Gospel of Mark 19: Offended (6:1–6)

In a culture where everyone seems offended by everything, how do followers of Jesus navigate offense with wisdom, humility, and truth? In this teaching through Gospel of Mark 6:1–6, we explore the moment Jesus returned to His hometown, preached in the synagogue, and offended the very people who knew Him best. But this wasn’t merely hurt feelings — their offense revealed unbelief, pride, and resistance to the work of God in their lives.Together we explore:why people get offended so easily, the difference between wise and foolish responses to correction, how to discern when you were actually wrong, when to apologize, when to set healthy boundaries, and how offense can either harden your heart or humble your heart. This message is deeply practical, honest, funny at times, and rooted in biblical wisdom for navigating conflict, relationships, truth, forgiveness, and spiritual maturity in the modern world.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 6:1-6, Mark 3:5, 2 Corinthians 2:15-16, Proverbs 9:7–9, Matthew 7:3–5More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark- 18. Healing & Waiting (5-21–43)

Every one of us has prayed for healing - and experienced different answers. In Mark 5:21–37, Jesus meets both a desperate father and a suffering woman, revealing His power over sickness, delay, and even death. This sermon unpacks why healing is real but not predictable, and invites us into a simple, approachable way of praying for healing as a church family.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 5:21-37, Mark 1:1, Mark 1:40–42, Mark 2:1–12, Mark 3:6, Mark 4:35–41, Mark 5:21–37, Mark 5:27–34, Mark 5:35–43, Mark 8:22–25, Mark 10:52, Matthew 8:5–13, John 4:46–52, John 11:43–44, Acts 13:13, Acts 15:37–39, 2 Corinthians 12:7–9, 1 Timothy 5:23, 2 Timothy 4:20, 2 Timothy 4:11More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark 17: Set Free (5:1-20)

In one of the most powerful stories in Mark 5, Jesus confronts a man completely overtaken by bondage - and sets him free. But this isn’t just an extreme story… it’s a mirror. In a world of unprecedented advancement, we’re still deeply enslaved—to addiction, anxiety, distraction, and more. This message explores a counterintuitive truth: real freedom isn’t found in doing whatever we want, but in surrendering to the authority of Jesus. If you’ve ever felt stuck, this sermon offers both hope and a clear path forward.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 5:1-20  More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark 16: Peace in the Storm (4:34-41)

What do you do when the storm doesn’t stop—and Jesus seems silent? In this message from Gospel of Mark 4:35–41, we explore how faith is formed not in calm waters, but in real-life storms. Using the backdrop of the awe-inspiring Artemis II journey, this sermon contrasts human limits with the power of the God who speaks over chaos. You’ll be invited to wrestle with honest questions: Does Jesus care? Can He actually do anything about what I’m facing? And discover that Jesus doesn’t just calm storms - He uses them to reveal what’s happening beneath the surface of our hearts. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where God is in your situation, this message will help you move from fear to deeper faith in Jesus.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 4:34-41, Genesis 1:1-2, Psalm 46:10,  More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark 13- The Unexpected King (11-1-11)

What if your disappointment with God is actually rooted in the faulty expectations you brought to Him?On Palm Sunday, the crowds welcomed Jesus as King - but expected the wrong kind of King.In Mark 11:1–11, we explore the gap between what we expect from God and what Jesus actually came to do.What if He’s not here to meet your expectations - but to transform them? This message will challenge you to surrender control, obey in the small things, and follow a King who leads through humility, not power. The Kingdom of God isn’t life on your terms - it’s life with Jesus as King, and that’s good news.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 11:1-11, James 1:2-4, Philippians 3:10-11, Matthew 7:13-14, Psalm 118:25-26, Mark 10:45, Isaiah 53:5-6More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark 11- Formed Before Sent (3-13-19)

