness and marriage. He shares how both are valuable gifts from God, each serving a unique purpose in a Christian's life. Those who are single are still just as important, and God can use this in great ways. Paul also shares about marriage and God’s original intention for this. The ideal of what God wanted it to be, and how it is built on making a commitment of faith.

Nathan continues our relationships series by bringing an important message on offence and relational hurt. He brings encouragement for all of us, that we have a loving God who sees and who wants to bring healing. We all need to watch our hearts so that when hurt happens, we don’t take offence. Nathan also shares about how we can take steps to help us not be carrying offence.

Continuing our relationship series, Jess shares about our call to encourage and appreciate others. We should be aiming to be building others up, just as Jesus showed us to do. We are called to be the biggest encouragers. Jess concludes her message this week by encouraging us to be speaking out words of life. We pray that you are blessed by this week’s message.

We had the privilege of having guest speaker, Ps Andrew McGruther, with us. Ps Andrew brought a powerful message to keep our lamps burning. Through looking at the life of Jacob, we get an example of someone full of faith to the end, and how God wants us to be living. To encourage us to not let our love and devotion to Jesus die out.

Ps Mel begins our new series on relationships. It is our vertical relationship with God that helps us with our horizontal relationships with others. Ps Mel looks at both how we need to be peace makers, and to check our control. We all need face to face connection with others.

Ps Jess finishes our prayer series by teaching about hearing from God. Through practical steps of how to get ready to hear from God, she encourages us to get be ready to listen because God wants to speak. Our yes attracts the voice of God, and when we are willing, He will speak.

This week’s message looks at the prayer waiting room - the room of trust. We need to keep trusting God even when we can’t see how He is working. He has heard your prayers, and He is near. Know that your faith is not wasted in the waiting - it is built. Ps Mel also encourages us that Jesus is praying for and with us.

Ps Paul continues our Prayerworks series encouraging us to talk to God throughout the day. In a real relationship you are constantly talking, and the same is with prayer and talking to God. Paul also shares about how we frame our prayers to ensure we have the right thinking about it so that we can get the most out of it. We pray that you are blessed by this week’s message.

Tim kicks off our brand-new series on prayer. He shares about how much God just wants to hear from us. Tim looks at both who we are praying to and the how. Prayer that works is when we do it constantly.

Ps Mel continues Vision Builders by talking about our call on earth. Through sharing about how God is moving significantly across the planet, she encourages us that there can be a revival happening here in Canberra. Ps Mel also talks about what she sees happening for the community through us. That we are moving into new ways to minister to our community through what God has put in our hands. Everyone has something that they can give, and that God can use.

We can take the City of God with us as we get involved in Canberra. He has called you to Canberra for a reason and He wants you to get involved in this city. God is a city builder - He cares about cities and wants to see them grow. He knows how to transform them and wants to see them flourish.

Ps Paul wraps up our faith series by looking at the connection between faith and abiding in Jesus. He also explores how we can be yoked with Jesus which allows us to learn from Him and let Him help us. Similarly, we can be apprentices of God and to allow Him to teach us. When we abide with God, we can begin taking on His characteristics and become more like Him.

John continues our Faith series by looking at three stages of faith that can be relevant to everyone. These are saving faith, prevailing faith, and Kingdom faith. You can progress through each of these stages, but they all work in unison. We pray that you are blessed and encouraged by this week’s message.

Nathan continued our Done series with a message on faith, choosing to trust in God even when life feels uncertain. He shared five ways to stay anchored in faith: friends, affirmation, immersion, thankfulness and honesty. Faith grows not by sight, but by walking with God through every season.

Ps Mel shares that faith waits patiently, trusts confidently, and rests. We need to understand that it is not enough to just believe in God, but we need to believe Him. It is during times of waiting that we continually need to choose to trust God that He will fulfill His promises. By looking at the story of Abraham, we can be encouraged that God is good to His promises. when we choose to keep going in faith.

On Easter Sunday, Ps Mel shared a moving message about the resurrection of Jesus and the freedom it offers. She spoke on forgiveness, both for others and ourselves, and the power of surrender, reminding us that because Jesus rose from the grave, we can live free, forgiven, and fully committed into God's hands.

This Good Friday, Ps Mel shared a powerful message reflecting on the sacrifice of Jesus. She reminded us that He carried our sin, shame, and sorrow. Through His death, the way to relationship with God was opened. The cross changed everything.

This week we were blessed to hear from guest preacher Ps James Edwards, who shared a powerful message about living our life in Jesus. He spoke about remaining in Him, receiving His grace, and being shaped by His righteousness.

This week we wrapped up our series on the book of James by exploring chapter 5. Throughout this chapter, the author James covers a variety of things that we need to ensure that God is at the center of. Jess encourages us to make God a part of it all, and reminds us that He cares about all of the big and little things.

This week, John preached from James Chapter 4, focusing on the call to draw near to God and His promise to draw near to us. He spoke about the importance of humility, reminding us that God lifts up the humble and that a surrendered heart creates space for His presence.

This week, we continued our series on James, diving into Chapter 3 with a message from Nathan Oliver. He spoke about the power of our words, reminding us that what we say flows from the heart. Nathan encouraged us to speak life over ourselves and others, using our words to build up and reflect the heart of God.

This week we were blessed to hear from guest preacher Ps Greg French, who shared a powerful message on how God uses our weakness and brokenness for His glory. We are not disqualified by our struggles, instead, God shapes us through them to fulfil His purpose and reveal His grace.
