Spirit shows me how to breathe yourself into the highest timeline version or rather align yourself to your highest timeline. Guidance for aligning with the highest version focuses on breathing Divine golden/white light into the belly/solar plexus to clear density, declaring alignment with your highest potential, and trusting the light to arrange the "puzzle pieces." This recording I am sharing holds a special place in my heart. While I have connected and shared wisdom from the Trees before, I had never received such a moving and beautiful message from them exactly like this one. Like a magical melody from a time long past, the Trees beckon us to awaken and join them in Divine connectedness. Originally recorded November 4th, 2025   Hey everyone!  I am currently working through a number of personal meditations from November that I realize now all create a cohesive and beautiful storyline of personal growth and expansion. In this recording, I spend time specifically in conversation with my Higher Self, something I don't do nearly as often as I should. It was fun and enlightening to hear all she had for me. Originally recorded October 29, 2025   Please join me today as I begin with an activating meditation- calling the light down into our bodies and opening up our intuitive channel. From there, the most beautiful diamond/ crystal light cocoon enveloped my body. This was a new experience for me and one that I still have not forgotten. The diamond/ crystal light has been showing up now in my meditations, where previously I had never once experienced this. It is incredible. We finish the session with a beautiful message for me personally about being a frequency holder of the Sophia-Christos line. This was a powerful meditation for me and one I hope you enjoy.   Message from the Divine Mother: "You're channeling divine wisdom and you're becoming it. You are embodying and becoming this living, breathing Divine wisdom."  

Originally recorded on October 23, 2025. In this episode, I'm working through some ascension symptoms – yes, allergies and a raspy throat included! I'll guide you through a calming meditation that focuses on bringing light into the Earth and connecting with the Divine. I also share a very personal meditation experience and the profound messages I received from the Divine Mother. We'll explore the significance of these messages in our spiritual ascension and the broader impact on humanity and Earth herself. Hope you find this session enlightening!   Divine Mother, what is happening with this current expansion? "It is a recalibration of stepping into your full power and standing taller and wiser in your understanding and knowing, becoming more superhuman, embodying new wisdom. The Earth is going through a time and a phase in which her natural beauty and wonder and splendor is moving to the forefront of priority. Her lakes and her rivers and her mountains and forests are glistening and beginning to glisten and sparkle like they deserve, and how they have done in the beginning.  If things become confusing or you become confused, walk outside and just gaze up at the trees. Look at the bigger things outside of yourself - the things that are beautiful and broad. Be outside and allow your mind to drift outside of your thinking, logical self and feel into what feels right in your stomach, in your knowing center. What feels right there? What feels true? What feels like truth? Because when your brain starts to override, starts to want to run the show, what you need to do is transition. Walk outside, observe something bigger than yourself, and breathe into your gut. Breathe into your truth center in, in your belly, and from there you'll know what feels right."

 "Infuse all you do with love, all you touch with love. Radiate love everywhere you walk, everything you do, let it always be on your mind. Let love always be in your heart. It's time to walk the path. Live in divine radiance. Be a mother to all. Show them the way. Lead with your heart."   The Divine Sophia shares the concept of being like a tree, growing and expanding while tapping into the wisdom around you. What is available for us individually always comes to us, and we innately know it is right for us. Let your heart, your knowing center guide you. Become a beacon of love and illuminate hearts with your unique light.

In this session, the Divine speaks about the hidden potentials living within each and every one of us. Symbolized by the seeds inside a pickle, Spirit reveals how these seeds are metaphors for innate ideas and pathways that everyone is born with—waiting to be nurtured and grown into new opportunities. In order to tap into our highest potentials, we can choose to plant the right seeds in our life's journey to color and alter our personal landscape. We make the choice to consciously choose the experiences that enrich our lives. We each need to embrace our unique gifts and listen to the inner signals that guide us towards fulfilling our true potential.   Lastly, Black Panther joins in the conversation to remind (me)/ us of the power we all carry within. Now is the right time to embrace that power and stand fully in it!

