    A Crowning Creation

We often criticize the very thing our premortal selves once eagerly anticipated: the gift of a mortal body. In this episode, Sally shares a deeply personal moment that changed everything—realizing that her premortal self was eager to receive the body she now lives in. Together, we talk about how easy it is to take that gift for granted, and how remembering this truth can completely reshape the way we view ourselves. You are not just a body—you are God's CROWNING CREATION, filled with purpose, light, and divine worth. This episode is a reminder to stop tearing down what heaven once celebrated.

    Becoming Through the Unexpected

Maddy shares her journey of transitioning into an LDS service mission—the doubts, challenges, and even shame she faced along the way. In a space that's often viewed as "less conventional," she chose to rise above and found something she deeply cherished: a mission uniquely designed for her. We talk about letting go of the "perfect" path and trusting that God's plan is better, even when it looks different. Maddy found purpose in lifting others and helping fellow missionaries feel seen and supported. Her story is a reminder that God doesn't fit in a box—and neither do we. He works through our struggles to shape who we're becoming. If you've ever felt behind or unsure of your path… this episode is for you! God's plan > our plan. Always.

    Rooted to Rise

After six months away from the mic, I'm back and reflecting on a season that taught me so much about faith, surrender, and growth. This episode is a reminder that life can be overflowing with blessings while still feeling spiritually heavy—and that both can exist at the same time. I talk about learning to tighten my circle with intention, embracing my words of the year, surrender and flourish, and how true flourishing happens when our roots are deep in faith. I also share how God calls us higher through both joy and struggle, and why the gospel doesn't make life easier—it equips us to face it. If you're in a season of rebuilding, questioning, or chasing God more deeply, this episode is for you. Because even when faith feels stretched, joy has a way of returning.

    Wholeness in the Cracks

We are God's greatest creation, and His love for us is constant—never earned or lost, but made complete through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. The adversary wants us to see our cracks as shameful flaws, but those very cracks are where Christ's love and grace can pour in. Wholeness in Him doesn't mean our trials disappear or that we become flawless; it means our broken pieces are filled with His healing power. Just like the woman with the issue of blood, years of unseen struggle can lead to profound moments of restoration when we reach for the Savior. Even in seasons of silence or distance, God is shaping us, reminding us that there is no deadline to His love and no limit to His power. Christ Himself wept, prayed earnestly, and needed angels, showing us that brokenness is not weakness—it is an opening for divine strength. If we were perfect porcelain, there would be no room for Him. But because we are cracked, He can step in, seal us with His grace, and make us whole in ways we could never be on our own.

    Carried by the Quiet Habits

For so long, I thought I hadn't faced a true trial of faith—until I did. But what surprised me most was realizing it wasn't some grand gesture that carried me through…it was the quiet, consistent habits I'd once overlooked.  In this episode, I open up about the refining moments of my recent spiritual wrestle, how daily disciplines sustained me, and why we're all still in the early stages of becoming.  God isn't waiting for perfection—He's cheering every intentional step. Our will is a sacred gift, and giving it back is an act of worship. It's okay to not be "there" yet. We're building something eternal, one choice at a time.  Join me as I reflect on the systems that shape us, the grace that carries us, and the quiet power of showing up—even when it's hard.

  6. 64

    Spark

I believe that each of us carries a divine spark—a light within us. But the adversary's greatest hope is to dim that light. The purpose of this podcast episode is simple: to remind you of your infinite worth and sacred identity as a child of God. That's exactly why Satan works so hard to distort your sense of self and limit your vision of who you are and who you can become through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. He wants you to forget your divine potential. I know I'm not alone in sometimes struggling to connect with the title "child of God." It can be hard to believe we're worthy of that name when we feel so inadequate, undeserving, or small, especially when compared to the overwhelming love Christ has for us. But COME ON GUYS, He gave His life for you. For me. That's a love so vast, so costly, it's almost hard to comprehend. But it's not a price we should ever forget. His sacrifice wasn't just to save us—it was to help us understand the greatness of who we are and what we can become through Him. In His infinite love, we begin to discover our infinite capacity.

    The Shining Moments

This week's episode is inspired by hymn 226, Improve the Shining Moments, a beautiful reminder of the power found in truly embracing the present. In a world that constantly pulls us toward what's next, we often overlook the joy that comes from simply being where our feet are. Through personal reflections and faith-centered insights, we'll explore how slowing down and appreciating the season we're in can transform ordinary moments into extraordinary, sacred experiences. We are incredibly blessed to know that we have something infinitely greater than anything the world can offer—the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Because of Him, we can fully embrace not only the moments we are in but also the ones that lie ahead. When we begin to see our present circumstances as precious and sacred, everything changes. We live differently, we love differently, and we begin to inherit the countenance of Jesus Christ.

