You Are Not Your Programming ft. Rob Pikula

This week Caitlin sits down with Rob Pikula, Conscious Alchemist Coach, medical and Reiki master, author, and someone who has spent over two decades doing the kind of deep spiritual work most people never go near.Rob’s awakening started long before his heart attack six years ago, but that experience cracked something open in a new way, exposing the limits of conventional medicine and sending him deeper into energy healing, past life regression, astral travel, and learning to work with the different energies and entities that move through us.In this conversation they get into the programming installed in us from family, religion, and society before we’re old enough to question it, what it actually looks like to alchemize dark experiences into something that serves your growth, and why the work we do on ourselves is never just for ourselves.Caitlin also gets real about her own recent journey and what it revealed about the ways she had been unknowingly holding herself back from showing up fully in the world. This one went places neither of them planned. The best ones always do. 🙏Connect with Rob: 🌐 consciousalchemistcoach.comWant to be in the room for the full conversation including the exclusive member Q&A that never gets posted publicly? Deconstructing Everything with Steven Francisci

Steven Francisci, U.S. Navy veteran, author, and founder of Healing Roots On Up, joins Caitlin for a conversation about what it actually looks like to deconstruct everything you were handed and rebuild yourself from scratch. They get into how fear of hell pulled Steven into evangelical Christianity after the military, how that framework quietly stunts your growth, his experience with hospitalization and being cycled through psychiatric medications, and the healing modalities that actually moved the needle for him. They also talk about outgrowing your community after deconstruction, the grief that comes with it, and why pulling away from people who no longer resonate isn’t something to feel guilty about.Want to hear what happened after we stopped recording? Opting Out of the “Taco” System? A Conversation with Chris Hughes of Freedom Law Group

In this episode, Caitlin sits down with Chris Hughes from Freedom Law Group for a candid, podcast-style conversation about one of the most controversial topics people whisper about but rarely understand: opting out of the federal tax system through the revocation of election process.Chris shares his personal story, how he got into this work, and what most people misunderstand about taxpayer status in the first place. They discuss the difference between what people assume is mandatory versus what is actually elected, how enforcement typically unfolds, and why so many people comply without ever examining the structure they’re participating in.If you’ve ever felt confused about "tacos", forced contributions, or whether participation is truly voluntary, this episode will give you a new lens to look through. The second half of this conversation includes an extended Q&A that is available exclusively inside Conscious Rebels Network. If you want access to the full replay and future live calls, you can join here:👉 https://consciousrebelsnetwork.com/crn-membershipTo learn more about Freedom Law Group and Chris Hughes, visit: https://freedomlawgroup.us/As always, this episode is for educational and informational purposes only. Deprogramming from politics and fear with Lisa Ekman

In this episode, Caitlin sits down with Lisa Ekman for a conversation about what happens when your worldview starts to fall apart from the inside.Lisa spent over twenty years working deep inside Washington DC alongside major democratic leaders, agencies, and nonprofits. She wasn’t on the outside throwing stones. She was fully inside the machine. Did Christianity Get Jesus Wrong?

In this episode of the Conscious Rebels Podcast, Caitlin sits down with Paul Davis for a conversation that goes straight into the heart of religious deconstruction. Two Women Talking: The Birth of a Talk Show

My friend Kristina Nasti and I are starting a talk show. We're not sure what we're gonna call it, but for now, it's airing on Self Transformation Radio (my existing podcast I started in June 2022) and on my brand new SUBSTACK! :)This is the kind of talk show where we say anything that's on our minds. And we mean anything. A little background: Kristina and I met on TikTok! I did a Human Design session with her (I'm a Projector!!). When I found out she lived only 30 minutes away, I invited her to come hang out at my house ASAP, and we've been great friends ever since. We've had many "hot girl walks" and girls' nights together in the short time I've known her (less than two years). She's attended Transform as a co-host in March of 2024.Kristina is also the content manager for SelfTransformation.com -- something she is VERY GOOD at -- and it's probably even the only reason we're doing the talk show to begin with. Having Kristina on the team has freed up so much mental space to figure out what I really want to do. And both of us are on this journey of sorts to becoming our true selves and elevating that to the highest level possible. Living our best life. We both recognize that it's not money we're after; it's this. Full self-expression. That's what's going to make us happiest, AND it's going to help the most people because it will mean our frequency is high (authenticity is the highest frequency)... which will attract the people who need to hear our message. We're here to talk with a purpose, not just about nonsense. That doesn't mean we won't gossip a little (before we decide not to!), but we want to focus on what we care most about — the stuff that lights us up, and the stuff that makes us angry, too.So that's what I mean by anything goes. And the great thing about Substack is that it'll never be canceled. I'm so excited to speak my mind with Kristina. She is one of my very best friends, one of the only small handful of people who I can tell really "see" me. Hope you enjoy our pilot episode PS- If you prefer to watch the video, it’s available on YouTube.Three times a month, I coach live on Zoom in my group coaching container, Self Transformation School. If you like the idea of semi-private coaching, then you'll love this...You can attend next week's call AND get access to the whole Self Transformation School library for a whole week... for just $2.This is an amazing way to get powerful coaching, support, and accountability that easily fits into your budget. If you decide to stay on with us, it's just $79 (until August 31). Emotions and Your Brain (Part 2) (Medical Medium Brain Saver Book Review, Chapter 5

Emotions create HEAT in the brain... and when our brain cells are not healthy -- and are full of toxins instead -- this heat can kill brain cells and damage the brain. Isn't it logical that this would cause symptoms commonly diagnosed as mental illnesses? But it's not our emotions' fault -- our emotions are NORMAL and HEALTHY. But when our brains don't have what they need to cool down that heat created by our emotions, and they've been covered in toxins and disrupted by heavy metals, that's what causes the problem. Our brains can't cool down and get scorched instead. Tune in to EPISODE 20 (!) of Missdiagnosed to dive deeper into the true causes of mental illness symptoms. Email me! This episode includes some fascinating history on the legacy the industry of psychiatry has led in recent history in their attempt to solve the "problem" of our emotions.
