After 14 years of homeschooling, I’m stepping into a brand new season — and I’m finally ready to talk about what that transition has really looked like. Between the pressure to buy more, do more, and keep up with expectations, it’s easy to lose sight of what this season is really about. In this reflective, end-of-year episode, I’m sharing a slower, more intentional conversation about choosing meaning over more. As a veteran homeschool mom, I open up about how our family is simplifying gifts this year, shifting our focus toward shared experiences, and creating space for rest, connection, and faith — especially now that our kids are older.