In Mark 3:13-19, Jesus forms His team - and it’s a surprising one: a rockhead, two status-chasing brothers, and even a future betrayer. Yet Jesus still calls them, showing that He doesn’t call the equipped - He equips the called. The pattern of discipleship is simple: be with Jesus first, then be sent by Jesus. Faithful ministry for the long haul isn’t built on perfection, but on ordinary people who stay close to Jesus and keep taking the next step. // SCRIPTURE REFERENCES // Mark 8:33; 3:13-19; 10:35-37; 43; 3:19; 3:14; John 15:5; Mark 3:13-19; Genesis 2:10; 22:2; Exodus 24:12; I Kings 18:20–39; Mark 4:41; More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP // Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark: 10. Restoring What’s Withered (3:1–12)

In Mark 3:1–12, Jesus confronts the religious leaders over what truly honors God. When a man with a shriveled hand enters the synagogue, the Pharisees watch closely to see if Jesus will heal on the Sabbath—not because they care about the man, but because they want a reason to accuse Him. Jesus exposes their hardened hearts and shows that God’s commands were never meant to restrict life but to restore it.This passage reveals a sobering truth: religious systems can sometimes care more about protecting rules than loving people. But Jesus refuses to let compassion be silenced. With a word, He restores the man’s hand and reveals the heart of God—one that values mercy over legalism and life over control. At the same time, Mark shows us two very different responses to Jesus. While the religious leaders begin plotting His destruction, crowds from every direction gather to experience His healing power. In this message, we explore what happens when the kingdom of God confronts hardened hearts, why Jesus challenges the misuse of religious rules, and how His authority reveals the true purpose of God’s law: restoring people to life.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 3:1-12More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark- 9. Jesus and Fasting (2-18-22)

We’re launching 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting…  but before we begin, we have to ask a crucial question: Are we aiming at the right target? In Mark 2:18–22, Jesus is challenged about fasting, and His response reveals something deeper than a debate about food. It’s about what it truly means to follow Him. In a world where Christianity can easily drift toward performance, politics, self-improvement, or rule-keeping, Jesus calls us back to the heart of it all: intimacy and restoration.Through the lens of a memorable “target practice” story and four common distortions of modern Christianity, this message unpacks why fasting isn’t about keeping score - it’s about longing for the Bridegroom. It’s not about preserving religious systems - it’s about participating in God’s restoring work in people’s lives.Because if we’re not careful, we can hit a bullseye and still miss the target. As we step into this 21-day journey together, this teaching will help you:Understand God’s purpose for fastingIdentify false targets that subtly distort the gospelLearn practical, biblical best practices for fasting todayAlign your hunger with deeper intimacy with JesusFast with joy, mission, and restoration in mindLet’s set our sights on the right target - and turn our hunger into prayer.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 2:13-3:6More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark- 7. Where He Prayed (Mark 1-35-39)

In a world shaped by the attention economy, it can be hard to believe prayer really matters—but Genesis 18 shows a God who invites conversation and responds to intercession. In Mark 1:35–39, we see Jesus step into the eremos (silence and solitude), pray through interruptions, and come out with clear priorities for ministry. This message offers a realistic path forward: carve out 5–15 minutes of daily prayer, prepare for interruptions, and bring one decision to God before you act. // SCRIPTURE REFERENCES // Genesis 18:17;23-24;26, Mark 1.35-39, John 5:19 More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP // Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark- 6. Authority That Heals (1-29-34)

This teaching explores Jesus’ healing power in Mark 1:29–39, where healing is not just a miracle but a pathway to restored lives and effective service. We’re reminded that we all carry wounds - physical, emotional, relational, or spiritual - and yet Jesus has authority to heal the whole person. This message traces God’s healing work across Scripture, wrestles honestly with the complexity of unanswered prayers, and points us toward resurrection hope. Ultimately, we discover that healing isn’t just for relief - it prepares us to serve from wholeness, not from hurt. // SCRIPTURE REFERENCES // Mark 1.29-39, Exodus 15.22–26, 2 Kings 5.1–14, Mark 5:25–34 More info at the Bible Project:https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP // Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Jesus steps into a synagogue and reveals a stunning truth: His authority isn’t just in His teaching - it sets people free. As Jesus confronts the darkness gripping a man’s life, we’re reminded that no one is too stuck, too bound, or too far gone for His freedom. // SCRIPTURE REFERENCES // Mark 1.21-28 More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP // Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark- 4. Follow Me (1-14-20)

