Only Don't Know (Part 3 of 3)
This is the conclusion of my launch 3 part series introducing you to me, my point of view, and my biases. As a practicing comfort minimalist (my words)...I like to walk my talk and I'm preparing for a fall/winter focused on psychedelic shadow work. Previous episodes explain a bit about my adventures with psychedelics and where my practices are at with the integration work. Having been accepted into a 12 month training program with Dr. Rosalind Watts and many other psychedelic fellow edgy travelers (that's not the only definition of "edgy")....I am concentrating on how to build community. It's a challenge to re-imagine community. I look forward to posting some of my most earnest endeavors to share tools I use to deal with my psycho/spiritual mental health. Subscribe on youtube or anywhere....please....if this relates.

Do It Yourself Mental Health Trailer
I'm Diane Adams, a professional therapist living in the mountains outside of Missoula, MT. I've spent over 20 years studying trauma and understanding how and why it results in so many mental health and addiction problems. Step by step I have noticed that being in warm presence with myself and other - it's possible to fall in love with life. I call it post-traumatic growth, and I've seen it happen again and again. In the Do It Yourself Mental Health podcast, I'll be sharing personal and professional stories of pain and process in hopes they can accompany you on your own journey. It is my deepest desire to help you find your way home to yourself and to share how to reduce your own suffering.