I'm following Divine guidance and showing up for growth. In this video, I'm kicking off a series of videos titled "Sessions with the Sage." This teacher has shown up in recent meditations and is offering us (me) the lessons I need to master my reality. One of the things that I consistently seek out is connection with the Earth and her seasonal cycles. To me, this connectedness helps me feel like a part of life, the bigger web existence and adds a beautiful meaning to my day-to-day. I have found that a Q&A exercise like this one, an exercise where I ask my Higher Self, the Divine, and Mother Earth, really grounds me into the human experience and reminds me to live richly and intuitively.   If you are looking to connect with the natural world around you and to receive intuitive messages that are unique to you and your own rhythyms, then try this exercise! Utilize both meditation and automatic writing for these- whichever feels or works best for you.    Here are some questions you can ask to get you started:   What does the season of Autumn mean for the Earth? What does it feel like? How does Earth ask me to honor her this season? What is happening for me spiritually over the next few weeks? Is there anything I should focus on to expand and grow my spiritual practice? What am I meant to be releasing this season? What is asking to be healed or witnessed? What are some habits or behaviors I should focus on to feel my best this Fall? What types of foods should I be eating/ should I avoid? Is there anything my higher self wants to experience through me this Fall? How do I live in my highest potential this season? As we celebrate the Fall Equinox and the shifting of the seasons, our beautiful Earth wants to remind us of how truly beautiful our own life transitions can be. Our lives really are a mirror of the large Earth cycles evolving around us.    When we as humans go through that in our own reality, even, especially in our spiritual awakening process, when we're awakening to these truths and the old versions of ourselves are dying away, Sophia says, "Can you not see that that is the ultimate, most beautiful thing that's happening for you? Can you not see that something truly incredible is emerging from within?"   It's time to see every hardship and every transition as a renewal... even for just a moment, allow yourself to see yourself in your radiance, in your Fall colors.    The Fall is also a wonderful time to come back into connection with Nature, again. It is a season for leisurely strolls outside, hikes and spending time with the land. It really is a season for the senses!   Sending my love, Maria

Our Sophia Sunday Wisdom for the week of 9/7/25 is all about living in Divine Flow. It was helpful to be reminded today that we are always carried by the Divine exactly where we need to go, and that the only resistance to that flow is resistance we create ourselves.   As well, we need not look outside of ourselves for inspiration, guidance or wisdom, because all of those things reside within us- within our Divine channel. Tapping into that space provides us with everything we would want to discover... so many beautiful, magical things.   The river metaphor here was a great 2-part message. One, allow the Divine to carry you to where you need to go- you safe inside your own boat, and in witness to the forest (aka outside world) around you. Two, everything you need is in that "river"- inspiration, guidance, connection. Living in flow is often times as simple as opening up your channel, connecting to your heart, listening to the messages from that space and living those messages as best as you can.    Extra love, Maria

"When you live this intuitive lifestyle, when you live from love in your heart and connection with the Divine, then your wildest dreams get to come true. I get to be a living example of that."   When we consistently call Divine light and love down into our bodies, with the intention of anchoring that love into the Earth, a magical reality begins to take shape for you. I believe that this is what is unfolding for me right now. Our Sophia messages resoundingly say that joy and happiness and love are all around you due to the joy and love and happiness that you bring into this world.   She says, "Look at the joy. Look at the life. Look at what's in front of you. I'm so happy... This is a season to be joyful. This is a season to sink into love and gladness to reap the reward, to live in this pink bubble of love."   It truly is a time of love and celebration for me here at this time, and I am so happy to be here sharing it with all of you.   Until next time, Maria    

