Carl and Holly move on in the Transcendental Mediation series to the TM base in Fairfield, Iowa. In the Fairfield area, TM has a giant mediation center, a college and schools ranging from Kindergarten through high school.  They talk about Pandits, who are dedicated TM holy men. After Rev. Sun Myung Moon's death in 2012, his youngest son Hyung Jin (Sean) Moon, established The World Peace and Unification Sanctuary Church, The Sanctuary Church for short.  Carl and Holly discuss Sean Moon and how he started this group after his father, Rev. Father William Riker was the founder of The Perfect Christian Divine Way, which was not perfect, Christian, or divine!  Set in the 1920s - 1940s in his heyday, Holy City is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, California, between Santa Clara County (Silicon Valley) and Santa Cruz.  A couple of things that were not mentioned in the podcast: 1.) Melvin Belli was a prominent American lawyer known as "The King of Torts" and by insurance companies as "Melvin Bellicose". He had many celebrity clients, including Zsa Zsa Gabor, Errol Flynn, Chuck Berry, Muhammad Ali, The Rolling Stones, Jim Bakker and Tammy Faye Bakker, Martha Mitchell, Maureen Connolly, Lana Turner, Tony Curtis, and Mae West. During his legal career, he won over $600 million in damages for his clients. He was also the attorney for Jack Ruby, who shot Lee Harvey Oswald for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. 2.) Zendik Farms - Started by Wulf and Arol Zendik in 1969 in Southern California and later moved to Texas, North Carolina, and finally in West Virginia. It was based in New Age beliefs and was characterized as a sex cult.
