Riding the Waves: Finding Your Power Through Life's Ups and Downs - Ep 6
This week we're talking about the ebbs and flows in this wild rollercoaster of life. The sunshine days when everything flows, the synchronicities appear, and you feel unstoppable... and the days when you feel insecure, emotional, exhausted, and wonder what happened to your spark. After a week of navigating grief, hormones, old insecurities, and the anniversary of Gerald's passing, I found myself reflecting deeply on the nature of growth, surrender, and self-trust. In this episode I share lessons from Bashar, a powerful message from Kwan Yin about feminine sovereignty, insights from Gerald's teachings, and my own experiences learning to stop seeking safety outside of myself and instead cultivate it within. If you've been moving through uncertainty, emotional ups and downs, or questioning your next steps, this conversation is for you. We're all riding the waves together. So much love 🙏ChristaYou can find the channeled messages here on Next Level Soul: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tAxDzyVpoo

"Get Out of Your Own Way" — How to Stop Sitting on the Sidelines of Your Life - Ep. 4
Hi Sweet Soul,Let’s explore our dream life. Our best life. We have the opportunity to be alive… how can you make your life stand out? Are you sitting on the sideline of life or are you giving it your all? What kind of impact do you want to create? How are you showing up? It is my duty in life - and your duty - to be courageous - to step up regardless of what that fear you have. Do your mission and do it gloriously! I love the idea and concept by Erin Lyons “Show Me How Amazing and Easy it gets to be!” It helps us shift from the concept that it has to be hard. The Hard Truth About Being “Not Fully Chosen” - Choose Yourself First
In this episode, I open up about grief, dating, self-worth, situationships, intuition, and the journey of learning to choose yourself fully. After losing deep love, I realized a part of me had quietly given up hope that I could experience it again. That realization changed everything.I share lessons from my recent dating journey, including chemistry that blurred my intuition, staying longer than I should have, and what it taught me about settling, self-respect, and listening to the quiet inner knowing within ourselves. We explore:Why being “half chosen” never feels fulfillingListening to your intuition in loveLove bombing & false dreamsSituationships and self-worthBecoming your own best friendDating yourself & creating pleasure within your own lifeHealing after heartbreak and griefScarcity mindset vs trusting in love againCreating a life so full that love becomes an added joy, not a missing pieceThis is an honest, flowing conversation about love, healing, self-trust, and remembering that the relationship you build with yourself sets the tone for everything else in your life. You deserve to be fully chosen — especially by yourself first.Let me know in the comments below if you've ever gone through this or how this episode resonated with you. Why Does It Take Getting Sick to Slow Down? The Balance of DO-ing and BE-ing - Episode 2
Why does it often take getting sick, losing power, or hitting a wall for us to finally slow down and care for ourselves? In this episode, I reflect on the pressure many of us feel to constantly produce, achieve, and keep going—and how easily we can lose touch with our natural rhythms in the process. Recently, when the electricity went out, I found myself disconnected from screens, social media, Netflix, and distractions. Instead, I lit candles, made tea, journaled, read quietly, and went to bed early. I woke up feeling deeply refreshed and realized how much my body craves slower evenings and intentional rest.I also share reflections from the last time I got sick—how suddenly I was making herbal teas, soaking my feet, practicing yin yoga, and caring for myself in ways I often overlook in everyday life. This episode is an exploration of rest, balance, nervous system regulation, and the dance between doing and being. A reminder that slowing down isn’t weakness—it may actually be part of healing. If you’ve been moving too fast lately, this conversation may be for you 🤍Let me know in the comments below if this resonated with you. Are you constantly going and not taking time to be? Or what practices do you do to care for yourself? By sharing we can all help one another learn and grow. Thank you so much for being here! How Is This Happening For Me? | Injury, Perspective & Growth
Sometimes you don’t realize how good you have it… until something changes.Earlier this year, I experienced an injury that shifted the way I see my body, my life, and the way I move through the world. In this episode, I share what happened, how it felt, and the perspective it gave me—how even our most challenging moments can open the door to something deeper, more aware, and more meaningful. We often take things for granted, assuming we’ll always have more time… more ease… more freedom. This experience reminded me to truly value what’s here now.If you’ve ever gone through something that changed you, I have a feeling this will resonate.Thank you for being here 🤍