It has been a joy to celebrate the arrival of our new baby girl, and I am living in the bliss and the love of the newborn phase for the last few weeks. Thank you for all of your love as I take the time to enjoy this phase and focus on healing.   Over and over again, our Divine guidance continues to provide information on something I am calling "The Web of Light." To me this Web looks like a blueprint or a grid or even spiderweb, but I am shown that it is a Light network- a communication structure by which all life/ all consciousness is linked. It has been quite a few months of mentioning this Web and slowly I am starting to take notice and put some of these pieces of the message together.   What I know more than anything, is that we are meant to be tapping into this grid of Light and allowing it to work through our energetic bodies, to ground Divine Light and Love down into the Earth plane. Our bodies are the means by which this beautiful information is grounding into the Earth. As the Team of Light is celebrating, we are being asked to continue to celebrate our human experience. Just be bathed in the joy of human existence! Most importantly, "The most divine thing you can do at this time is to be human."   Live your life everyday basking in a divinely connected human being. To stay connected to this, perhaps ask yourself, "What can I experience today? What situation can I put myself in that would allow me to fully feel my human experience in the most beautiful, heartfelt way?"   As we move through this time, let's find the bounty and beauty in life- experiencing love for all the things that you see around you... finding joy in all of it!

We are going through a period of unearthing, of uncovering humanity's stories. As Earth Herself does this, so too, each human is working through the same thing. This is an uncovering... a digging deep within to unearth what needs to be seen, or is ready to be seen within ourselves.    We are digging up the truth in order to remember who we are, what we are, and where we came from. It is an awakening period, an expansion time. We are ready to live in our fullness, to understand our truth.    I invite you to join me in this meditation and automatic writing exercise. In your meditation, ask yourself these questions and see what comes up for you. What am I working to unearth right now? What am I uncovering about my story or my history? What is ready to be seen, felt, heard, tasted or smelled?   With the Earth as well as with ourselves, this period is meant to elevate us, to lift our hearts, to become lighter in our being. We want to allow more gladness and more joy into our lives.   "Dance the human dance with the Song of the Divine around you."

We are moving into a phase of unearthing and uncovering our collective and personal stories, or histories. In this next chapter, it is about finding our truth and following the evolution of the light. The messaging behind this is loud and clear: "We're being asked to stand in our sovereign self, in our truth right now, so that our next evolution, our next step of work, can begin. So that whatever we're asked to do next, we're that much closer to being prepared for it. It's like we're adding one more, uh, skillset to our resume." So right now is a great time to dive into what we personally are needing to uncover or unearth inside of ourselves. In your spiritual meditations or automatic writing exercises, ask your channel or Higher Self, "What am I working to unearth right now? What am I uncovering about my story, about my history?" Ask and see what surfaces for you. Is it an emotion, a color, a word? Dive deep into the uncovering and release what finally is ready to see the light.    Our final message for the week from our Divine Feminine is this: "Be a kid. Be playful. Find things that bring joy and fun to your life. Be childlike. Make this life one that where you seek joy, where you can seek pleasure. Where you seek fun. Where you rekindle that inner child. Because while you do have like, um, multiple lifetimes that you get to experience, live each one, like it's the only one, to its fullness. Live it to its fullness. What a waste to not find joy and to seek joy. What a waste to not play. Find things to lighten your heart."   With all my love, Maria

We are remembering who we are. We are remembering why we are here. We are remembering where we come from.    Spend 20 minutes with me while we open ourselves to the divine mission of becoming the light- becoming a bridge between the Earth and the Divine. What would your life look like if you embodied Light every single day?    Channeled Message from Christ Consciousness: "Embody the Divine in your heart. Allow it to reside there at all times and take up space. When you understand that you have a direct connection to God or Source, to all things- it's easier to live and become more human. To understand the gift that we've been given, to be here, to experience this. To understand the inner workings of the Light, all you must do is understand the inner workings of the Heart. So journey inward."   