In this message from Mark 1:14–20, we explore Jesus’ simple but life-altering invitation: “Come, follow me.” Before the disciples understand anything fully, they respond with immediate obedience—leaving their nets, their security, and their old lives behind. This sermon highlights a core truth: following Jesus always involves letting go of something old to take hold of something new. Through the Gospel of Mark, we see that discipleship is a lifelong rhythm of choosing presence over distraction, sacrifice over comfort, justice over security, service over significance, and grace over shame.Jesus doesn’t call the impressive—He calls the available. And today, His invitation is still the same: Come. Follow me.// SCRIPTURE REFERENCES //Mark 1.14–20; 3.13–15; 8.34–35; 10.17–22; 10.43–45; 14.50; 16.14–15More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/ // TAKE A NEXT STEP //Want to visit or discover more about Columbia View? Gospel of Mark- 3. Beloved Before Battle (1-9-13)

Where did your sense of identity come from—and what voice is shaping it now? In week three of our journey through the Gospel of Mark, we step into Mark 1:9–13 and discover a powerful, countercultural truth: Jesus is declared beloved before He ever faces the battle. Before miracles, ministry, or temptation, the Father speaks identity—“You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.” This message explores how identity is often formed early through experiences, labels, and comparison—and why trying to earn or achieve identity leaves us anxious and exhausted. Drawing from Scripture, and lived experience, we see a consistent biblical pattern: before work, testing, or obedience, God gives belonging. Jesus enters the wilderness already secure in who He is - and that same pattern is offered to us. Whether you’re facing pressure, doubt, transition, or temptation, this teaching invites you to stop striving and start listening. Because in Christ, you don’t fight for love—you fight from love. You are beloved before the battle.More info at the Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/videos/mark/

The Gospel of Mark- 2. Prepare the Way (Mark 1-1-8)

What if the biggest obstacle to experiencing more of God isn’t effort—but space? In week two of our year-long journey through the Gospel of Mark, we explore Mark 1:1–8 and the surprising way God begins His work: not with miracles, crowds, or even Jesus himself—but with preparation. Drawing from Israel’s story in Exodus, Isaiah, and Malachi, we see that before God moves powerfully, He prepares a people. John the Baptist’s call to repentance isn’t about doing more for God, but making room for God to do more. This message invites us to slow down, examine what’s crowding God out, and rediscover the kind of preparation that leads to real renewal.Learn more about Mark’s Gospel @ https://bibleproject.com/guides/book-of-mark/

    1. Good News (Mark 1-1)

Bible Project: https://bibleproject.com/guides/book-of-mark/What if following Jesus isn’t about arriving—but about learning how to fail forward? In this opening message of our year-long journey through the Gospel of Mark, we confront a deeply held assumption many of us carry:: Follow Jesus → get better → stop failing → arrive. But if that were true, Mark’s Gospel would be deeply discouraging—because the people closest to Jesus fail constantly. Through honest stories of personal failure, the surprising life of John Mark, and the opening line of Mark’s Gospel—“The beginning of the good news of Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God”—we discover that failure is not the exception in discipleship, but often the place where God begins His deepest work. This message explores: Why failure is a normal part of following Jesus. How our unformed places show up in marriage, parenting, work, church, and friendships. Why God’s grace doesn’t erase consequences—but does offer real restoration. And how the “good news” of Jesus is not advice, self-help, or religious hype, but an announcement of a faithful King who keeps calling failing disciples If you’ve ever felt like you’ve let God down, fallen short, or wondered if it’s too late to start again—this message is for you. Because the Gospel of Mark reminds us: If you feel like you’re failing at following Jesus, you’re not outside the story—you’re right in the middle of it.

