You still miss your EX ? Babe, we need to talk
Why the hell do you still miss him… when you KNOW he was terrible for you?In this episode of Dad, I Am a Rich Man, Nicole gets brutally honest about the ex you know you shouldn’t go back to, but somehow still think about at 11:47 on a random Tuesday night. We’re talking about nostalgia, loneliness, chemistry, potential, the future you thought you’d have, the highlight reel your brain conveniently remembers, and why sometimes you don’t actually miss him… You miss how you felt when you were with him.Because here’s the truth: you can love someone and still know they’re wrong for you. You can miss someone and still choose not to call them. And you can remember the good without rewriting the bad.Chemistry isn’t compatibility. Intensity isn’t intimacy. And missing someone isn’t a sign you should go back.So if you’ve ever found yourself stalking an ex’s Instagram at 1 AM, romanticising the good times, or wondering “What if he changed?” Babe, this one is for you.🎧 Listen now on Spotify. And before you text him… put the bloody phone down. We need to talk.

Hey princess, hear me out: You're looking for a mum, not a partner
Grab your tea, your blanket, and maybe your rosé, because today's Tea Break is for the women who are exhausted from carrying relationships on their backs. We're talking about the men who expect girlfriend treatment while behaving like they're the prize... or worse, the princess. From weaponised incompetence and the invisible mental load to why responsibility is far more attractive than empty words, we're unpacking the difference between wanting a partner and wanting another mother. This isn't about expecting perfection or keeping score. It's about showing up, taking initiative, and understanding that healthy relationships are built by teammates, not one person doing all the emotional and domestic labour while the other contributes little more than vibes. So, if you've ever found yourself thinking, "Why does this grown man need reminding to act like an adult?"... this one's for you.Grab a cuppa, settle in, and let's spill the tea.Because women aren't looking for another child to raise. They're looking for a partner, boo boo

Don't worry ladies, I got you: The pressure of having children in your 30s
Girlies... let's talk about the conversation people seem terrified to have. The moment a woman reaches her late twenties or thirties, everyone suddenly has an opinion about her uterus."When are you having kids?""Your biological clock is ticking.""You'll regret waiting."But what if the real question isn't when... it's whether? In this episode, we're talking about intentional motherhood, choosing to wait, choosing not to have children, and why becoming a parent should never happen because of pressure, guilt, or expectation. This isn't an episode against children or against motherhood. It's a conversation about making one of life's biggest decisions with honesty, self-awareness, and intention.Because every woman deserves the freedom to decide what a meaningful life looks like for herself.Whether that includes children... or doesn't.Grab your coffee, get comfortable, and let's have the conversation people keep avoiding.

Sis, You Win When You Stop OVER Explaining
In a world that constantly demands justification, there’s real power in choosing silence. This episode unpacks why you don’t owe everyone an explanation for your choices, your boundaries, or your growth. I’ll share how over-explaining can drain your energy, fuel unnecessary conflict, and often invite people to question you even more. True confidence is knowing your “no” doesn’t need a backstory, your vision doesn’t need approval, and your life doesn’t need to be on trial.

Femininity needs masculinity — not to survive, but to balance. On its own, femininity is powerful, but when it meets masculinity, that’s when harmony happens. Healing Through Truth: Empowering Women to Rise
I am breaking the silence and confronting the truths that have held me captive. I have lived through years of masking this pain, so I will dive into this transformative journey of facing trauma head-on and reclaiming my voice. Drawing from personal experience, I empower women to rise above societal expectations and stop being "Miss Nice Girl" when it compromises their truth. [FINALE] Don't allow the opinions of others influence your decisions
If you are constantly seeking approval or trying to make everyone happy at the expense of your own needs and well-being. It encourages individuals to prioritise their own values, desires, and boundaries instead of constantly seeking validation from others. It is okay to say "NO" when necessary, express your opinions and preferences, and focus on self-care. Striking a balance between meeting your own needs and considering the needs of others is key to maintaining healthy relationships and personal well-being. Don't let the noise of other people affect your choices and decisions. Your life is yours. You are your own boss. Don’t be a people pleaser. You are authentic in your own way. Here me out on how I stop being a “people pleaser” enough is enough. Yourself is a top tier. Your health is a top tier. No buts.

