In this episode, me and Charlie continue our conversation on Sabbath by turning back to the Old Testament with Dr. Peter Altmann, Professor of Old Testament at Fuller Theological Seminary. Together, we explore Sabbath in Genesis, Exodus, and the wider Pentateuch, asking how Sabbath is rooted in creation, divine provision, covenant, worship, and economic justice. Dr. Altmann helps us see Sabbath not simply as a day off, but as a practice of trust, delight, and resistance to a life defined by productivity.