  8. 62

    The Countercultural Trend

In a world that glorifies self-help and independence, we often neglect the power of true repentance. Society teaches us to avoid anything that challenges our ego, but repentance isn't about shame- it's about freedom. God doesn't insist on our suffering; he provides a way out through Christ. When we repent, we're not alone- we have the full support of heaven in our corner. It's time to drop our nets, let go of what's holding us back, and move forward within His Grace. I am so grateful for how rich God is in grace because I'll gladly and freely admit: I am rich in mistakes. Let's make repentance and humility a trend. A trend that will bless you more than any viral trend will.

    Rebrand

This year is all about rebranding myself. Moving to a new state felt like diving into the deep end, but it's also a perfect way to start fresh. My word for this year is discomfort—and I'm learning to lean into it, trusting that growth and refinement will come through the process. Utah wasn't on my radar in the past; honestly, it would've stopped me in my tracks. But now, I'm stepping into this new season full of excitement and gratitude. God, in His wisdom, "blinded" me to the fears that once held me back, allowing me to take this leap of faith. Leaving behind what I had worked and prayed for felt counterintuitive, but I knew surrendering to His plan was the only way forward. I'm embracing the reality that I'm a work in progress, under construction—but I'm thankful God has the blueprint. Trusting Him hasn't been easy, especially when I tried to talk myself out of this decision. But here I am, just a few weeks in, already feeling empowered by the steps I've taken. Cheers to a year of unknowns, growth, and faith! Here's to trusting the process and rebranding in a way that honors the journey.

    The Reason

Christ is THE Reason. For the Season of Joy. The season that we all admire as a time of giving, surrounded by loved ones, and a time dedicated to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This year, the nativity struck me differently than it has other years, and that was because of the striking example of Mary- the mother of Jesus. I studied her character and her magnificent response to the mission Heavenly Father had granted her. She truly placed her trust in God's hand in advance of knowing what may lie ahead. She taught me that God can only transform what you put in His hand. Her confidence stemmed from her faith in what God could perform through her; she was willing to be the vessel in Heavenly Father's miraculous plan. I know she must've felt inadequate, too young, troubled, fearful of rejection and judgment, anxious, and so many more daunting emotions, but she didn't let these emotions overshadow God's capability. I am so grateful for her example of strength, faithfulness, humility, a submissive heart, courage, and pure confidence imbedded in her trust for the Lord in all that He would accomplish. She knew Christ better than anyone on earth; she played a huge role in the miraculous birth story, she witnessed Him preach to Wise men, cherish those around Him, conduct miracles willingly, and ultimately lay down His life. She humbly praised the Son of God and supported Him in all seasons of His life. I hope that we will follow her beautiful example and praise him all the days of our lives. Place our trust in God's hand and draw confidence and strength in Him. Christ is the reason. For the Season. For Life itself.

  11. 59

    Cloud Nine

One of the beautiful purposes of this life is to be proven, tried, and tested. Our God beautifies the valleys that we endure by allowing our character to be heightened. In the doctrine of Jesus Christ, the last principle--Endure to the End--is arguably the most overlooked. Consistency in our faith and trust in God is vital for our overcoming of the seemingly impossible mountain laid before us. I know how daunting our trials may seem, but I know OUR GOD IS LARGER. The adversary hopes to convince us that our trials are useless when really they have the potential to be a stepping stone in our development. The adversary desires for us to isolate instead of reaching out for God's grace! I want to echo the words of God to Joseph Smith in Liberty Jail: " Peace be unto thy soul; thine adversity and thine afflictions shall be but a small moment; and then, if thou endure it well, God shall exalt thee on High." I know that our valleys are what LIFT us to our Highest Elevation! Our hill! Our cloud nine! I pray that we will all have an attitude of gratitude for the work that God is putting into our Spirit and Character as we endure the turbulence of our rocky lives. HE IS THE SAVIOR WE ALL ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF.

