Forward continues discussing the biblical merit and application of Dr. Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules for Life. Rule 3 is, "Make friends with people who want the best for you." 

Forward: The Christian Self-Help Podcast continues its look at Dr. Jordan B. Peterson's 12 Rules For Life. Rule number 2 is, "Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping." Christ, Cole, and Forest discuss this rule, its possible biblical connection, and how it applies to our everyday life. 

Forward begins a conversation about The 12 Rules For Life by Jordan B. Peterson. Peterson's first rule is all about posture and how our physical disposition can change how we feel, act, and think. While this rule isn't found in the Bible, God's Word does say a lot about confidence and preparing oneself for action. 

Faith, Football, Friends is officially no more. But, we are moving forward. Starting with this episode, Faith, Football, Friends will become Forward: A Christian Self-Help Podcast. Forward is all about bettering ourselves and others. It's about meeting our goals, becoming more productive, and grasping the abundant life offered by Jesus. Join us as we go forward. 

The guys discuss one of the most-preachable psalms, what the future might look like (Spoiler alert: there's not a lot of meat but lots of robots), and Forest debates Chris and Cole on whether or not a baby boy can wear pink without his parents sinning. 

The guys discuss the 2020 draft mostly, but also go on a few entertaining tangents as they try to solve the mystery of that metal-like taste in your mouth when you run for the first time in awhile. They also give their post-draft NFL hot takes.

Certain sections of God's word are easier to skip than others. Usually, genealogies are grouped into that group of easy to skip sections. But, there are definitely some things that are central to the gospel and important for us to see in Jesus' genealogy in Matthew. In this episode Forest explores some of these things. Reading through the Gospels is one of my favorite parts of a reading plan. Sometimes, however, we forget about how the Gospels connect to the rest of the NT.
