Responsibility
Author and consciousness champion, Shakti Gawain describes responsibility as the ability to respond. It is the one thing we have absolute control over and it is a powerful tool. When we cultivate this gift we are able to be the calm in the middle of the storm, so to speak.

Facing FEAR.
A well known acronym for fear is: False Evidence Appearing Real. Whenever we feel fear, I encourage us to tune into our bodies and rely on them to relay truth to us, as they can not lie. Researching the truth also helps. I wish us all bravery and courage to face fears and move past them.
