Let It Be for Love explores prayer not as striving or control, but as consent—an honest, compassionate “yes” to God’s presence as we are. Drawing from the contemplative Christian tradition, this message invites us into silence, stillness, and trust, where love meets us without requiring effort or answers.

First-hand faith is not dramatic experience; it is participation in living union. It's a faith lived, participated in, and trusted—not as performance, but as communion.

Many are walking away from faith—not because they rejected Jesus, but because they were never invited to know Him. This Sunday we begin a new teaching series exploring the difference between ideas about God and living connection with God—between second-hand belief and firsthand communion.

Addiction isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like obedience. Sometimes it looks like being ‘nice.’ Sometimes it looks like trying really, really hard to be good.” Something almost everyone recognizes but rarely confesses: Most of us don’t think of ourselves as addicted people. We think addicts are reckless, immoral, out of control. But there is a socially acceptable addiction that thrives in churches—and it’s rewarded, praised, and even spiritualized.

Most of us were taught—explicitly or implicitly—that faith leads to clarity, certainty, and progress. But real life tells a different story. Real faith often begins where clarity ends.

Life rarely unfolds the way we planned. Delays, disruptions, and unexpected turns can leave us wondering where God is in it all. But what if the detour isn’t a mistake? What if it’s the very place where God is most present—forming joy, patience, and hope within us?

Life rarely follows the straight line we imagined. Sometimes the twists, delays, and unexpected turns are the very places where God does His deepest work. The first Christmas story shows us that God’s purposes often unfold through confusion, disruption, and even detours. If your life hasn’t gone according to plan… you’re not alone. And you’re not off-course. Your detour may be sacred.

Choose NOW who you will be when the storm is over! Storms are unavoidable—but who we become on the other side is a choice we make inside the storm. Faith is not merely surviving hardship; it is being intentionally formed through it.

God is not distant, silent, or absent. God is actively, lovingly, constantly intervening in the world—and in our lives—through Christ, through prayer, and through quiet, often unnoticed grace. Faith dares to risk disappointment because it trusts that God’s love is always at work.

This Sunday, we close our Good Neighbor series by exploring what it means to live a lifestyle of compassion—where kindness becomes a daily practice, a quiet rebellion against cruelty, and a reflection of Jesus Himself.

We return to one of Jesus’ most radical stories — where a Samaritan crosses every boundary of fear, race, and religion to show mercy. Love doesn’t play it safe. It crosses the line — and changes everything. A story of when mercy becomes a quiet revolution.

Religion asks, “Who is my neighbor?” — hoping to set limits on love. Pastor Jeff explores how we often do the same, trying to make compassion manageable and mercy conditional. This teaching invites us to expand our boundaries, embody kindness, and rediscover the radical simplicity of loving God by loving others—no exceptions.

This week, we step further into the journey—what happens after you’ve learned to listen? We move from hearing the Spirit to living by the Spirit — growing up into maturity. In Christ, we cannot become more than we already are. We don’t grow into greater completeness — we grow in understanding and awareness of the completeness we already possess.

Even now, God still seeks relationship, not just response. God’s desire is that you and I would live in ongoing dialogue with Him—not a one-time download of rules, but a continuous conversation.

Truth is, God does speak — but the challenge for us is learning how to hear Him clearly. Scripture tells us this begins with a renewed mind!

James 1:1–8 is almost universally read as a lesson in prayer and faith. A passage that has been preached a thousand times over, always with the same conclusion: pray in faith, never in doubt. It's an interpretation so common it’s rarely, if ever, questioned. But what if we’ve been missing something? What if James isn’t talking about prayer at all!

When your thoughts drown out your inner truth… when you find yourself stuck in constant overthinking… or when everything looks good on the outside but deep down something still doesn’t feel right… Silence Reveals the True Self!

Silence is sometimes all we have left when words fail. But silence can also be the place where God begins to speak. When tragedy strikes, the world shouts. Politicians argue, news outlets debate, and people scramble to assign blame. But followers of Jesus are called to something different.

God is not against us, rushing us, or disappointed in us. Instead, life itself — God’s gift — has been patiently waiting for us. No matter how long we’ve been delayed, stuck, or hesitant, or wayward, God’s life is still there, waiting, ready to welcome us in.

What if your sin doesn’t separate you from God? What if the whole focus of the Gospel isn’t about you inviting an absent Jesus into YOUR heart, rather it’s the Good News that the Father and Son received YOU into THEIRS!

