Akeisha, our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Development Lead, is interviewing Black staff members and people we support to learn more about their culture, heritage, traditions and lives. In episode 2 of ‘Your Voice Your Story’, Letitia, a support worker based in Harrow, discusses her roots as a Black British women back to Jamaican Rastafarai parents. Letitia talks about the things she loves about being Jamaican, from playing Lovers Rock on a Sunday, to the way elders are viewed and respected.
