What has God placed in your life that He intends to use for the benefit of others? In 1 Peter 4:10–11, we discover that each believer is gifted to serve so that we all grow together for the glory of God through Jesus Christ.

Through Christ, we are empowered to turn from sinful desires, pursue holiness, and live the time God gives us for His will and glory. Join us as we explore 1 Peter 4:1-6 and continue in our series, "The Transforming Power of Living in the Hope of Christ."

Have you ever failed so badly that you wondered whether God could still forgive you and renew you? Scripture reveals that spiritual failure rarely happens all at once; it unfolds through recognizable steps that we can learn to identify and avoid. Today we will discover how focusing our faith on Jesus can lead us from shame and failure into forgiveness, restoration, and living in hope.

We often turn to prayer in a crisis, but what would change if prayer became the way we lived every day? In the capstone passage of our "Standing Strong: Living in the Power of the Armor of God" series, we will discover how a life of prayer enables us to rely on God’s strength, stand firm in the spiritual battle, and enjoy deeper fellowship with Him from Ephesians 6:18-20.

“The B-I-B-L-E, yes that’s the book for me, I stand alone on the Word of God, the B-I-B-L-E!” There is such truth, hope, conviction, and promise expressed in this short old Sunday school song. Why can the believer proclaim this with such confidence? Join with us this morning as we explore the understanding and application of putting on and taking up the Sword of the Spirit as part of the Armor of God.

This morning, we are exploring the next piece of the Armor of God—the Helmet of Salvation. Salvation is not just a past event or a future promise; it is a present reality that strengthens our minds and fills us with hope. Join us as we continue our “Standing Strong” series with the Helmet of Salvation—the piece of armor that protects our minds and secures our hope.

I grew up in the golden age of late-night infomercials and “As Seen On TV” products. Some became well known and others disappeared altogether. My question was always the same. Do these products actually work? You may have the same question regarding the armor of God. Does it work when the enemy attacks? How do I use the armor to have victory in the battle? As we look at Ephesians 6:16 this morning, we will see how to use the shield of faith to triumph in the battle! And, yes, it works!

Today we come to a piece of armor that is as prevalent today as it was in Paul’s time. You were likely intentional about how you “suited up” with that armor this morning. Are you as intentional about how you prepare for the spiritual battles you will face? The gospel is the key to life.

 Every one of us faces impact--temptation, accusation, pressures, and pain. Today, we continue our series, "Standing Strong: Living in the Power of the Armor of God."  As we explore the breastplate of righteousness, we will be reminded that it is Christ’s righteousness that is our defense, our identity, and our strength to stand firm when life strikes.

As believers, we are surrounded by competing voices, shifting values, and relentless spiritual pressures. In Ephesians 6:14, Paul reminds us that victory begins by fastening on the belt of truth and standing firm in Christ. This Sunday, we will discover why God's truth is our greatest defense, our surest foundation, and the key to living with confidence, conviction, and spiritual strength.

One of my favorite parts of playing sports was the pregame pep talk. The passion, the excitement, the expectation, the challenge. Those talks were given to provide the reality of what we were about to walk into and ready us for the competition we were to face. Every day as believers we face an enemy that seeks to kill, steal, and destroy. We need more than a pep talk. We need the armor of God! Join with us this Sunday as we begin a summer study from Ephesians 6:10-20 entitled, “Standing Strong: Living in the Power of the Armor of God.”

One of the greatest questions we will ever answer is this: Who is really in control of our lives? In 1 Peter 3:13–17, Peter reminds believers facing pressure and opposition that when Jesus is truly Lord of our hearts, it changes the way we live and shine for Him in a watching world.

In a world filled with outrage, division, and harsh words, how can followers of Christ build relationships marked by harmony, humility, and hope? Join us this Sunday as we explore 1 Peter 3:8–12 and discover how a growing relationship with Jesus transforms the way we relate to the people in our lives.

Peter reminds husbands that the living hope we have in Christ shapes how we love and lead at home. Resurrection hope isn’t just about heaven—it’s about how we live and love each day.  Today, we explore how hope in the risen Christ shapes the hearts of husbands. 

Submit. When you hear this word does it make you tense up--do you hear it in a negative connotation? Unfortunately, this word in our culture is one that brings fear and trepidation. However, when used in scripture it is conveyed with love and beauty. This morning, we'll explore 1 Peter 3:1-6 to understand the power and love of Godly submission within the marriage. I promise you there is nothing to be afraid of.

Have you truly come to experience the blessings of trusting the Lord as your Shepherd? In light of 1 Peter 2:25, Psalm 23 shows that when we know Jesus as the Shepherd and Guardian of our souls, we find a life shaped by His faithful presence, provision, and care in every season.