  12. 58

    Battlefield

We are not strangers to the battlefield! We must remember that we witnessed the war in heaven and God was VICTORIOUS! One of the absurd lies satan places on us is that we are alone! Another crazy successful tactic of his is WORRY! Worry is when you feel the pressure of doing it all on your own! Worry is a form of idolatry because you believe you have the power to control an outcome when really, only God can!!! Instead of inviting the omnipotent to carry you through, you worry! The thought of being independent isn't necessarily a defect because God was very intentional when creating us! But He designed us to be weak without His Atoning Power! We need him, there's no other way to conquer life's course without Him! A blessing of the gospel is knowing that we CAN ALL MAKE A COMEBACK! Even when we are in the battlefield, we can trust that as we come into Him, we will be saved. By His Grace.

  13. 57

    Unfinished

The unfinished product. We are all incomplete. The Lord's job is not finished!!! We are still under construction— God is still polishing and transforming us to perfect His masterpiece that you truly are!! and We have a role in that too! Kristen is a very well rounded and motivated person. She is someone who lives in constant evolution. Although she believes God created her beautifully, she knows she can reach her divine potential by putting forth the work necessary to achieve her dreams. She shares her experience as she recognizes the ceilings that were RESTRICTING her and preventing any growth! She preaches: take the next step NOW! Do something that scares you, you might surprise yourself! I have learned through her example that god truly does surprise us when we trust in His will AND do our part in His plan for us! There are so many gems of knowledge and truth within this podcast! I know you need it!!

  14. 56

    The Contagious Joy

There is a contagious tone of joy in my voice and I owe it all to the loving character of Christ. I am feeling more like myself recently so thought I would hop on a pod and share what is on my heart. Silly ol' me has been contemplating what tactics the adversary has (sadly) been successfully tearing me apart with. There is something so humbling about acknowledging my weaknesses within my valleys. It seems CLEAR AS DAY what the Lord has been trying to teach me, yet the obnoxious strategies the devil has played on me have left me feeling like I am in the dark. But don't you worry folks, I am feeling so empowered by the spirit to say bye-bye to giving in to satan. I share raw and beautiful lessons that the Lord has taught me recently. The Joy that I feel when I immerse myself in the gospel of Jesus Christ, is truly UNMATCHED. I highly, highly recommend this way of living. I hope you can walk away from listening to this pod feeling strong enough and able to recognize the counterfeit that satan is offering you!

  15. 55

    Originated by Light

We are all originated by a spark of light. Light is a force that is so powerful that it can eliminate the fear that the world instills in our hearts. Time and time again we read in the bible that we are to be the light of the world, Jamey takes this call literally as he strives to lighten each moment with his upbeat, energetic spirit.  Jamey speaks on the power of connection, chasing your own dreams and aspirations, normalizing casual conversation with god, enjoying life in God's boundary, contributing to the good of this world, and leaving a friendly impact on others.

  16. 54

    God's Blueprint

God's Blueprint. is better than ours. Our desires change and evolve ALL THE TIME, but God's intentions and desires are constant. That is why He is so kind to take the responsibility of laying out the blueprint for our lives with His heightened eyes instead of our lowly minds and hearts. Do not be condescending to our god and His calling to design the structure of our lives by believing you know best, He has been a god for a long time and has easily and effortlessly earned our trust. God is a knowledgeable architect who knows best. He can reveal His designs to us through the direct lines of prayer, which requires us to open our channels to Him. I invite you to come down to reality and understand that you are not speaking to a wall but actually to the creator. David A. Bednar addresses the natural tendency with prayer to approach it like a grocery list, we are beggars to God and see prayer as an opportunity to ask more from God instead of understanding how we can prove our loyalty and faithfulness to Him. We are entitled to believe that God will give us everything we want when we want it. But God doesn't deserve to be tested like a grocery list. Don't be shallow and stubborn to God, let Him answer your prayers with His perfect grace, let Him surprise you! He will answer our prayers and take care of our desires within His mercy, will, and bounds. Favor His blueprint for your life with confidence that His plan is much more beautiful than yours.

  17. 53

    Beyond Fiction

Miracles. We have almost made them out to be this fictional idea, we put God in a box and expect that miracles ceased when he left this earth. That the earlier Saints and stories in the Bible were the last of Christ's miraculous works. But I say no. I am so blessed to have a firm belief that Christ is continuously blessing us with miracles. The breath we have in our lungs is a miracle. The sun rises and sets each day, that's a miracle. Technology allows us to communicate with a person in seconds, yet another miracle. A small seed transforms into a mighty tree, what a wonderful miracle and the components in our body allow us to breathe, grow, evolve, and live!! Our life within itself is a miracle. I am so grateful for a lifetime full of miracles and more to come. I know that miracles are manifestations of divine or spiritual power. God has no limits so let's stop the cycle of placing Him in a box. He knows what miracles we need to understand they're from a heavenly individual, He knows what angels we need in our lives, He knows that as we acknowledge him and his goodness we will feel an immense sense of joy, peace, and solitude. There truly is stillness in appreciating the daily miracles. In all your ways, acknowledge him.

