    Is specialising in sports breaking our children?

    On today’s episode Greg sits down with coach Paige to discuss the issues involved with specialising in sport at a young age. They discuss how being committed to one sport at a young age can lead to physical and mental disorders that become a much larger problem as these young people grow into adults and how this also relates to adults using their job as an excuse for not doing regular exercise. Paige shares her insights from personal experience and offers solutions to those that might be in this situation already.