All of us will suffer; the difference is how we respond to the various afflictions we face. This morning, we will see from 1 Peter 2:21-25 how to experience the overcoming presence of Christ amid our hardships.

How can believers truly honor God in the way they live under governing authorities? In 1 Peter 2:13–17, we discover how a God-centered life empowers us to reflect Christ in our response to government, our use of freedom, and our treatment of others.

In a world where compromise is common and convictions are constantly tested, God calls His people to live with clarity, courage, and integrity. This Sunday, we will discover, from 1 Peter 2:11–12, how our identity in Christ and our intimacy with the Almighty empower us to live a life of influence that puts God and His gospel on display.

Moments before His death, Jesus cried out, “Tetelestai—It is finished.” But what did He finish, and what does that mean for you? This Resurrection Sunday, we will discover and celebrate the life-changing truth that can transform our lives forever.

Once we were not a people, but now we are God’s people—called out of darkness and into His marvelous light. Each day we have the opportunity to carry living hope into a hopeless world. This morning, we celebrate what it means to live as People of Living Hope.

Every life is being built on something. In 1 Peter 2:4–8, we discover why Jesus Christ is called the cornerstone and why our response to Him determines the foundation and destiny of our lives. This Sunday, we are exploring the most important question every person must answer.

Christmas Eve Service: Luke 2:1-20

How can believers in Christ live a legacy of love? In 1 John 4:11–14, the apostle John invites us to see how God’s love is meant to shape both who we are and how we live in the world. This message explores how a life grounded in God’s love can leave a lasting impact that reveals Him to others.

The wonder of God’s love is more than a feeling to admire at Christmas; it is a truth to behold at the cross. In 1 John 4:10, we see that love begins with God, who sent His Son to rescue us at infinite cost. This Sunday, we will look to Christ and rediscover the depth, beauty, and saving power of His love for us.

The wonder of God’s love is far greater than we often imagine, and in 1 John 4:7–9 we are invited to rediscover its depth and beauty. God didn’t just speak about love—He revealed it by sending His Son so that we might truly live through Him. When we grasp this Christmas reality, His love begins to shape our identity, transform our relationships, and flow through us to others.

God’s family matters! God’s design for His church is beautiful and vital for each believer. God’s family also has matters to be tended to so the local body of Christ will be a healthy, holy, and thriving church. Join us this Sunday as we gain wisdom in this area through Colossians 3:14-17.

Before God established Israel or the church, He established marriage and family to bring Him honor and glory. In Colossians 3:12-14 and 18-21, Paul provides us with the keys to avoiding potential turmoil that can rob the family of peace and joy. Join us as we learn how to clothe ourselves in Christ’s character.

What if the greatest joy is not found in what you keep but in what you give? In Philippians 4:15–23, Paul celebrates a church whose open hands and open hearts became channels of God’s grace. When God’s generosity flows through us, both others and we ourselves thrive in the joy of generous living.

Life can feel like a hurricane, but there is a peace and strength that stands stronger than any storm. In Philippians 4:8-14, Paul shows that lasting peace and enduring strength are not found in changing our circumstances, but in anchoring our minds, hearts, and daily lives in our relationship with Jesus Christ.

We live in a world weighed down by worry, where anxiety has become a constant companion. In Philippians 4:4–7, Paul shows us how to trade panic for peace by discovering how Christ’s presence can steady our hearts when anxiety attacks.

Have you ever felt the tension between where you live and where you truly belong? As followers of Christ, our zip code may be on earth, but our citizenship is in heaven. Paul reminds us that the joy of the Christian life comes from living out that heavenly identity right here and now as highlighted in Philippians 3:12-4:3.

Every person’s life tells a story, but the real question is what shapes that story. Our world trains us to believe that identity is built by achievements, credentials, or status, and many spend their lives trying to build a résumé that proves their worth. Philippians 3:1–11 confronts that illusion by showing that when someone truly encounters Jesus Christ, He transforms them into something entirely new.

“You know it when you see it.” That is true of spiritual maturity. In Philippians 2:19-30, Paul gives us a front-row seat to two powerful examples who model four marks of mature believers who serve and grow together in the gospel. Take a close look at them, and you will see maturity in motion.

Have you ever felt stuck in your walk with Christ, as if you’re not growing as you had hoped? Whether you feel like you’re floundering or flourishing, Philippians 2:12–18 shows us what every believer needs. In this passage, Paul reveals how to live out our faith as those who are united with Christ.

Have you ever asked, “What does it mean to make much of Jesus?” In Philippians 2:1–11, Paul offers one of the most practical and profound passages in Scripture, illustrating both the humility and exaltation of Christ and the mindset every believer must adopt to live for His glory.

“To live is Christ and to die is gain.” This is such a powerful promise and truth. Join with us this Sunday as we continue our series, “The Journey of Joy in Christ”, by exploring the depth of joy this passage provides.