  18. 52

    Stay

In this world, it has almost been a trend to leave and abandon your faith which literally makes my heart break. So imagine the intensity of God's heartbreak and sorrow as he sees His beloved children leave. There is no benefit to deserting your beliefs. On the other hand, there are ONLY BENEFITS in pursuing and cherishing your religion and God. A faithful walk of life brings fulfillment, satisfaction, strength, courage, security, value, purpose, light, hope, and SO. MUCH. MORE. I can stand up straight knowing my identity, I can look towards the heavens in my valleys, I can live a life of service and feel strengthened by the spirit, I can feel free from the chains of the adversary as I envision the sacrifice of my Savior, I can live knowing there is hope for a better more elevated life ahead, I can view ANYONE AND EVERYONE in my life as a blessing, I can continue with no regret walking upright as a Christian. Even if my belief was a lie, it gifted me a BEAUTIFUL life as I embarked on a life in harmony with Christ. EVEN IF ALL ELSE FAILS, I AM GLAD TO STAY BY MY SAVIOR'S SIDE AND REMAIN FAITHFUL.

  19. 51

    More than a margin

We often only give God power over the margin of our story. We limit what edits God is able to make in our life, which is the biggest mistake we could make because ultimately that is keeping us from experiencing a joy we never knew was possible. He is a master creative. Our story has the potential to be so beautiful as we hand our will over to him. In the world that we live in, our activity and productivity often are seen to determine our identity and value but God teaches that "WHO YOU ARE determines WHAT YOU DO". When you lose sight of who you are, you end up being someone you never wanted to end up being! If you are unsure who you are, I call you to fall to your knees and ask God to make it clear to you, He truly is eager to speak truth into you. Let me remind you that God refers to his disciples as "the salt of the earth", in scriptures salt was seen to be useful and valuable. The Israelites used salt as a reminder of WHO THEY ARE!!! We too are valuable because we are God's REASON.  Hurry kills intimacy with the Lord. There is a reason "walk" was referred 212 times in the bible. Waiting produces patience. Your suffering truly does bring experience and hope. As we hold on to the hope which god embodies, we are no longer paralyzed by shame, fear, and anxiety. Let God write your story and walk with you, make more than a margin for the Lord! Let him WRITE YOUR STORY.

  20. 50

    Expose Your Values

We often cheat our spirits and souls when we chase after TEMPORAL things!! We stretch ourselves further than we are able in order to satisfy only temporary desires. Our goals, hopes, and aspirations expose our sincere desires and what we value most. We are doing something wrong when Christ becomes secondary to our mortal goals and aspirations. Do not demote god or allow selfish, worldly desires to trump his goodness. And when you do fall short or are approached by failure to succeed in your desires, don't give up. Bring your desires to the Lord and lean on his strength. Don't allow fear to paralyze your faith.  So I hope you internalize this-DO NOT CHEAT YOUR SPIRIT. Chase after celestial and righteous desires because only then will you experience a heavenly rest.

  21. 49

    Rise Up

Today i'm inviting all who are willing to- go against your nature and be grateful for suffering. God doesn't condemn you with your trials, instead he's calling you higher. he wants you to RISE. I believe joy, contentment and peace can coexist even in times of suffering. The way you react to suffering proves a lot about your character!!!! In the act of avoiding pain and suffering you're causing more heartache. In your suffering, replace resentment with humility and look DEEPLY for the good!! don't procrastinate your healing!! "You can overcome a trial, the MOMENT you decide upon it"-Jimmy Baca A way we prolong our suffering is when we dismiss christ, and that brings more pain! So rise up from your heartache and suffering. The sooner you invite god in, the sooner you can overcome that suffering.

  22. 48

    Another Year Around the Sun

Every year I feel like a new person and creature of spirit as I celebrate another year around the sun. And I think that is what this life was designed to be, one of constant change and growth!! I'm grateful for my belief and knowledge of progression. It's a beautiful mindset to know that I don't need to be complacent with where I'm at but I can take every day as an opportunity to see what truths I need to learn in order to be refined into a new character. Tune in to today's episode as I dive into and explain all the truths God has placed upon my heart in my 22nd year of life. They are heavy and beautiful and so raw, I hope you will enjoy them! And even better I hope you will learn something new that will refine your character!

