Industry 4.0 Upgrades

In questo podcast affronto il tema dell'industria 4.0 e delle sue evoluzioni. Nello specifico vengono analizzati degli articoli dell'Harvard Business Review-HBR che fanno riferimento all'Artificial Intelligence-AI, al Machine Learning-ML, ai Big Data-BD e al loro impatto nelle strutture origanizzative aziendali, nel cambiamento del lavoro ed anche nelle nuove dinamiche di relazione tra consumatori ed aziende. L'AI, il ML ed i Big Data possono essere una grande opportunità per le imprese se vengono utilizzate per potenziare le innovazioni di prodotto ovvero per incrementare attraverso la Ricerca e Sviluppo, il valore aggiunto. Se, al contrario, l'AI, il ML ed i BD vengono utilizzati come degli strumenti per potenziare l'innovazione di processo ovvero per fare in modo che l'azienda recuperi competitività nella riduzione del valore dei fattori produttivi, tra i quali soprattutto il lavoro, allora è molto probabile che nel medio-lungo periodo le aziende perdano la capacità di produrre valo
