In this episode I'm joined by GWS Giants AFLW player Tilly Lucas-Rodd. Tilly has played 90 AFLW games and kicked 7 goals. Tilly is a former AFLW player with Carlton, St Kilda and Hawthorn. Tilly was Hawthorn's inaugural AFLW captain and best and fairest winner. Tilly is a 1x All Australian.  Tilly has played in the AFLW since the first season back in 2017.  Tilly made the move from Hawthorn to GWS in the 2025 trade period.

Jordy Allen was selected by Melbourne with Pick 16 in the 2025 AFLW Draft. She's an Eastern Ranges premiership player and talented cricketer. In this episode, we discussed Jordy's football journey, her cricket background, time with the Eastern Ranges and what it's been like to undergo her first AFLW pre-season with Melbourne, and much more!

Lauren has a basketball background. She played for the Darebin Falcons in the VFLW. She was drafted by Melbourne with Pick 25 in the 2016 AFLW draft and has been involved with the AFLW since the competition's first season back in 2017. Lauren is an AFLW premiership player with Melbourne and 2x All Australian. She has played 87 AFLW games and kicked 12 goals. In this interview, Lauren reflected on her time in the AFLW, what it was like to play alongside Daisy Pearce, being coached by Mick Stinear, and what it means to her, to be an inaugural Melbourne AFLW premiership player.

Cameron was the youngest VFL CEO, joining Richmond as CEO at 24-years-old. He went on to be a CEO at Melbourne and Fremantle.  In this interview, he discussed his father Alan Schwab, his family heritage and how it was one of the main reasons as why he joined Richmond. He discussed the Save Our Skin campaign.  He unpacked the importance of quality people inside a football club and what stability inside a football club looks like. Cam reflected on his friendship with the Neale Daniher. 

Sienna is a Gold Coast Suns AFLW player, she was selected by Gold Coast with Pick 51 in the 2023 AFLW draft. Sienna missed the entire 2024 season due to an ACL injury, despite missing the season she was named Suns' Most Professional Player. She's played 3 games and kicked a goal.