  23. 47

    Roses

ROSES God is sprinkling goodness throughout all walks of life and ALL He is hoping is for us to identity Him in the ROSES. A life of smelling the roses is one of RELIEF. We should be willing and ready to de-root ourselves from our poor tendencies and live in God's will. It may seem exhausting-the idea of always looking for the good but i have found the most REST in this habit. Our eyes are then opened to goodness more and it becomes easy for our eyes to realize GOD. I invite you to allow yourself to have an OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE AND SINK RIGHT BACK INTO YOUR SOUL so you can feel and embody the roses in front of you. Refrain from the defense mechanism where you avoid nurturing or creating a relationship with Christ by filling your agenda with anything BUT Him. When you're approached by an interaction that proves God's goodness, do not look over it or focus on another aspect of the circumstance!!! Allow that to lead you to a relationship with him. There are ONLY benefits from a relationship with Christ.  Now it's no surprise that our attention span in this generation is very poor but this got me thinking- how poor is my attention span with God??? Our mind is over consumed by so much!!! So replace all that baggage with GOD MOMENTS! When social media is the only thing we indulge and crave, our minds lose sight of the roses all around!! One wise man by the name of Justin Bieber once said: "you can't fly until you allow yourself to fall".  We have to be willing to soar in our circumstances—to take that risk even if it means we make a mistake or fail because that is what this life is about. If we don't, we may sit in regret or a "what if" mindset forever. Don't be complacent and settle where you are, always be seeking more. Risks allow you to discover who you are and what your divine nature truly is. We are in a fallen state, we are here to make mistakes and learn so that christ can RIGHT OUR WRONGS.  I please with you today—don't lose the chance to see the roses.

  24. 46

    Love Demands Change

If you love the Lord, to properly express your love, you need to change your ways. We must actively and constantly nourish our relationship with him, and when it deteriorates, God is not the one to blame. Our god is a relational God, all he does is motivated by the connection he seeks from each of His divine children. It is our responsibility, obligation, and honor to seek him and in all ways acknowledge him. He gives us second, third, fourth even unlimited chances to grasp onto his irreplaceable love. To reach a more intimate level of love, we need to change our hearts, thoughts, behaviors, habits, actions, and ultimately our character. My changed heart has healed my soul and healed my relationship with my Savior and Heavenly Father. This podcast is my attempt to call you higher, I call you to change TODAY. I pray you reflect on the area in your life that would benefit from change. Your habits are directly correlated to the way you view yourself so in order to transform your character, you must first acknowledge WHO you are as well as WHOSE you are. You belong to a loving and gracious God. Remember that we may never be able to repay Christ for the incalculable price he paid for our sins but we can come close by CHANGING OUR WAYS and keeping that change.

  25. 45

    Move

Mark 5 holds a tender story!! Miracles happen to those who MOVE. This sweet lady's soul has been suffering for 12 years with a blood condition that no doctor could comprehend or diagnose. She was cast out of her society because of this—something she cannot control. Well she controlled what she could, and when she found out Christ was passing through her town she MOVED in her faith and by the touch of his garment, she was instantly healed. Christ assured her "Your Faith hath made the whole". Even though she may have felt empty, she was whole and complete because of her faith and trust in the Lord's ability to heal her. We cannot just sit around waiting for miracles to occur in our lives. When we move, miracles happen.   One of Christ's love languages is service and the manifestation of His power through miracles. He seeks to deliver YOU a miracle. He will praise his current endeavor in order to minister to you, that is how fragile you are to Him. You are delicate to him, and so are His miracles.

  26. 44

    Divine Timing

Timing is such a divine concept that God has mastered, I mean considering He is the creator of all things. In my study, I was impressed with John's obsession with the concept of time, so much so that he referred to the idea 35 times in his gospel. Obviously, that is proof that time is valuable and something God was preaching to be important. In these chapters, Christ used repetition as he cried "My time has not come" five times. I know I am not the only one guilty of sighing after receiving this answer from God. We want our timeline to surpass the Lord's because we falsely believe we know best. When in reality, our Father in Heaven has established a beautiful and divine plan for each of our lives. He is the author of our story. As we humbly surrender to God's will and timing, we learn and get a taste of the blessings that come from yielding to heaven's pace. I know many of us are in a waiting season but need I remind you that even when we are waiting, God is working behind the scenes. He is in the details of our lives, He is refining you, and His timing is the most precise and true thing to come to pass. He will not place you somewhere where your spirit cannot dwell comfortably, so allow this season to be one where God transforms you. TRUST IN HIM. IN HIS DIVINE TIMING AND REDIRECTION.

