I’ve been through a lot, from struggling with alcohol and drugs to finding a stable life that provides for myself. I hope you enjoy this podcast—it’s a small gift from me.

How to relax and make amends with ourselves before attempting to make amends with others. If life isn’t working, if you’re irritable, discontent, and keep making foolish mistakes, consider making amends with yourself and releasing the hurt by following the guidance and instructions on page 552 of the Big Book. Let’s begin by addressing our own inner self, our soul. We have a soul, spirit, and body, and they’re all interconnected. Let’s harmonize them with the Love of Our Higher Power. We might have been misusing our willpower. Let’s acknowledge our discomforts and irritations. We have the power to overcome these challenges and find solutions. Remember, “I can, I can, I can figure this out.” Thank you for being vulnerable and working on yourself. Let’s commit to making this a positive change and doing it right this time.

What else is there but to let God be God in our existence, happily.

Praise News! It’s our starting point in 2 Kings 6-7, where we’re tasked with keeping our faith strong. We need to believe that amazing wonders and significant changes come from God, because with God, anything is possible.