Girl, we only speak kindness here
Kindness is a fundamental virtue that can make a positive impact on individuals and society as a whole. It involves treating others with compassion, understanding, and respect, regardless of our differences and backgrounds. Being kind means extending a helping hand, showing empathy, and considering the well-being of others. Practicing kindness , besties. It fosters strong and healthy relationships, improves overall well-being, and promotes a sense of connectedness in communities. Kindness can also inspire others to reciprocate and create a ripple effect, spreading positivity and compassion. So, let us start spreading kindness to ourselves and others. This is how I deal with arrogant and dismissive people
it is important to understand that you can't always change the behaviour of others, but you can control how you respond to them. By implementing certain strategies, you can maintain your dignity, protect your well-being, and ultimately influence a more respectful and constructive dynamic. Dealing with difficult people can be challenging, but it's important to remember that your power comes from within. Take charge of how you respond and command respect from others. Remember, these types of people are everywhere, but you can rise above it by staying true to yourself and your values. 🤍 Follow me on Instagram: @inthemomentpodcast_

Self-talk on how I actually level up my standards
Besties, Talking about levelling up your standards? and what measures should you use? ok, I got you. Besties, self-talk is an excellent habit, that is not a sign that you are going crazy. In fact, it is a healthy practice, especially when you are feeling anxious, down, or reflecting on your thoughts. I highly recommend it because I have been there, done that! While it's essential to have high expectations for yourself, it's equally important to be kind and patient with yourself along the way. To level up your standards, start by setting clear and specific goals. Take some time to reflect on what you want to achieve and break it down into smaller, actionable steps. This will not only help you stay focused but also keep you motivated towards your goals. If you need further insights, let me guide you through it.

Certified Vibe: Why should I care & judge others?
Besties, caring & judging are two different things. Caring and judging others are both complex aspects of human behavior, and they can be influenced by various factors such as personal values, cultural norms, and individual experiences. Caring for others have a ripple effect, inspiring kindness and compassion in the world while judging others can be a more complicated matter. But, then it is natural for humans to make judgments based on their observations and experiences, it's crucial to approach judgment with caution and empathy. Judging others can sometimes stem from biases, stereotypes, or a lack of understanding.

Girl, you are the PRIZE. Act like it!
As a sisterly figure, it's my duty to empower young women and help them tap into their potential. I always make time to give valuable insights on how to recognise and embrace their worth. It's not about generalising men, but about valuing and pursuing women who meet certain standards. It's crucial to understand that any relationship should be based on mutual respect, equality, and shared values. I strongly encourage both men and women to have high self-esteem, set healthy boundaries, and seek fulfilling relationships that are based on mutual respect. Developing a strong sense of self and setting high standards for yourself is a continuous process that requires self-reflection, self-care, and personal growth.

Unlock your full potential and achieve your goals 🩷
I will always remind you to be confident in yourself and be the best version of yourself, as nobody is perfect. okay? So do your thing boo. Remember, you have the power to rise above any challenge and reach your full potential. So what are you waiting for? CHOP CHOP! Go get your coffee or anything to drink. Sit back and relax while I will tell you how. 🫶💋

Stop oversharing your next move or plans. Just focus and let the noise speak
This episode will tell you not to overshare things to people even if you trust someone. Just keep moving in silence. Do not broadcast your goals to others as they can get jealous of you. I mean, it is nice to have somebody that you can tell your ideas and goals, but I don't think it is helpful. Let's practice not OVERSHARING things. Just keep it to yourself until such time that you have it already unfolded.
-

Let them judge you. Who cares?
Allow them. Could you give them the spotlight? They need it to feed their insecurities. It's important to remember that everyone has different opinions and judgments, and it's impossible to please everyone. It's natural to care about what others think to some extent, as humans are social beings. However, it's equally important to prioritise your own well-being, happiness, and personal growth. It's essential to value your own opinions and judgments and not let the fear of judgment hold you back from pursuing your goals or being true to yourself. Being confident in who you are and what you believe in can help you navigate judgments from others with grace and resilience. Ultimately, what matters most is how you feel about yourself and the choices you make. Allow them to judge you give them the spotlight to crtisise you that’s just mean you are above them and they are just the insecure loser who aspire to be like you. Overtime, they are just going to get tired and perish. Just send them love and kisses on the way out.

Stop chasing them and watch them come to you. #QUEENTHING
Have you heard "I don't chase, I attract" Excessive pursuit or chasing, regardless of gender, can sometimes create a perception of neediness or desperation, which might push the other person away. It's important to maintain a healthy level of interest and give the other person space to express their own feelings and intentions. It depends on the individuals involved and the specific dynamics of the relationship. Communication, respect, and understanding are key components of any successful romantic relationships. Ultimately, it's important to be genuine and authentic in your actions. If you are interested in someone, expressing your feelings and intentions in a respectful manner can create an opportunity for open dialogue and understanding. However, it's also important to be mindful of the other person's response and signals. If they consistently show disinterest or explicitly communicate that they are not interested, it's important to respect their boundaries and move on. Do not chase a man or that person if they are not interested in you anymore. Just let it go. It’s screaming desperation and you will look like a laughing stock. Ok boo? Remember that I help you to attract NOT chase. No but or what ifs.. as I said, we don’t chase we attract what is meant for us. Peeeriodddtt!