  27. 43

    Our Irreplaceable God

Our God is irreplaceable. The answers, destinations, careers, people, and direction we seek all lie in the Lord's hands. Yes, we may have imperfections, faults, doubts, and deficiencies BUT our God is ALmighty, Sufficient, Omnipotent and so Honorable. He will deliver us, that is inevitable but we may need to persevere and endure with patience in order to arrive at our desired outcome and mountain top. We put so much pressure on the Lord to give us the answer we seek immediately rather than by his divine timing. God will always give you the answer, He will never leave you comfortless and lost for more than your spirit can handle. I have noticed that when change approaches my life, that means the Lord needs to redirect my path. Maybe even reroute my GPS. Wait upon the lord with patience, knowing that you are in good hands. The Journey is much more important than the destination. Promises, blessings, security, and hope await you as you endure your current adventure.

  28. 42

    Compelled to Feel

We were created to feel. Think of Christ. He felt every emotion we have or will feel in this life. All these emotions being amplified. He sunk deeper than anyone ever have or ever will so we don't need to. He was alone and so far from the "norm" in the world yet He had the greatest impact of anyone in this world. Our feelings are little compared to God's greatness!! They are only here for a small moment, but Christ's enduring love is eternal!!!! I know that as we break down our walls and be vulnerable to the feelings God placed on your heart—they are BLESSINGS not a curse!! Separate yourself from the crowd and designate time to feel! Be grounded in your thoughts.
We weren't made to BELONG in this world, We were made to dwell in a celestial kingdom. This is a preparatory state which prepares us to live in the presence of our God. So do not get comfortable- don't be comfortable in scrolling and the toxic trends of the world!!!! Do not conform to the world but be TRANSFORMED by god.  Join me in EMBRACING all our feelings!!! Face them with confidence of all that God can do to transform them to beauty!! Channel all your energy to Christ!!

  29. 41

    Hope is Never Lost

Feeling Hopelessness is unexpected as a disciple of Jesus Christ, considering that the restored gospel ultimately brings hope and clarity in this life. It is a foreign concept that often tempts us to bury this feeling instead of confronting it head-on. A lesson I learned in overcoming this valley was that this life is horrible at moments, horrible things occur even to righteous, faithful people. But the goal when we experience these difficulties is not to be happy in them but in turn, the goal is actually to FEEL the horrible. We need to embrace the cards we have been dealt in order for the atonement of Jesus Christ to take effect on our lives. When we are actively pursuing a god-honoring life, hope is never lost.

  30. 40

    vision

The new year is honestly so neat for me. I thrive in moments of change and new beginnings. Mostly because i enjoy challenging my heart and my character. I have noticed I embrace these moments because these are the moments I notice I need God the most. The humble moments leading up to establishing new year's resolutions are precious instances where God is manifesting himself!!! Instead of sitting in our flaws and weaknesses, we need to confess and realize that we need God in order to overcome them. When we conceal and hide away our weaknesses -that only keeps us from prospering!!! But when we acknowledge God's enabling power, we can be transformed. Instead of calling them "New Years Resolutions" I have replaced it with "my 2024 Vision"!! My vision is something that God helps me establish or even remember because truly all i'm trying to reach is my divine character-something that is unique to me and only my eyes can see it clearly!! If someone were to put on my lens they wouldn't resonate or feel comfortable because that is my personal lens prescription that God created with me. Here is your invitation to make your vision become reality. And that is only possible when you allow God to bring you back to your core. Find what you're passionate about and run with it. Day by Day. Trust the promise and know you will reach your vision, if it's God's will! That's the very reason you need to involve God in your practice of creating new years goals!!!

    soar in your faith

SOAR IN YOUR FAITH. Romans 40:28-30 is officially my anthem. It preaches how we, like Eagles can soar in our faith as we walk with the Lord. When we fully commit to Him and rely on His power, our deficiencies and weaknesses can be made strengths. I know that we may feel faint in our discipleship but when we wait upon the Lord and exhange our will for His, we will feel peace and rest. Those who truly call upon His strength, they are the ones that are RENEWED and TRANSFORMED. The faithful are related to the wings of an Eagle-in the bible these wings signify the strenth of God APPLIED to us. Their wings are built and created for SOARING AND GLIDING. And so are we. We were created to SOAR in our faith!! Eagles are known to soar above all things, with an elevated perspective. This is what we are promised when we apply God's Grace. Just as they fly we too can be boundless and free. True freedom is found in this gospel, and the sooner you let yourself soar the happier you will be.