"Spirit has always been here guiding, but now the focus is to remember."   The message for the week is not only about remembering the true mission, but understanding our truth.  Right now, the light is working for that truth, "and the truth is that much of [our old stories/ biblical stories] histories feel like a fabrication of sorts. They're not honest about the residing energy that rules the universe- love. Those are the stories that need to be told louder, more. That there's this all-loving, all-encompassing overseer/ creator that truly wants what's best for us. That wants health, that wants happiness, that wants freedom - for all of creation. That wants lightness of being, joy in our hearts. And that is what's sweeping the world right now. That is what's coming in. That is what's lighting the place up, uh, so to speak, elevating the frequency, lifting up the earth.  And it feels like that's what we are meant to do, how we're helping at this time. By allowing those stories, the codes to come through us, to be able to change the stories, to be able to bring the light, to be able to elevate us in that way." ...  "Understand that you are part of this whole process. You are light beacons, you're sparkles. And if you think of yourself as sparkles in the places of darkness, it becomes so much more magical and fun in that way. It's a fun perspective. But you're all beacons. You're all meant to share your light, project it out - for the people and the people that come after. That's why you're doing this for the Earth that comes after, for the people that come after, for the experience of all those after this."   We are here to change the world. That is what the calling is. To turn inward, and lead with light. It truly is as simple as that. I truly enjoy checking in with my Higher Self and the Divine around the change of seasons/ solstice/equinoxes in order to understand what I am experiencing during that specific time. Growth definitely isn't linear, and so often we have to continually release lingering subconcious programming that doesn't serve our highest good any longer. For this specific season, I have 7 different questions for Spirit, and I walk you through how to connect and ask these questions for your own reflection, your own connection, your own growth. I have included the list at the bottom here for your use.   Prior to our meditation, Spirit offered us some really interesting information about Energy grids- providing both visualizations/images and feelings to describe them. This was a large portion of today's video, so if you are only interested in the Solstice Meditation, you will need to fast forward through the beginning.    I wanted to share what Spirit had to say though about how to bring more light/ love/ healing to yourself and the planet. I truly love this message:  "One can still make a change. The analogy that I just received was Jesus was one man. Look at the change that he made. Do not discredit or discount just you doing the work. While Jesus had teachers aplenty, Buddha had teachers, great sages and spiritual leaders, they've all had teachers- they have approached their spiritual journey, though alone, in oneness, in themselves. They've had to seek that labyrinth journey to the divine inside of themself. They could not bring others along with them. So the power of one is great. The power of one changes lives. The power of one may tip the scales, the domino effect."   Summer Solstice Meditation Questions: What are some habits I can focus on right now to support my physical health? What are some behaviors or thought processes that it is time for me to release and let go of in order to live in the highest version of myself? What does my higher self want to experience through me during this summer season/ this season of my life? What is the light or the divine wanting to birth through me this season? How can I bring this into existence? What is available for me to learn this season? How am I evolving and changing? How can I step into this more fully? What are some affirmations I can use to keep me in my purpose, in my heart this season? The Light definitely hit a major milestone over the past week, and as of 6/7/25, there were some big time celebrations happening within our cosmic community. If you had been paying attention, there was a crazy amount of geomagnetic storms and solar energy entering the planet Monday-Wednesday, with those affects carrying all the way into the weekend.  For this week's episode, Spirit gives us some insight into what exactly is going on with the Light and what the major celebrating is all about at this time. As well, our Divine Mother visits to share with us her hopes and dreams for Earth's future- codes and activations she wants us to hold for her and birth into our reality.  Overall, the message felt very unique today- enlightening, fun and exciting. We've been asked to co-create the world we want to see around us, and right now, more than anything, we need to be a light vessel - a bridge between the Divine and the Earth - in order to anchor in the Earth reality we want to live in.    Here is the first (of many) guided meditations for you to utilize in your own spiritual practice, whenever you may need some visualization guidance. Allow yourself to become liquid light. Let it soak into the Earth. Welcome back to another Sophia Sunday transmission! The past few weeks have been focused on Co-creating the world we want to see, and visualizing the future we want to live in. In addition, we have been asked to dedicate time (about 15 minutes a day, for about 15 days) to the light - open ourselves up fully to be bridges for the Divine Light to anchor into the Earth plane. Those messages over the past weeks perfectly introduce the information our Divine Feminine has delivered to us this week. Here is what the Earth shared with us: "I am going through an upleveling, I am going through a changing. It is like I am going through the carwash. I am getting a sparkly new shine. It is because so many people are ready for this and have been promoting and helping this change, that it is now ready… the channels are now open and are ready for this intensity. The channels have been prepared, so now is the time. Enough people have cleansed and healed, and enough people are ready for the light to work through them. We have pillars of light, channels all over the Earth… I am ready, so ready, I have been ready for a while."   To help Earth through this upleveling, we just need to show up and be open to the light. We get to be the channels that bring change. "There is a lot that wants to come in at this time. A lot of change, a lot of things coming into the planet at this time… all of it divinely guided." Take your time this week, be present, move slowly and in flow, drink lots of water, and spend time in nature. If we understand that we have a divine purpose in creating with limitless potential, then we understand that we can change the world. This message is something that has been coming up more and more recently in our channeled messages, and this past week, I stumbled upon a Healer who offers the same message in his book, "Conversations with the New Earth: Becoming Stewards of the New Earth and Creators of a New Human Culture." Authors Gary Kendall and wife Ulla Anderen offer some really profound and oh so aligned messages in this book and I am so thankful to have found them. The messages he has received from the Earth and guides resonates and mirrors so beautifully the things that I am receiving and sharing with you all. He also has a YouTube channel, so check that out!   I have taken this concept that he has presented in his book and made it a meditation/ channeled message session. As always, the messages that come through are beautiful and encouraging. Here is one of them: "There are so many around you that are doing the same thing...  