We talk about this shift in the way we see our food choices and how we got there, such as by: —understanding how diet culture played a role in our thinking —identifying our priorities and making a commitment to them —supporting ourselves through the emotional grief that came with diet change. ☀️CONNECT WITH AMY☀️ Instagram @in16yearsofendo Website: www.insixteenyears.com Like my show?