    a disciples eye

The beautiful, humble and wise tay truly inspired me today with her beautiful testimony. We unpacked so much today-- and the words that we speak today truly SCREAM hope and goodness. A disciple's eye. A special gift of the faithful to give up their short sided perspective to God's magnified scope, even in the trenches. When we feel like we are caught in crossfire of our own personal warfare, we need to tune in to the present and give value to the answered prayers that we are sitting in. We need to ditch the practice of putting God in a box because He has no limitations with His blessings He has in store. His will is much more precious than we can imagine. Open your eyes and ears to the glory of God, it may be clear as day or hidden, He could whisper or even scream. Humbly ask yourself where your heart is and He will bring you back. Stop chasing over what comes next, instead walk with the Savior in all your present blessings. Remember God has never failed you, there is no expiration and deadline to your growth. God is so clear when you develop a disciples eye.

    no valley too deep

Click play to uncover the story of the Prodigal Son with me. I have connected to this story in so many ways and so many chapters of my life. I have been the Jealous and negative brother and also have been the prodigal in my own story. I can confidently express to you all today that there is no valley to deep, no storm too chaotic, no darkness too overwhelming, no burden too heavy and no sadness that cannot turn into joy and gladness. God is omnipotent and almighty. There is nothing He cant do, or we cannot do with his guidance. I know that it is so tempting to leave the comfort of our world and home in order to the life we deem to be thrilling. This "freedom" is so tempting but so misleading. The world and the adversary are so manipulative and convincing with the life they try to sell us. Do not give in, do not conform to what it is they are selling you. Instead COME BACK to the path Christ has so generously placed in our lives. He wants us back home. You are never unrecognizable to our creator, our own minds may convince us of this but in reality God has never lossed hope in you, he has been awaiting your return ever since you left his presence. You are loved, God knows what you have walked through in order to be where you are and that has not nor will never effect his love he extends your way. Now if you recognize you are in an enviroment that doesn't benefit your eternal destiny then I invite you to leave it behind and RUN after the Savior with me. Come back or welcome into the path of our Savior. There is so much love and truth and light here, so much more than the world will offer you. You will not regret your decision to CHOOSE THE HIGHER AND HOLIER WAY.

    The Dialect of the Heavens

The human family is known to speak 7,168 languages. This fact amazes me. It opened my eyes to all the ways we can communicate- through music, body language, dance, and art. The language we are all here to master is the language of the gospel, one of love and clarity. The dialect of the heavens can seem very intimidating, especially when we are in a fallen world seeking such a glorious language that we once spoke. I know and believe this to be a journey of learning how the Lord communicates with our individual soul, although his spirit is a beautiful source of communication with the heavens and it is UNIVERSAL--i believe that we each have a unique language which we can connect with our Creator. Think of it this way-everyone receives revelation or direction differently and that is because God knows us perfectly. He knows how he can encourage us to respond and react. As we study his word and listen for his whisper we can turn our stutter to a fluent, confident speech. I encourage you to consider how the Lord communes with you and then correct your language to open the heavens in your life.

    blossom

Do you ever feel like you are living, even suffering through a storm and feel hopeless? Well I promise you that these storms are catered for YOUR very being. It can be easy for us to throw our hands in the air and play the victim but I promise there is so much power and freedom in the process of becoming submissive and humble as you accept the Lord's will for your life. A beautiful outcome of our storms and trials is the way we are able to BLOSSOM and STRETCH!!! That is the very reasoning behind all opposition in this life is the possibility of growth and positive influence that it can bring to our spiritual stillness. The foundation in which we are built has been referenced and even highlighted by ancient and living prophets and apostles. They are undoubtly inspired. They have personally laid out warning signs which yield us to hold on to the Lord's extended hand. An inspiring part that God allows us to play in the gathering of Israel is the ability to be a lifeguard/life boat amongst someone's storm. I have had many ministering angels save me in my lifetime and i can only dream and hope i can be that for another. THAT IS OUR CALLING. To bring others to calm waters.

    synchronize

God is an artist. an art that He is the master of is coordinating and synchronizing our lives!!! His glorious plan is one that we may never comprehend in this life but one thing we can give notice to and especially give thanksgiving to is the flawless plan that unfolds for each of us. It is so neat that all of our plans are so intricate and unique to each person but its momentous and impressive that our paths cross with those who will be monumental in our journey back to the Father. I plead unto you to take note of all the ways God is synchronizing your life with valuable and faithful individuals.