there are a network of people like you who are doing this work at the same time.  When you show up, you help the greater cause. You are helping with the evolution of humanity, of this planet's story. You are becoming part of the history of this place and you're honored for the work that you're doing. It's like your soul gets to put it on its resume, and will be commemorated for this effort that you're making. It's a significant point in... the history books. To be able to show up and do this at this time is commemorative - will be a commemorative thing and know you are meant to do it. If you feel inspired or called to action, to finding yourself, to finding your true nature, know that you are meant to be a part of this process."   As our session ended, I was asked to show up 15 minutes for 15 days- preferably outside and first thing in the morning - to meditate and call the loving and healing light through me and root it into the Earth. Did you know that you can use the Akashic Records like ChatGPT? If you program your question through a specific lens or perspective, you receive information based on that premise. For example, in this reading, I wanted to learn about plants and the perception of plants through the lenses of the EarthKeepers, the Seeders and Planters of Earth (Galactic Beings) and the Mother Creator of All. Each of these gave incredibly distinct and unique responses. The EarthKeepers provided practical uses for the plants: utilized for food, for healings, ceremonies, and daily life. The Seeders and Planters provided a more scientific lens: the plants were one of their science projects (and they love to nerd out about the subject!)- all of the different species and types of plants were bred and curated by them. From this perspective, we see how the vibration or sound of plants affects our own electromagnetic field and helps align us to Earth's frequency. The Mother of All seeks to remind us that this is her Garden, a beautiful wild place that is meant to be enjoyed and experienced.  I would love to use this template again for future general purpose videos- I thought it was so fun and unique to learn different aspects of this one topic. Bird song. Have we ever stopped to take the time to contemplate what it is, what it means, what it does for our human self and for the Earth? Today our Divine Feminine transmission wanted to talk about birds, and I am loving it! Here is a snippet of what was shared today in our reading: "We are here maintaining the frequency and vibration [of the planet]. We are here producing noise to change your brainwaves, to change the state of your thinking mind. We have messages that we carry of a pure Earth, of an Earth that needs to be remembered by all people... Sometimes our song is meant to soothe and calm your nervous system. It moves through you and is meant to relax and have you take a deep breath, ground yourself into the Earth and just remember what your soul knows. Remember what your human is here to experience: the connection to nature, the grass underneath your toes, underneath your feet. The electricity that you feel, the electromagnetic connections that you feel to all the things around you when you're outside." Other messages from the Birds we learned today? In addition to maintaining a certain frequency for the planet, they invite us outside to more easily absorb the messages that are waiting for us, they speak to us every single day and remind us of what we are meant to do,  they also remind us that each of our voices are unique and we can use them to create a beautiful framework of light and healing for ourselves and others. In addition to this, our Divine Feminine consciousness is asking us to get outside more right now. Big energetic shifts are happening on the planet, and the way to maintain your groundedness and connect deeply with the Earth during this time is to be with Her. Be outside, be in water, walk barefoot in the grass, listen to the birdsong. "I have a message for you, People of Earth. A message that has been missed time and time again. A message that lives in the water, in the air, in the trees, and in the Earth. A message that speaks to your soul, that moves in vibration, that whispers to you... It is saying, "Here I am, in the wind. Here I am, in the air. Here I am in the light and the sky and the clouds." The moments of doubt and confusion are almost through. The moments when you dismiss our connection- your connection to me and my connection to you - that time is near over. The time of forgetting is coming to an end. You will not be able to help remembering that I am just an extension of you or you are an extension of me."    If we could envision what type of world our Creator wants to experience, what would it include? Using guided meditation and a visualization exercise today, we step into the role of Creator and envision what the New Earth could be - what it could look like, smell like, feel like, breathe like. It is a powerful time of remembering that we have that power. Join me as we create the change, we visualize it and feel it into existence.    In our previous visualization/ funnel projection exercise, we focused on dreaming or imagining into being your dream life. Surrender is a journey, isn't it? It involves small, yet consistent shifts often over long periods of time... years even! When we choose surrender, we are choosing the unknown, and that is both hard and scary. But what can we learn from the spiritual teachers that have come before us? They show us that surrender is the ultimate path to your destiny, to your wholeness and oneness with the Divine. I think they also exemplify that choosing surrender over and over again is the ultimate goal in life. We surrender to become what we are meant to be. In addition to some great feedback on surrender, we also were guided through a creation manifestation exercise. This visualization practice utilizes your field of limitless potential to create a life (or a world) that is truly your own making- from your heart. While I don't love the term "manifestation" (it feels so click bait to me at this point), it is exactly what we are creating in this visualization funnel. Picture your dream world, what you want your everyday to look like - how you want to feel, what you want to smell, how you want to communicate, what you want your daily rhythyms to look like, and add in how you want the world around you to operate, how do you want others to treat each other, to treat nature even- and as you develop this image/feeling creation, breathe it out into the funnel- starting from your heart and expanding it outward. Now, breathe a coil, a stream of golden white light around this funnel and breathe yourself deeply into your imagining as you walk into the funnel of creation. Become a part of it as you breathe- let it take up space in your mind and in your heart and in your energy field. It is yours. If we continue to do this visualization over and over again, I have no doubt that our reality will begin to reflect our internal creation. "I am the Mother of All.. I am older than Time, older than Wisdom." Our 4th Sophia Sunday episode did not disappoint. The Mother of All Things, the Queen of Heaven had messages for the collective today and I am so happy to have captured them here for all of us. Some of the major takeaways I have from this session include our ability as humans to "birth" our own reality, to birth a greater world, and to be the Creator of our own human experience. We have that power. If we can envision it, allow it to move through us and anchor it into the now - anchor it into the Earth, we can make some radical change here! This womb matrix/ womb portal is a pretty incredible thing, guys!   For the time being, I'll be including a visualization exercise like this in my daily practice, and I invite you to do the same. Let's change the world!    

