For the challenging times we live in, it can be difficult connecting to and/or finding comfort from a spiritual source. You may be religious, non-religious, have your own practice or even curious about your own inner Self – the Soul. Based on my book “The Way to Soul Consciousness”, I condensed information into 3 podcasts to give you and snapshot and overview of the process of how to connect with your Soul. In these talks, I will be discussing many elements of the mental, emotional and physical nature of the personality and how to create your own spiritual practice made up of meditation, spiritual study and selfless service.  An effective spiritual practice will also reveal ‘Who you are,’ and ‘Who you are not.’ This is a nod to the spiritual axiom: “Know Thyself” at all levels of awareness.