    decisions that promote change

through every season of our lifes we will face decisions and life changes that need to be made. it is a precious opportunity to use the splendid gift and FREEDOM of choice. a lesson the lord has witnessed to me these last few days is the necesity of commiting our plans to our savior in prayer so that he can keep us accountable with our decisions. he has our back NO MATTER WHAT. and one thing that is remarkable to me is that when we are humble enought to present our imperfect yet intentional plans, with a humble and willing heart, everything will divinely play out as heaven seems fit. in doing so you will gain a sense of assurance and confidence in our God!!! i know it can be easy to doubt the decisions we make but those feelings soon fade when you give it all to the lord!!! although uncertainty makes decisions difficult, that uneasy feeling expires and is replaced with peace and stillness!!!!

    unexpected layovers

we all want to be in control, so when we come across an unexpected layover of our lives we may tend to panick or even doubt. but one thing i've learned on this wild adventure of mine this past week is that we have to trust our pilot-our Lord and Savior!!! he is steering our plane through bits of turbulence and he is in CONTROL. he is aware of the layovers and delays that are needed in order for us to arrive to our desired destination. the adventures our Savior takes us on are worthwhile and rewarding, so sit back and enjoy your ride!!!! no matter what your trip may look like!!!

    restore harmony

today i emphasized the true art of becoming a peacemaker- someone who, in my definition, restores harmony to the fallen world and contributes good!!!! one of our many missions as disciples of christ is to lift eachother up with every interaction!!!! there is so much contributing to the infection of the world-which is contention- so my challenge that i extend to each of you is to take part in healing the world with peace, love and charity!!!!! take a few pointers from the Lord's playbook!!!!!

    reconstruct your faith

i am absolutely honored to have THE Emma Nissen join me on the pod, this girl is the definition of success as a driven artist. I reminisce of the moments on my mission that were indeed the hardest but it was this girl's music that acted as my little beam of hope. The energy and soul she brings to her music is legitimately life changing. She has touched lives from the Arizona to Brazil, Korea, Sweden and even to my heart in DC...and many many more. She has the purest intentions with her art and gift God blessed her with and that is to influence others!!! In this episode she touches on the fundamentals of her journey of becoming a singer/songwriter and she is currently LIVING this sunset!!!!! join the pod and naturally commit to being emma nissen's groupie with me.

life is a marathon, not a sprint

todays episode is a truly music to my ears. i love the idea and truth that we need to PACE OURSELVES on our life journey and marathon. way to often do i and society itself focus on the speed of our performance rather than the resilience and strength we have the potenial to develop!! we need to find a balance of giving value to our potential as well as being reminded of our present state and reality. we need to train NOW for our journey and marathon to reach godliness. godliness is a reward for the faithful and resilient!!!! there are going to be countless switchbacks and hills that seem endless but as we live in a mind that encourages and even invites challenges as an opportunity to grow and strengthen our stature we will lean into JOY. i hope you remember that pain isnt tragic but is it pure magic!!! i challenge you to train today for godliness!!

    confidence&connection leveled up

abby solak is a well known name around the streets of gilbert az because of her devleoped conviction for christ. her journey of seeking and discovering truth within the restored gospel is unique yet heartwarming and touching!! she is someone that my soul immediately was drawn to and i know you will be a fan after hearing her words of wisdom that bring sooo much power!! we discuss the levels of ourselves that are emphasized and even highlighted as disciples!!! a favorite topic of ours that we touched on was the idea of "zooming out" our lens in order to see the eternal perspective of our everyday lives and giving more focus and attention to the person that matters most, which is our savior!!! now go enjoy this podcast and proceed to hype up my girl abby for the amazing soul she is!!

    exaggerate joy

hello my friends!! today i share my thoughts on one of my favorite topics....JOY!!!! on my mission i learned what it meant and how it felt to EXAGGERATE JOY!!! leaning into this level of emotion is what truly connects us to our Savior. as we emphasize and romanticize our life with all the tender mercies and miracles God sends us, he become more and more of our authentic self. i know that there is beauty in JOY and this is an emotion God yearns for us to experience!!!! take part in my challenge to design a passcode between you and the Lord so you can identify him in the "simple/daily life" circumstances!!!! he is there i promise, and he desires for YOU to experience this great amount of joy and BLISS which this gospel brings.