Back for Episode 3 of our Sophia Sunday series and today was one so full of beautiful Earth energy and Mother Earth messages! I have been loving spending time with the Divine Feminine each week, and I hope you are enjoying the messages coming through.  Here are some true gems from Sunday's channeled message: "All the things around you speak in the same way in vibration, in waves, in energy, and all you have to do is reach yourself out to feel them, to close your eyes and know that you are not alone. When you are standing in nature, you are standing in the presence of aliveness, of connection of being in oneness. Your existence is not separate from all of these things, from ashes to ashes. They fade the same way that you fade. They decompose the same way you decompose. They form back into the earth to be born again. To be born anew. Your human needs to remember that."   "Don't miss out on the opportunity to hear the birds. To walk under the trees, to skip stones and take them home with you. To find joy and gladness in being outdoors. That's the real treat of being alive. It truly is a real treat and should be foremost in your mind when it comes to luxury. Interacting and spending time with nature is the utmost luxury. Welcome Friends to a milestone celebration for me... 20 episodes! Wow and woohooo! I've learned that in life, we need to celebrate progress and growth. It reminds us to stay present, be in the moment, live in the now, and all the other fitting colloquialisms. So 20 episodes! Starting this journey, ("my project" as I coined it) I had a very different idea of what it would look like- how I pictured and envisioned it being/ feeling/ sounding. But once again, life and spirit love to come in and remind us that it never truly is going to be what we envisioned... it will most often be way more, or way better! In this case, it has been way more and way better than I ever could have imagined. My vision for sharing channeled messages from the Akashic Records and Mother Earth could not even have fathomed a deep exploration into the Divine Feminine deities (e.g., Mary Magdalene, Isis, Ishtar, Goddess Sophia, Asherah) and Yeshua's true teachings. Never in a million years would I have ever thought it would have evolved to this. But yet, here I am... pleasantly suprised and in love with this journey so far! In today's episode, I discuss my progress over 20 episodes and over the past 3 years really. Our Akashic Records meditation and channeled message involves a basic understanding of what a spiritual journey/ spiritual path is, and why we take it. It felt fitting to get some general information about that topic as it has been a major priority in my own self-development these past years.    So the questions for the Akashic today included: 1.      Why do we take a spiritual path? Why a spiritual journey in the first place? 2.      Why have spiritual masters throughout history gone on this personal journey? 3.      How can we as individuals begin to move forward in our own spiritual growth, on our own spiritual journeys- not necessarily in mastery, but living in society? How do we do this consciously? 4.      Once we understand that we are a divine soul, how do we continue to move forward? 5.      Any final guidance for those on a spiritual journey/ spiritual path?   As always, thank you for being here, for opening your heart to the messages, and for hopefully exploring your own intuition and divine messages.   Sending love, Maria

