This Podcast provides recordings of live session. We offer weekly live services and sessions for you to deepen your practice. These sessions involve reading, contemplation, music, and meditation.Fellowship Services on Sunday morning (11am MST) involve music, reading, prayer, sermon, and meditation. We are currently using the Buddhist Mind Training Slogans (Lojong) to set the theme for discussion.Study and Practice Sessions on Wednesday evening (5pm MST) involve readings, lecture, and guided meditation. We are currently exploring Hypnosis and Dream as a way of knowledge and practice.
