I thought I had forgiven someone, but I had not. I failed the acid test of forgiveness. Listen as I describe the ultimate test of whether you have in fact forgiven someone. I am finally starting to understand what being "blameless" really means.

The level of anger you feel inside does not depend on what happens to you. Instead, it depends on what you tell yourself about what just happened to you. Anger, hyperbole, exaggeration, label, labelling, exaggerated, Stoicism, Stoics, Marcus Aurelius, broke my heart, impulse control, controlling anger, temper, volatility, volatile, managing anger, we create our own suffering, anger management

Jesus the Christ, the Apostle Paul, and the Roman Stoics Seneca and Marcus Aurelius all agree on this point. To avoid absolute unending misery, you absolutely, positively, MUST NOT do this! Conversely, I will discuss the most effective way I have yet discovered how to control anger. This will work for you if you will do it!

Don't wait for your deathbed to start thinking about what you'll be known for in Heaven. I discuss two more ways to help people that you can practice most everyday.

How can you give mercy to other people? I discuss not only more ways to give a little bit of God's mercy away, but I talk about the blessing our doubts can give to us.

God wants Mercy to be in constant circulation. He constantly showers mercy on us and to keep it going, all we have to do is give just a little Mercy away to someone else, who may or may not deserve it. I discuss how to become more merciful.

Mercy is foundationaI to Christianity. I discuss the first 2 of 14 ways to give Mercy to other people.  Mercy is NOT getting what you deserve. Mercy is getting what you DO NOT deserve.

American pop culture absolutely rejects this whole idea of repentance. The American Christian Church rarely talks about it. Jesus says Heaven is at hand, but nobody can get there unless they repent. Exactly what is repentance? It's not what you might think it is.

For years doctors told my wife Patty, "there is nothing wrong with you, you need to see a counselor."  But they were all wrong. We hung in there as a couple and a wonderful healing occurred!

People are often unaware of the war constantly going on in their mind. This battle is so common to us we don't even realize it is taking place. But to be unaware of the battle is to lose the battle. I discuss the first four of seven ways to win this war.

You may believe in Christ, but do you actually have the same consciousness that Jesus the Christ has? Believing in Christ and having the consciousness of Christ are two entirely separate matters!

I also discuss how we overcome the crucifixions life brings our way, and how we don't have to try to do things, but simply allow God to do things through us.

This exercise will teach you to both hear from and obey the Holy Spirit. If you can do this, you can do just about anything, because stopping when eating something tasty is one of the hardest things in life. Once you can do that, there are no limits in your life.