The Greatest Gift- 5. Word Of The Year

Why do New Year’s resolutions fail every year? It’s not a lack of effort—it’s a misunderstanding of how change actually works. In this message, we explore why real transformation isn’t about willpower, but habit formation—the small, repeated rhythms that shape who we become. Grounded in Moses’ final words in Deuteronomy 30, we discover that God’s invitation to grow isn’t distant or overwhelming—it’s near, daily, and doable. You’ll hear why most attempts at change don’t stick, and learn two simple practices that do: picking a theme and building a team. This sermon closes The Greatest Gift series by reminding us that Jesus didn’t come just to be admired for a season, but followed for a lifetime.

  21. 342

The Greatest Gift - 4. Jesus as Conductor

Most of us think of Christianity as a ticket out of a broken world—something that matters later, not now. But what if that assumption is quietly reshaping how we live, love, and hope?In this week’s Advent teaching, Jesus as Conductor, we explore why Jesus didn’t come to help us escape earth—but to train us to bring heaven into it. Using the imagery of The Polar Express and Luke’s Christmas story, this message names the tension many of us feel between cynicism and control, hope and disappointment, destination and journey. If you’ve ever wondered why faith can start to feel passive, delayed, or disconnected from everyday life—or if you’re longing for a version of Christianity that actually changes how you live right now—this teaching is for you. The train is already moving. The question is: Will you stay on board.

  22. 341

The Greatest Gift - 3. Jesus as Judge

We all say we want a God who brings justice—but usually for other people’s sins, not our own. We imagine a God with a gavel, ready to strike down abusers, corrupt leaders, violent people, broken systems, and yes… even the people who’ve wounded us personally. But the God who comes at Christmas—Jesus—doesn’t arrive with a sword in His hand. He comes with mercy. Instead of crushing His enemies, He calls His people to forgive theirs. Instead of withdrawing from the world’s mess, He makes His followers salt and light right inside it. In this episode, we explore the surprising, disarming, life-changing justice and mercy of Jesus—and why His way is the greatest gift we could ever receive.

  23. 340

The Greatest Gift - 2. Jesus as Rescue

Most of us love a good rescue story, but what do you do when the ground gives way beneath your life and God doesn’t seem to pull you out? This week’s teaching explores why Jesus doesn’t always remove our hardships—but why He never, ever leaves us buried. From a real Gorge rescue to Job, Esther, Moses, and Mary, we’ll see how God meets His people in the struggle, not just after it’s over. And in a world full of pressure, pain, and unanswered prayers, this message might be the rescue you didn’t know you needed.

  24. 339

The Greatest Gift - 1. Jesus as Rest (Matthew 11-28-30)

This Advent, many of us feel rushed, stretched thin, and weary before the season even begins. But what if the arrival of Jesus wasn’t meant to speed us up, but to slow us down? In this message, we explore Jesus’ invitation to find rest—not through earning or performing, but through grace. We’ll look at the biblical rhythm of Sabbath, the Hebrew idea of Shabbat (“to stop” and “to delight”), and how Jesus fulfills it as the true King who brings rest to tired souls. If you feel busy, burdened, or burned out, this teaching is for you. Discover how to walk at the pace of Jesus this Christmas season.

    4. Grace (Guest- Mark)

This week in our Community of Practice series, we turn to the power behind every spiritual discipline: Grace. In 2 Peter 3:17–18, we’re called to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” But how do everyday practices— Scripture, prayer, fasting, sabbath —actually become means of grace that form us? Join us as we explore how grace fuels our spiritual practices, shapes our character, and empowers us to become more like Jesus.

  26. 337

Community of Practice - 3. Prayer

This Sunday we step into Part 3 of our Community of Practice series and explore the practice of Prayer through Ephesians 6:10–20. Paul reminds us that life is more than what we can see—there’s a spiritual battle underneath everything. And prayer isn’t just a discipline; it’s our lifeline, our armor, and our power source. Join us as we learn how to pray with confidence, courage, and perseverance, and discover why prayer is central to belonging to Jesus, believing in Jesus, and becoming like Jesus.

