Master Your Energy in Daily Life through Conscious Body Control
In this episode we explore Conscious Body Control in Daily Life — the relationship between our physiology and our inner state. Your body continuously expresses how your nervous system is organized: through posture, breath, facial expression, voice, and subtle tension patterns. Over time experiences, conditioning and stress create a “default state” that begins to shape how you react to people, situations and decisions without you even noticing. By working directly with the body — alignment, openness, release and awareness — you can start restoring neutrality and build a stable baseline from which presence, clarity and confidence naturally emerge. This practice goes beyond training sessions. The real work happens in conversations, family dynamics, work situations and inner dialogue, where you learn to recognize triggers and consciously regulate your state in the moment. Small physical adjustments can profoundly change emotional responses, perception and the outcomes of interactions. As the body becomes more open and elastic, it begins to support better choices, healthier boundaries and a different experience of life itself. In this podcast we talk about the differents between traditional nutrition and modern diets. A healthy diet that fits everyone all the time just doesn't exist. Traditional nutrition is a system where we look at the person and where the imbalances are. Then we look at what this persons eat. And because we know what the effect of foods are, we can now make changes to balance the system out. This is a lifelong proces.
