    Fear with a Clipboard

You've made the list. You've done the research. You've asked everyone you know what they'd do. And somehow after all of that, you're more confused than when you started. Here's what nobody's telling you. That's not a decision-making problem. That's a self-trust problem. In this episode we're talking about how self-trust actually breaks, why it's almost never overnight, and why the pros and cons list isn't wisdom. It's fear with a clipboard. We're also getting into the quieter betrayals, the ones so common we don't even call them that, how being praised for being responsible can quietly teach you not to trust yourself, and what it actually looks like when you start coming back to yourself.Plus a little Human Design for the curious ones. Because understanding how you're specifically wired to make decisions? It changes everything. If you've ever felt like everyone else got the manual and you didn't, this one's for you.Want to know your Human Design authority so you can start learning how you're built to make decisions? The Wound Doesn't Require a Villain

A few weeks ago I was flying high. The podcast was new, feedback was coming in, and I was just beaming. And then one conversation completely rocked my belief in what I was building. The person meant well. They really did. And that's kind of the whole point.Because some of the things that have held us back the longest didn't come from people who wanted to hurt us. They came from people giving to us from their own fears, their own wounds, their own ideas about what's safe and what's possible. In this episode I'm talking about the patterns that show up right on schedule every time you get close to something that matters, why understanding something in your head doesn't always shift it in your body, and what's actually different when you do the deeper work. You're not broken. You're getting your PhD.Listen now and find all the links mentioned at pipercabebe.com/links

    It's Not a Label, It's a Map.

This one’s really about learning to see yourself through curiosity instead of through a fix it lens, and for me, the thing that cracked that wide open was Human Design.I’ve been obsessed with personality tests for almost twenty years, Myers-Briggs, StrengthsFinder, you name it. But HD did something none of the others did. You don’t answer a single question, it’s just your birth data.We get into what shadow actually is, the thing I beat myself up about for two years, and why curiosity beats fix it mode every single time.Come get curious about who you actually are. Want to see your own map? Your free Human Design report is waiting inside Into Your Heart. pipercabebe.com/into-your-heart

The Coat That Doesn't Fit Anymore.

Have you ever wanted to change something, or felt called toward something new, even though nothing was broken? Even though life was actually good?Maybe it felt like a coat that used to fit you perfectly, and now it just doesn't sit right anymore. Still a good coat. Still yours. It just isn't you in the same way it used to be.This episode is about that feeling, and the dance that comes with it. That back and forth between the new that doesn't quite fit yet and the old that doesn't quite fit anymore either. The messy middle where your mind starts spinning stories about what the discomfort means and whether you're making a mistake.I share something personal in this episode about stepping away from the massage therapy practice I built and loved for over twenty years, and letting it evolve into something new. And the words a nurse named Rachel said to me at my mother's passing that I have carried with me ever since.Because here's what I want you to know: the grief is not a stop sign. You can feel excitement and grief at the same time. And the dance between the old and the new is not evidence that you haven't healed enough or grown enough or done enough work. It's evidence that you're human. And that something real is happening. Before you step back into your day, I'll leave you with three questions to carry with you the next time you find yourself in the dance.

Permission to Leave What Was Good

Have you ever left something, or wanted to, even though it wasn't broken? Even though it was good? This episode is about the dance. That back and forth between the new that doesn't quite fit yet and the old that doesn't quite fit anymore either. The messy middle where your mind starts spinning stories about what the discomfort means and whether you're making a mistake.I share something personal in this episode — the story of leaving Essence of Health, my massage therapy practice that I built and loved for over twenty years. You Didn't Wake Up Thinking You Weren't Enough

You didn't wake up thinking you weren't enough. Nobody does. But somewhere underneath everything you're doing, everything you're managing, everything you're holding together, it's been running quietly in the background. It shows up in the way you talk to yourself when nobody's listening. In the self-care you keep putting off. In the relationships where you give everything trying to get someone to finally see your value. In the work you're holding back on in ways you can't quite explain. That's not a character flaw. That's not just who you are. That's a belief that was passed on to you.In this episode we talk about the sneaky ways not feeling enough shows up in your life and I walk you through a guided reset to help you stop the spiral when that belief starts running loud.Get your Stop the Spiral audio mentioned in the episode anytime at pipercabebe.com/stop-the-spiral

    She's Smiling. She's Also Drowning.

You show up. You're at every dinner, every game, every moment that's supposed to matter. From Mind to Heart

So many women are carrying life almost entirely in their minds.Overthinking.Trying to figure everything out.Mentally carrying the future.Trying to make sure everyone is okay.In this episode, I’m talking about the pressure so many women quietly live under, the exhaustion of constantly mentally managing life, and the realization that peace does not come from finally figuring everything out. This is a conversation about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and learning how to come back to the present moment instead of carrying the entire future in your mind all the time.♡ Piper