Kiss your haters goodbye!
Give these little minions and naysayers the kiss goodbye they deserve. It is pathetic how they can keep tabs on you all the time when in fact, they envy, jealous of you. haha, and they replicate every move you make. And they also take credits. These haters are like a disease. Their enviousness is on another level.it's amusing to think that they can be your friend, family member, or partner. However, I am here to give you advice on how to let them fade away like dust and pass by like mere ghosts, for they hold no power over you.

Beauty Standards ARE nothing but baseless
Have you ever thought about arbitrary or cultural constructed beauty standards can be? it's dire crazy how society put so much people to look a certain way, when in reality, it is all friggin baseless and subjective. Let's break free from unrealistic expectations and embrace our unique beauty! Decided to make this episode about it because I want YOU to remember and keep in mind that YOU ARE UNIQUELY BEAUTIFUL. Each individual possesses their own unique beauty that cannot be replicated or compared. Embracing and celebrating our uniqueness allows us to appreciate and value our own inherent beauty. So cheer up people! Foster a greater sense of self-love and appreciation, leading to a more fulfilling and authentic life. 💋

Step into your power to receive a princess treatment 👑
Quit infiltrating your basic-ass standards into spaces where it doesn’t call for it! We have our own opinion about this princess treatment, and I am well aware that grown-up ladies do not expect that instead, they expect to be treated with respect. I am just educating young women on how to receive a princess treatment in a finesse way, well bred and also with respect. I agree, that everyone wants to feel special, but I think it's incredibly important where we derive that feeling. A princess's treatment doesn’t actually mean, they don't have to study, work hard, or achieve anything to become a princess; they 'earn' that title by merely existing. Noo! That’s not what I meant. Princess treatment is to the women who are in their Feminine energy. Women who know how to return the favour to men. RESPECT is the number one answer if you want to be treated like a princess treatment.

Fake it till you make it
Fake it till you make it is not about being fake (that's what other people said) but for me, is all about surviving the circumstances until such time you transcend it. And when you surpass it, you will just get through life easily since you have clutched it already. Every individual is different and they grasp things differently. But, this is how I simplify it in the easiest way possible. I made this episode and shared with you my wee knowledge about how I fake things so that I can survive. (Which I did!) We really cannot avoid obstacles that get in our way. I remember whenever I got into a difficult situation. I tend to avoid it and I get anxious. I would panic and I can’t think of a solution. But until such time my dad taught me how to be calm and navigate it at a slow pace, rationale, sturdy and calm way. So now, I decided to share it with you in the hopes that you can get some tips too! And be that confident badass babe cos you already are, you just have to unleash it.

EP7: Just be in your main character energy aura ✨
I want you to feel powerful in your own flaws. Taking care of your physical, mental and emotional health is essential for developing Main Character Energy. Be your own boss of your life. Don't allow anybody to tell you otherwise. You are you. They have to accept what you are and who you are. Main Energy is all about finding the small bits and moments to romanticise and making them larger than life. Start listening to your wants, needs, and boundaries. Stop comparing, criticising, judging and people-pleasing. Start doing your inner work and start offering kindness and compassion. STOP TRYING TO BE PERFECT. You are beautiful just perfectly the way you are. 💕

EP5: Ooze your feminine energy

EP4: Get over a man without a sweat
I always encourage women especially young ladies to be strong independent women at all costs. Don't shy away, be that Woman who has the "CAN DO" attitude in the name of relationship, friendship, or any kind of ship. It is not easy to get over someone, especially a person who means a lot to you. But, hey, if he cheats on you. THAT'S IT! The deal is O V E R. Don't sit in there, beg, and act desperate in front of him. No gurl, we're not doing that. You are an Alpha female. We don't do these manipulative shits. and you are not obsessed. We just have these three hormones that control us, especially our decision-making. sit tight and listen to this episode while I try my best to explain these 3 hormones that control us and how to let your mind control it instead, and tame it.

EP3: Struggling yet winning in life

In today's episode, I decided to have a little PEP Talk with y'all because why not? I believe, that giving or talking out my experiences will make you wonder how she overcame or knows this kind of stuff. It’s really that simple, Men are from Mars and we are from Venus. Let’s wise up ladies! Let’s not hung up on someone just because we thought they were the perfect match. A man will play their immature games and treat you as their backup plan and we don’t want that. Let me help you how to read men like A-Z😏

EP1: POV of Ghosting women like it's Halloween
In this episode, I will be discussing boldly my point of view about men ghosting women all the damn time. I don't have a filter guys. haha But, it's the sad reality. We live in a world where ghosting is the new way to get away from people. It is partially hilarious, but then, harsh reality. It's tough out here lol. Disclaimer: This is only my Point Of View about Ghosting. I, myself experienced it too. so I can tell. I think this cycle needs to break. Ghosting is a form of deflecting. it's better to say it rather than disappear and appear.
