Day 394 - Kratos and Fatherhood

Kratos feels like a black father from a generation or two before me. The world and his journeys have hardened him, and he does not know how to display affection to his young son. Playing this game alongside reading "All About Love" by bell hooks is going to be an amazing experience.

  47. 353

Day 393 - The Loneliness of the Original God of War Trilogy

In perspective of playing the new game, I got to thinking of how lonely it must've been for Kratos in the original trilogy. Just killing and solving puzzles all while seeking revenge and at the employment of the Greek Gods.

  48. 352

Day 392 - Separating Person from Argument

Just because you may agree with that person, or disagree, does not mean that they believe you are a bad person for holding a different opinion.

  49. 351

Day 391 - The Benign Legacy of Dangerous People

Dr. King's legacy was one of non-violence, this is true. It was also about direct action, which always seems to be missing in memes and posting that commemorate the day of his birth.

  50. 350

Day 390 - You are a Good Parent

Guidelines are meant to guide, They are not precursors to failure or success.
