As in almost any good story, Ari Cantor, the President of Insinger Machine Company, had no intentions of working in the family business. Morgan Tucker is the VP of Marketing at Steelite International. Chef Jamie Simpson is the Executive Chef of the Culinary Vegetable Institute, a sustainable vegetable farm that hundreds of Chef’s throughout the US use to source vegetables for their restaurants. They live on the farm/institute teaching Chefs from around the country how to reduce waste when using vegetables and just recently launched a new book; The Chefs Garden!
