Afraid of the impact of budget cuts and a lack of ability of Kent County Council to focus on tourism. Those attempts to acquire “Visit Kent” out of administration failed miserably, we’re still not sure what there was to acquire.     Go Kent - putting Kent back on the tourism map

    Who would have thought that an attempt to buy “Visit Kent” out of administration in September/October 2025 would now lead to two boys from Kent, who’ve spent more than a decade broadcasting everywhere but from Kent, to now be putting love and ambition into the County they hail from ?And importantly to deliver revenue and business development to the companies and firms that the County relies on as part of our tourism drive.Well it’s very much true, and our investment in the places we love and the towns and villages and cities we owe so much and that we have always taken for granted.Kent matters - now watch us make a difference to the businesses who rely on tourist income at the most challenging economic time of the last hundred years.
