    "It truly feels like I've had two separate lives: life before recovery and life now."In this new episode of Delay the Decay, we interview Kristina Mohn, a licensed massage therapist with Rise Up Wellness and Recovery, CrossFit Level 2 coach at CrossFit 970, and competitive Olympic weightlifter. Kristina recounts her alcoholism, confusion about purpose and faith, and a 2014 rock-bottom moment after leaving her young children home while drinking, leading to sobriety in 2016, and finding a welcoming church that helped her release shame and embrace redemption, motivating her to be vulnerable so others feel less alone.
