Is Jesus going to return someday?  What does Jesus tell us and how does the end of history as we know it come to an end?  Is there a sign?  How do we handle the sign of the times we're in and what can we be doing in the meantime?  Join us!

End times are favorite movie themes.  The dystopian films in theaters worldwide have doubled over the last dozen years or so and utopian themes are rare because film makers think utopian themes are “boring.”  What does the Bible say about the “end times” and how does Jesus fit into all of this?  Join us!

Holy is used in many ways and in many expressions, but what does it mean exactly; particularly as a reference to God?  Dominic Campanella will be sharing that message with us this morning.  Join us!

Many are curious about when the world will end from a scientific perspective, and many don't want to know since that is not where good news is found.  Jesus does give us hope and a reason for living every day because he guaranteed he is coming back someday.  When the world will end is not our motivation for living confidently now, but Jesus certainly is!  When will that happen?  How will that happen?  Most importantly, what should we be doing until then?  Join us!

Forgiving someone is different than just tolerating them.  Forgiveness also doesn't negate justice.  How does that all work?  What does forgiving one another actually entail?  Jesus tells us what it means and how it impacts our relationship with God and one another.  Join us!

Nobody is perfect.  When we sin against one another intentionally or accidentally, it can hurt.  How do we handle those moments?  Is there a time and method to deal with moments like those?  Jesus tells us how. Join us!

Chapter 18 is lengthy series of 5 messages about the nature of the Kingdom of Heaven in Christian Community.  Jesus began his sermon, since his disciples asked about it, explaining what true greatness is and where it comes from.  His answer surprised them, and still holds surprises today!  How to have a thriving Christian community that glorifies God through thick and thin is the series we're embarking on this morning.  Join us!

“The Kingdom of heaven is like…”.   This chapter is a series of parables Jesus told in order to help us better understand the nature of God's rule and reign in our lives, and the Lord Jesus Christ himself.  What is the Kingdom of heaven like?  How does the parable this morning about wheat and weeds in the field apply to my life today?  Join us!

The first parable (story) Jesus told in his sermon in chapter 13 is about a farmer casting seed onto various soil conditions.  His aim is to get people to recognize what soil (spiritual condition) they actually have; so it's a test.  There are four conditions Jesus mentions.  Which one do you have?  Join us!

Everyone loves a story of one kind or another.  Jesus was a master story teller (parable teller) and Jesus' sermon in Matthew 13 includes several stories.  Each story illustrates the statement: “The kingdom of heaven is like…”.  Why use stories if people can't understand their meaning; or can they?  Join us and we'll find out this morning why Jesus used parables as we live out kingdom life together for God's glory.

To identify in faith and follow Jesus Christ will bring both persecution and great reward.  Why does persecution happen?  What does persecution look and feel like in America right now?  How can we endure its many forms with the joy of the Lord shining in and through us as we look forward to the great reward Jesus promised is coming?  Join us!

Jesus sends us out like sheep among wolves with his mission to the world.  How can we serve Christ successfully with real hope and fortitude in our hearts to live and share the gospel in an environment opposed to Christ?  Jesus gives us the manual, the mandate, how to thrive amidst opposition as his missional witnesses for Christ worldwide.  Join us!

Missions.  Is that just for select followers of Christ or for all Christians? The 12 disciples are sent by Jesus into short-term local mission carrying the message “The kingdom of heaven is near.”  What does that mean for them and for us now?  Where do we begin?  How can we help one another in mission both locally and internationally?  Join us!

Jesus concludes the Sermon on the Mount with a call to make a choice between two and only two alternatives whose outcomes will produce either eternal life or eternal destruction.  His concluding parable about wise and foolish foundations people are building their lives and hopes upon is a critical choice everyone must make.  What is the foundation for your life's work and hope for this life and the life to come?  Join us!