  27. 336

    2. Prayer & Fasting

You can have everything — comfort, convenience, abundance — and still feel empty. So what do you do when you feel full but not fulfilled? In this second message from our Community of Practice series, Pastor David unpacks the ancient practice of fasting through the story of Esther — a young woman who faced crisis, fear, and calling in the middle of an indulgent empire. Fasting isn’t about self-punishment; it’s about spiritual hunger. It’s how we push back against a world obsessed with “more” and rediscover the quiet strength of surrender. Learn four reasons why followers of Jesus still fast today — to offer ourselves to God, grow in holiness, amplify prayer, and stand with the poor — and discover how even small acts of hunger can change hearts, homes, and history

  28. 335

    1. Scripture & Meditation

You weren’t made to just survive the grind. Psalm 1 paints a vision of a rooted, flourishing life — one that stays steady even when everything else feels uncertain. In this opening message from our new series Community of Practice, Pastor David invites us to slow down and rediscover the beauty of Scripture as a lived experience, not just something to study. Through a simple and practical rhythm called SOAP — Scripture, Observation, Application, and Prayer — we’ll learn to meet God in His Word and let His truth shape the way we work, rest, and live.

  29. 334

    3. Become- Holy Spirit Powered Mission

In this episode, Pastor David explores what it really means to become like Jesus—not just in belief, but in everyday mission. Through Scripture, story, and real-life examples, he reminds us that formation always leads to mission: we’re shaped by Jesus to be sent with Jesus. Discover how ordinary moments in work, family, and community can become sacred spaces where God’s kingdom breaks in. To become like Jesus is to be on mission with Jesus.

  30. 333

    2. Believe- Jesus centered living

Have you ever made a decision that changed everything? Marriage, a move, a new job — each choice reshapes your life in ways you couldn’t see at first. But no decision carries more ripple effects than the decision about who Jesus is to you. In this message, Pastor David unpacks what it means to “believe in Jesus” — not as a one-time choice, but as an ongoing reorientation of your entire life around Him. Through the stories of Peter, Nicodemus, and the Samaritan woman, discover how Jesus meets real people in real moments of disorientation — and how He can bring stability, renewal, and purpose to your life today.

  31. 332

    1. Belong- Holy Spirit Filled Community

Belong: Holy Spirit–Filled Community What does it really mean to belong in the family of God? Jesus’ invitation has always been wide open — there’s a seat at His table for anyone willing to come. From Sarah, who laughed at God’s promise, to the disciples who constantly misunderstood Jesus, Scripture is full of stories of ordinary, imperfect people finding belonging in God’s extraordinary family. In this kickoff to our Fall Vision Series, Pastors David and Tita Rannabargar explore what it means to be a Holy Spirit–filled community — a church that reflects Jesus through gifts, fruit, and forgiveness. Together we’ll unpack: What the Bible says about true community — from Genesis to the early church. How a Spirit-filled life expresses itself in our gifts, character, and relationships. Why belonging takes both structure and spontaneity — being intentional yet open to divine interruptions.

Ken Preaching The Reckless Love of Jesus

The two lies around worthiness trick us into believing we r not worthy of Jesus love or that we need to earn His approval so we can be loved. There is nothing farther from the truth we have been fully loved since conception!

Love- The Ultimate Mark of Maturity

We use tape measures to make sure what we build is straight, square, and solid. But what’s the measuring tape for our spiritual lives? Jesus makes it clear: the ultimate measure of maturity isn’t knowledge, busyness, or even ministry activity — it’s love. In this message, we explore how the New Testament word teleios (maturity, completeness) points us to love as the end goal of spiritual growth. From the life of Jesus to the picture of aspen groves, we’ll discover that Christian maturity is not rugged individualism, but profound, interconnected love for people.