Episode 2 of Sophia Sundays is up, albeit a few days late. This week we are celebrating Jesus's life, death and resurrection as well as Earth Day! Two of my favorite things. If you can believe it, Jesus and Mary Magdalene's love and divine union were definitely included in today's transmission, as well as just some information about Jesus's general messaging and life while here on Earth. It truly was beautiful to be a part of. Surprisingly to me, I also had the opportunity to experience who I am assuming at this time to be Asherah- God the Father's counterpart and wife, the Divine Feminine/Mother herself. She came through for the first time to me and had a remarkable presence. Her messaging was both unique and beautiful and has definitely made a lasting impression on me. Questions we asked Goddess Sophia today were sweet and simple: "What do we as humans need to know this week of Easter Sunday, April 20th 2025?"   I hope you all enjoy this episode just as much as I have enjoyed making it.  Sending love, Maria  

Welcome to a new series, friends! This is going to be our Sunday special for awhile... I'm calling it Sophia Sundays, or Sophia's wisdom for the week. Each Sunday, I am setting aside some time to connect myself to the Goddess Sophia, to the Sacred Feminine, to Mother Creator of All, to the network of all those energetic beings (aka Isis, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, etc.) who have guided humanities journey to heart centeredness... to love.    This week, our first week here, we received some beautiful messages. First, remember: the children are gifts to us all and are not meant to be dismissed from our lives- they are the golden future. Second, we are moving into a time where the feminine is moving into balance with the masculine. No longer do the teachings and lifestyles of the masculine supercede the teachings and the lifestyles of the feminine. We are moving into harmonic unity. Third, religious teachings in general are here to guide us back to the divinity within us... to remind us who we truly are (divine beings, fully connected to Creator at all times)! Here are the questions we asked Sophia and spirit today: 1.      What do we need to know today for our highest good, to move forward on our path and to continue on this journey? 2.      What is the Sophia Code meant to show us right now? What is something that we can take away and walk with over the next week?
