    “Will I look silly?”That was one of Kay’s worries before joining Fruci Fit.She was new to the area in Chippenham.Hadn’t exercised for a while. And like a lot of people, had all the normal thoughts before walking in…Will it be too hard?Will I be able to do it?Will everyone else know what they’re doing?Will it be cliquey?Will people be friendly?Needn’t have worried.Kay said everyone was friendly from the first session.And every session can be adapted.Which is exactly how it should be.Because you don’t need to be fit before you start.You don’t need to know anyone.You don’t need to feel confident on day one.You just need a place where you feel comfortable enough to keep coming back^^ and even look forward to it 🫣And that’s what’s changed for Kay.She’s more mobile.Stronger.More agile.Getting up from the floor is easier.She looks forward to exercise now.She’s met new friends too.And someone even told her recently how much “brighter” she looks.Love it! Because that’s the stuff you can’t always measure on the scales.Feeling brighter.Moving better.Feeling stronger.Having more confidence.Looking forward to exercise instead of dreading it.That’s what we try to build at Fruci Fit.Our next 7 Day Trial starts Monday 1st June and 15th June.For women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond who pretty much know what to do but need the plan, support and accountability to do it.£10 for the week.Up to 3 sessions.At your pace.

    It can be hard at times being a Swindon Town supporter…but so can starting exercise again after not doing it for years. So is rehab. So is sticking your nutrition plan! They all have things in common though. It’s never linear. It’s never perfect. But you do have to keep going.