We live in a culture obsessed with management. We manage our schedules, our health, our finances, even our spiritual lives. We manage our image, our friendships, our families. And—if we’re really honest—we try to manage God. But here’s the truth: you can manage your life or live it—but you can’t do both.

Confronting the raw question many of us avoid: "Do I really love God?" It's not a question of doctrine or duty, but of relationship. And sometimes the honest answer is, "I don't know."

Have you ever forgiven someone, only to realize you still hope they trip on a Lego in the middle of the night? Forgiveness is not a Law of Reciprocity! Rather it’s an action of taking the initiative.

Let's STOP Blaming God for Death! You may want to stop saying ‘it was God’s will’ when death happens. Death is not God's will—it is the enemy (1 Corinthians 15:26) Scripture does not teach that God needs evil to teach us.

What if God speaks not only through prophets and preachers, but through a rabbit on your porch?

“You Don’t Get to Determine My Day” A powerful, hope-filled reminder that your worth isn’t up for debate. Not from critics. Not from shame. Not even from religion. Only Love gets to define you—and Love says you already belong.

Wouldn’t it be great if we had a time machine—a DeLorean to take us back and fix everything? But the truth is, healing doesn’t come from going back. It comes from surrendering what’s behind and stepping fully into the new.

In a world of constant demands and expectations, learning to say “yes” and “no” is essential. This week, we’ll explore how boundaries shape our lives, relationships, and spiritual growth—and how setting them helps us begin again.

Sometimes the biggest enemy of our tomorrow is something we’re doing today — and it needs to end for us to get there.

No matter what happens in life, you can begin again. God understands your circumstances and He cares!

As God's grace unfolds in our lives and we renew our minds, we become aware that instead of me bringing Christ into my life, my life has always been IN HIM . . . I've never NOT belonged to Him!

When pain enters the picture, Jesus doesn't explain it—He transforms it. Most people, religious or not, presume a direct link between sin and suffering. Jesus confronts and obliterates this lie through a perfect demonstration of love and healing

Is it possible that Christ’s ministry and the stories (parables) he told serve more to correct our notion of who God is and how God loves us than they do to teach us expected (or approved) behavior?

The religious mind often changes the Good News from a story of God's unconditional, loving acceptance into a loveless deposition of a legal case, requiring proper acknowledgment of guilt, accompanying shame, appropriate, verifiable repentance, and then a trial period for behavior modification.

What if your life isn't stuck… what if you're standing at the edge of something brand new? One More Day!!

So, what are you fearful about? Something that will happen or you think will happen, isn't it? Fear is always about something which does not exist right now, it's always about what will happen. So, you are suffering that which does not exist.

Life is filled with twists and turns, with moments of despair and uncertainty. But in the midst of these challenges, God is continually at work!

What if instead of responding to fear as something to be eliminated and conquered we asked ourselves, what is behind this STORY? What if your fear was really an act of the imagination which is actually a gateway into a life of abandonment to God's dreams.

The Gospel in Chairs . . . a presentation of the ancient, patristic, Biblical gospel which brings healing and restoration.

What if the cross wasn’t an object—an action of punishment . . . rather, what if it is a place—an action of Gods self-emptying love? The crucifixion is what we did to him—we took his life. The Cross is what Christ did for us—he gave his life.

This shift—from seeing God as a punisher to seeing God as the Great Physician who heals—changes everything. It moves us from fear to love, from guilt to transformation.

Why do many religious systems and organizations teach obedience as the way to salvation? Salvation isn't LEGAL or TRANSACTIONAL!

Jesus' death was not to appease an angry God but to reveal the heart of a God who loves unconditionally. The cross is the moment where God's love triumphs over human violence and sin, highlighting the nonviolent nature of God. God is NOT complicit in violence.

Neither faith nor repentance persuades God to forgive, rather, they are the natural responses to the revelation of what God has already done.

In this series, we explore the transformative power of metanoia—a Greek term often translated as "repentance" but more accurately understood as a profound change of mind, heart, and purpose. True transformation begins when we let go of the molds imposed by fear, legalism, and tradition, allowing God to reshape us in love, grace, and freedom. Metanoia is a divine breaking—breaking away from what binds us to experience the fullness of life in Christ.

The incarnation is a radical, world-altering revelation of God’s humility and love, calling believers and non-believers to see, worship, and live differently in response.

Doubt doesn’t disqualify faith; it can deepen trust." Trust isn’t about certainty; it’s about surrender. Failures are not the opposite of faith but opportunities to trust God in unexpected ways.