    10. Marriage on Mission (Ephesians 5-21-33)

Marriage in our culture feels fragile—divorce, busyness, past wounds, and cultural confusion weigh heavy. Yet Scripture paints a better vision: a covenant where husbands love sacrificially and wives honor with trust, all under the banner of mutual submission in Christ. In Ephesians 5:21–33, Paul shows us that marriage isn’t just about happiness—it’s about holiness, a living picture of Christ and His church. This week we explore what that means for our homes, our hearts, and our witness to the world. Whether married, single, or longing for renewal, the Spirit invites us to live love differently.

  36. 327

    9. How people change (Ephesians 4-17 - 5-20) Speaker Dave Martin

What if the biggest change God wants for your life isn’t about trying harder—but putting on a whole new self? In Ephesians 4:17–24, Paul shows us how to leave behind the old patterns that keep us stuck and step into a renewed life shaped by Jesus.

  37. 326

    8. Gifts (Ephesians 4-7-16)

Who has added value to your life—and whose life are you adding value to? In this episode, we dive into Ephesians 4:7-16 and uncover the radical truth: God’s greatest gifts aren’t things—they’re people. From growing believers who guide us to friends who walk alongside us, God uses relationships to shape our hearts, strengthen our faith, and grow the church. Through stories of discipleship, family moments, and the everyday disciples around us, we’ll explore how generosity, gifts, and growth come together in the body of Christ. Learn how to find a mentor, become a mentor, and experience the transformative power of Spirit-filled people in your life. You don’t grow alone—and neither does anyone else. God’s generosity comes wrapped in people.

    7. Everyday Disciples Panel (Ephesians 4-1-6)

Have you ever longed for a closer relationship with Jesus, but wrestled with how to actually get there? This week at Columbia View, we’re taking discipleship out of theory and into real life. Instead of a sermon, you’ll hear from five voices in our church who piloted a new initiative we’re calling Everyday Disciples. These aren’t pastors or professors—they’re everyday people who said “yes” to walking more intentionally with Jesus in community. In this conversation, you’ll hear honest stories of what it’s like to engage Scripture together, listen for the Spirit’s voice, take real steps of obedience, and even wrestle with the awkwardness and beauty of accountability. Discipleship isn’t a program. It’s a way of life. And this week’s episode will give you a front row seat to what happens when ordinary people create space to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what He did—together.

    6. The Love of God (Ephesians 3-14-21)

In a world obsessed with information, Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 3 offers an alternative vision— we don’t need more information about God, we need a deeper, more intimate experience of His love. In this message, we explore what it means to be strengthened in our inner being, rooted in love, and filled with all the fullness of God. Because when you truly know His love—not just in your head, but in your heart—you then can extend that same love to others.

    5. Ephesians 3-1-13 The Big Reveal

What if the greatest mystery in history has already been revealed—and it changes everything? In Ephesians 3:1–13, Paul unpacks the mind-blowing secret God had been keeping for ages: that all followers of Jesus, no matter their background, are united in Christ. From a prison cell, Paul declares that the Church is now the stage where this radical plan is put on display to the world—and even to the powers of heaven.

    1. Chosen, Loved, Sent (1-1-14)

What story are you telling yourself about who you are? For young families, singles, kids, and retirees alike, the world is constantly offering counterfeit stories about your worth and identity—stories tied to your success, relationships, or reputation. But in Ephesians 1:1–14, the Apostle Paul tears through the noise and gives us something better. In this episode, we explore the deep truth that in Christ, you are chosen, loved, and sent. We’ll unpack the original context of ancient Ephesus—a spiritual, wealthy, progressive city not unlike ours—and see how Paul's words offer hope and purpose to us today. Whether you're doubting your value, wondering about your purpose, or just surviving, this passage reminds us of what’s been true all along: You are not what you do. You are who God says you are. Simple, clear, and deeply encouraging—this episode invites you to live from the gospel story, not a counterfeit one.
